  1. The connections in the video should bend the axles between them right? That should make them illegal techniques.
  2. Turns out there really is a rally version of the Zetros.
  3. I'm looking forward to a pentagon (108 degrees) connector. As far as I know there aren't any compact way to build a regular pentagon with Technic parts.
  4. The 60z turntable has a diameter of 7 studs, while the ring formed by AT-AT gear racks will have an inner diameter of 9 studs. I don't think they will even make contact.
  5. Maybe TLG will introduce metal liftarms.
  6. Thanks for the notification. Indeed the differential is missing. It was unrecognized when I imported the model from Studio. I've added it. Yes they are the same. The 65304 is the code for the new mold of that same pin with bush..
  7. What are the hydraulic cylinders for in that video? The booms are all lifted and lowered through the cables, aren't they?
  8. Then it can have motorized landing gear or motorized cyclic pitch.
  9. Let's speculate on the functions! I think this model will have 4 multi-directional switches like the 42113. The first function will be motorized rotors, obviously, and this function can be only switched in one direction. The description mentions two winches, so I think they will be the next two functions. That leaves one motorized function undetermined. I can think of three things that can be motorized: - Landing wheels. According to the clips on YouTube, this aircraft can fold its wheels slightly - Rear ramp. I'm not sure if this function exists in the real aircraft, but it would be unusual if it doesn't. - Cyclic pitch. I think the cyclic pitch will be motorized so that this set can be an improvement over the previous aircrafts. The other two functions can be manual.
  10. Conspiracy theory: What if the so-called leaked price is TLG's test for the market's highest price tolerance and will be taken into account to determine the official RRP?
  11. I'm putting some finishing touches on the Liebherr PF conversion. It should be published this month. Strip the gearbox as well. Also, I put the motor for the ladder right under the cabin, so you might have to disassemble some parts beneath the chair.
  12. It's too late now for Doug72 to give C+ any more try. Once you've had a taste of PF's immediacy and lack of unnecessary troubles, you wouldn't want to go back to C+..
  13. I think at this point TLG's just gonna drop the pretense and charge the highest that the market can bear, which I thought to have reached the ceiling at 450$ but turned out to not!
  14. 42053's undercarriage has a dozer blade in the front and two outriggers in the back, while this set has 4 outriggers in the front and back, apparently. 42053's one is also designed for the battery box integration, while this set's one will probably not.
  15. Unless it uses 2 hubs and 7 motors like the 42100, 600$ is pure madness. And I suspect it won't, because 42042 only have 4 functions: two winches, slewing, and driving through linked tracks. If the tracks can move independently it will have 5 functions, or maybe 6.
  16. Too bad I sold my 9396. It wasn't even a proper 9396 in the first place; it was just a B model built from a collection of parts. I'm not interested in the 9396 A cuz it is filled with holes and looks awful to me.
  17. This part got me curious the most. Technic aircrafts so far have had 3, 4, or 6 blades only. 5 blades is a new thing. This probably means there will be a new pentagon connector of some sort, as I'm not aware of how a pentagon connection can be achieved with current pieces.
  18. Updated list: The updated list of possible models for flagship sets: - Bucket trench excavator - Simple hydraulic boom excavator - Dragline excavator - 6x6 mobile crane - Tower crane - Backhoe - Mining dump truck - Combine harvester - Biggest reach stacker - Biggest forklift - Biggest telehandler
  19. How did TLG do 42053 for 1166 pieces and 120$ and yet do this set for 835 pieces and 130$..
