Very nice! I really like how you got the right shape of the town in your model! Impressive thing :) One point of critics though: You should add some mini buildings to the different rings to give a bit more life to this thing, and maybe also some military machines like the trebuchets and so on. Nonetheless great work!

Sorry for letting this unclear, I meant "ancient" in the way of "not today", so everything that could have taken place before the city lines (so to say the 20th century), I would even count 18th century buildings or whatever in my definition of "ancient category"...

Actually I always thought the "Castle" section is more something like an "ancient" section, that's why I posted my port there. But you have to know by yourself, where you'd like to put your MOC... ;)

My Royal Port...

Pirates is one of my most favourite lines (before my dark ages it was THE most favourite line), though I'm nowadays more into space and related things. I haven't made many mocs so far, to be precies it was one, an royal port, you can see it at my BS gallery (link in my signature).

For me it looks somehow faked / photoshopped :/ The Fighter in the last image is brighter than the others. And Obiwans Fighter is only shown very small, so maybe they (if its really an official comic) just used an edited image instead of showing the real set (which officially doesn't exist). So maybe the real fighter will be dark red.

Maybe TLC should think about some kind of a truck with a whole store on board that is driving through the countries where they have no shops, this would give the fans a chance to get more things and it would be great promotion for them. Though even the gasoline would cost too much I think. Not to speak about laws and such stuff... :|

Hm, good idea! I already thought about printing my own stickers for the insignia at the rear of the ship, so propably I'll print one sticker sheet when I completely finished the fighter. I'm very dissatisfied with the engines, they are too wide and not as nicely curved like the original, so I will do some rework on them before deciding what to do with the blue ellipses. Nonetheless thanks for the hint! :)

A totally unique idea (at least I haven't seen anything similar), great "land"-scaping and superb articulation of the figs that make them looking like they are (or at should I better say "the one guy is" ;)) really skiing down the hill!!! There is something similar at the Lego Store in CentrO Oberhausen (Germany), but the selection wasn't too good. Mainly some orange torsos from Res-Q or something like that, a few imperator torsos, purple and orange legs... That's all I can remember. The price was 1,99 Euro for one fig...

Okay, finally I found time, bricks and inspiration to go on with this little project... ;) I'm not already finished, the engines still have to be made and I have to add some details / greeblings to the whole thing. I hope to finish it the next days, so (you know whats coming now... ;)) the next sunny day will be a day of maaaaaany pics of my creations!!! ;)

Erm... If that thing is half the size of a human, lets say 1 meter... What kind of ninja dwarf is supposed to controle it?!? *wacko* He must be smaller than 20 cm then!!!! But nonetheless I really like the humanoid shape this bot has, and he looks really posable! :oo

And after having a look on that thread you showed in your link it isn't even necessary because they discuss their problems over their on their own (the very first time that much public as far as I remember). I'd already seen this yesterday, so impressive! I especially like that movable 1:1 Battle Droid... *wub* It's interesting that those designers ARE able to create more accurate versions than those "more play value less accuracy" things they create as sets...

Oh, I forgot to add: I'll take apart my Falcon and my AT-AT this afternoon (Ahhhh!!!! One month of building pleasure!!!! *satis* *satis* *satis* ) and try to create something from those sets too. May god help me to sort the grey and bley parts back afterwards again! *wacko*

Only 6! :P Actually the pool of parts came from 6 Droidekas, several Battle Droids (which I haven't used because of the color scheme), 4 staps, 5 Mini Snowspeeder and 5 Mini AT-STs. Actually it's not really an APU, it's only strongly inspired by those lovely mechas... *wub* But maybe I'll call it an A.P.O., if I find a nice word with "o" ;) Yeah, first I always loved your creations and second you're the judge, so what would be the point of making some pink / white Paradisa'ish creation instead of some greebled thing? ;) :P You do?!? Damn, the last 1,5 month took me out of almost every recent things happening here... :$ And to answer your question: Joseph just wants a linkable gallery, no matter where it's hosted ;) So thanks for the kind words on this, I promise to get pictures as soon as possible! :^^D
