Dudes! Calm down! 8-| I don't want them to remove the smilies, I just wanted to ask them for putting down a little copyright note! The smilie pack was made for being used by everybody who wants to use them, they only forgot to write where they are from (me / Eurobricks). If they add this, I'm perfectly happy! I already mailed their admin, hope to get response soon. Snefroe, have you already posted there?

But since those would be licensed sets, they would be more expensive than just standard space sets. Most kids will prefere to buy a slightly worse designed but cheaper set! Or don't you think so? EDIT: oooops, haven't seen the last 20 posts.... :$

Yeah, thats perfectly right! In my childhood when I used to play with toys (as I do nowadays again... :D ) the things I remember most are Lego and my Game Boy / Super Nintendo! (Mario Cart... Terranigma.... Yoshi's Island... *wub* *wub* *starts crying because he sold his SNES years ago*) I don't think that LOTR would have been a similar success like HP or Star Wars. LOTR were less movies for kids but movies for teens and adults. The main focus of Lego are the kids, so those groups don't overlap with each other nicely... :(

Yeah, have checked that. Snefroe, are you signed up there? Could you send them a mail that I'd like to see some kind of copyright mark at their page or otherwise see them being removed? Or better give me the adress of any of their admins / mods? (I wasn't able to find any email adress to contact their staff)

I have only a few parts for which I wasn't able to find an own category (= a Zip-Lock bag ;)). Those parts all fit in one additional bag. But this small amount of those parts may result from my sorting system, I sort parts by color, shape or theme. I have large bags / boxes filled with castle, space or city parts that just fit to the particular themes. This way I don't need to catch the city box from beneath my bed when I want to build a castle MOC! Oh, and I have a box where I put parts into I will NEVER (chance 99,99%) use in my life, e.g. the old 4x4 kitchen counter pieces from Fabuland or also the Jack Stone / Pirates 4+ Minifigs I have.

Funny looking guy! I especially like the head, what part is it made from?

Thanks phes, I just can say the same like Vader here: Shut up with that sarcasm, if you're not happy with our moderation attitudes then try to tell this in a friendly way and stop with that (unreasonable) insulted behavior! And as a small side note: the next thread where Jon or any other mod or admin gets any negative comments because he is doing his job will immediatelly be closed! Even if we are a community that is known for not being too strict we are nonetheless a community about Lego! WE ARE NOT A CHAT ROOM! So PLEASE try at least not to spam the threads in the Lego forums too much!

Maybe a bit off topic, but I've seen a music video completely made with Playmobil several years ago. There was a city scene shown where police officers tried to stop a demonstration or whatever... Kinda violant for a animated toy video ;)

I have no idea when my obsession started, the first situation I can think of was at the age of 4 when my step brother gave me his whole collection (dunno why... *wacko*). Oh, and before I was three I build a house with my dad. He asked my mom to buy more slopes, but she bought 33'er and not the 45

You surely can try it :P (there comes to my mind, somebody made a Darth Maul smilie some month ago, can he repost it?) My plan with the smilies is: Since I need still 15 to 20 smilies for the second Smilie Pack, I will add those one by one here till the pack is "full". Meanwhile I will restructure the smilie panel, because I don't think there is a need for most smilies (esp. such like the Tusken, Spidey, etc) which can be displayed in a seperate pop up window. If you like to submit your own design you can do it, but send me a PM or email before with it, so I can see if it fits to the rest (I can send you the template with the plain head if you like). Also the member submitted smilies could be put into the next official pack with notes who made them, that's no problem and that's up to you to decide then!

Okay, folks, I'll tell you how it works: This thread should be kept clean and WILL BE kept clean! So please post only your suggestion without of any further comments! - Which minifig faces would you like to see? (Theme, Peeron link, name, etc...) - Which characters from movies / comic books would be cool? - Which facial expressions are still missing? Please understand that we aren't able to do everything (at least not in the near future), so don't be upset if a special suggestion won't show up the next time! And always remember: JUST SUGGESTIONS allowed, any posts / off topic comments will be deleted!
