    No idea about a DIY solution, but there's the option to just order one: https://www.steindrucker.com/space-classic This outfit sells custom printed parts. I've got a handful Classic Space and M-Tron bits, including a CS logo on a dark tan torso. Looks good enough to be an official print.

    Messerschmitt? And it looks very good. Doesn't need more greebling in my opinion, those sawtooth edges on the curve pieces give enough flavor.

    That's great but why does it look so crap? It's like somebody repainted regular helmet and airtanks. Badly. There's a weird hole in the hand and the logo's already flaking off.

    This is a really nice build. I saved it for reference for when I build another mech, lots of great details like the armor around the ankle joints. Between the name and the hands, I keep picturing this thing stomping around throwing adorably useless uppercuts. SHORYUKEN oh no I broke off the guns again

    So, I've been building little spacebikes based on this bike fairing part for a while, and by that I mean a couple years or something. IMO the motorcycle is terrible, ridiculously huge, but the fairing's good for little spacecraft. It was even used for this set 5969 prototype. anyways, group shot The Blacktron version's the definitive one. and 100% legal legos, so I used it as a base for this instructions page There's a bunch of others in my flickr gallery if anybody's bored and curious, cheers
