My first impression is that the proportions look really off. This is the side view of the real H175. The Lego model is cut off in the middle part, has a much steeper front slope, and has a shorter tail, so it looks like it's been crushed at the two ends and becomes stubby. A quick check of reference is the position of the rear wheels. If you draw a line in the middle of the model, in the real Airbus, the rear wheels are above the middle line, while in the lego model they are behind the line. Before the reveal this set is the one I was looking forward the most, but now I have second thoughts about getting this

Yes, and the shell panel 3x7 can replace the panels 3 4 in the back.- 5,513 replies

The other day I realized that the new 5x7 frame yellow can replace the LBG ones that hold the bottom LAs in 42030 and improve its look.- 5,513 replies

In my PF mod, because I raised the seat and the hood to more accurate positions, there is some space left under the seat, so I put the PF XL motor there and hook it directly to the fake engine and the front axle. A couple of days ago I saw a comment on the 42114 PF entry on Rebrickable saying that putting the motor there is technically wrong. I did notice that for official RC sets with middle differential (42070 A, 42070 B, 42114), the motor is connected to the middle differential instead. So my question is that in the real thing, does the transmission from the engine go to the middle differential or somewhere else?

I have the opposite impression. What I don't like in the official 42125 is that the front looks really disjointed. The diagonal lines from panels 50 and 51 ruin the face for me. Also the curve of the printed headlights don't really go well with that of other panels. I prefer the flat simplified look of the smaller model in the front. Also the side #21 and 22 panels really flow inward with the stickers. Another thing that I like is that the small model actually sits low on the ground.

I've managed to find a way to put the PF battery box and receiver into the model. Since there is very little space in the back, I've decided not to include any direction switching or mapping mechanism. When the thing flips over, it's most convenient to just flip the controller. The only thing left is the test build. I'm gonna use parts from an used 42095 I bought, and get the remaining parts from Bricklink. Unfortunately this set has not been inventoried there yet, so now I'll just have to wait.
