    I'd bet that this MACK truck is another creation of the same Uwe Wabra, and has singe rear tyre axles. If it has PF the BBox would be in the truck and the M motor would be in the trailer, connecting in the same manner as that of 42043 B model. Don't you find it strange that releasing the MACK right 4 months after the 42070 would probably cannibalize the sales of 42070?

    I don't think it's a typo because the number in the box below is also 42084. This could mean the MACK truck is not the set with highest number among 2018 1H despite being most likely to be the 1H flagship.

    Well well well, I intend to get the 42043 for the B model next month, because I've been dying to have a tractor truck with a long trailer. And look what we have here: a MACK truck with a trailer for next year. Dunno if I should still get the 42043 as it will be phased out by the end of this year.

    Just so you wait, the 42069 will drop to 90 EUR or something in no time. From what I've observed that's the lowest it can go for sets in the range of 120-130 EUR. Right before the release of 2017 2H the 42052 Helicopter got to that point. As for me I can't wait to get my paws on such an awesome set so I ordered 2 copies at 103.99 instead of waiting any longer.

    Come to think of it, this 42070 could have had like 4 motors in the spectrum (M, L, XL, Sv) like the 42030 and then had 6 functions with 3 motors an the Sv for switching like 8043. That'd be way better.

    Thanks @Sariel for saving everybody's time. Your review demonstrates clearly that this is not a B model worth building. Right after the election of the worst US President we have the election of the worst Technic flagship.

    Grohl (Milan) just replied to me on Youtube saying that 42069 is the set with 5th highest part count. That ranks it among the other flagships. Counting from highest: - 42055 - 3929 - 42043 - 2793 - 42056 - 2704 - 42009 - 2606 - 42069 - 2382 - 8110 - 2048 Another proof that 42069 is the true flagship hehe.

    I don't understand why firetrucks aren't explored more in Technic. Some firetruck has a two-section or telescopic arm for personnel lift, not to mention some mechanism to keep the basket level. I mean, if properly executed a firetruck can be as Technic-ish as any other crane truck.
