  1. I myself dont like any cockpit windshield designs so far that Lego has come up with. Even the latest one has its angles ****ed up. On the other hand, the brick built canopy that All in Reflexes made is 100% accurate with the angles. Its probably the best part of the ship for me.
  2. Guys I need help. What is the ID of the tube/hose piece that is used for the engine intakes? How can you bend it in ldd? I tried multiple times with a few tube pieces I found in ldd but they twist like snakes on lsd.
  3. If Star Wars teaches one thing, it is that Family is the most important thing in life. Look what happened to poor Annie when he was left unchecked? He became a child killer. Look what happened to Luke who didnt know he had a twin sister. He almost hit da gurl wit da fleshsaber Look what happened to Lord Sidius. If he would have had a little more love from his friends Annie and Padme, he could have been the best babysitter teaching the lil kids, how to draw with lightnings Sooo yeah. Family is important! The rest can wait
  4. Told my wife the fist day you could buy ticket online that all the cinema websites in the city died and the nerds are raging like hell at work. Im a nerd too but I dont care if I see the movie a few days later. Then my wife posted a picture on my facebook page, that she bought tickets for the first screening. My wife is the best! Turned out that they were for the last seats in the screening room, so I told her: "Honey, next time try to aim for row 7, ok?" 2 hours later she posted another picture of our new tickets for row 7 for the first screening. My wife is the best X100
  5. Great stop motion! Cheers
  6. Easy answer. Combine the size (big interior) of the 6211 and build it up using the techniqe learned from the 75050. I always want to do it, but never have the time to do it.
  7. Your Jedi intercepter Mini would be totally good as a official Microfighters set (Can it fit a pilot?)
  8. A "song" comes to mind looking at this SD Good Moc. Cheers
  9. Wow. I just stumbled upon your A-wing. I love the new ones on the forum, that are closer to the movie version in shape, but THIS. This shape although not that movie accurate (Still light years better than the TLG versions) catches my eyes more. I love this Lego version! The angle of the latest pictures is also great. Do you have a LDD file for this? I Would love to brickbuild this Cheers
  10. Im no A-wing expert (I never looked at it closely), but I do see that Jeracs and those that are based on it are the best so far. This makes me want to sell my TLG one to get money to build this.
  11. These nose designs failed the building test. The 3rd design failed as well. The 4th current design turned out to be rock solid with about 95% of the original shape. I will try to update the post soon.
  12. Thats 90% the style of how I planned my T-65 to look like. I love it. Check out my E-wing LDD. I would love to have your opinion on it. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=111645 Cheers
  13. Fantastic. The original set looks terrible. This one looks like a Mi-24 Hind, and its lovely. Bravo
  14. You got me wrong there. I'm a big enough fan to understand the details. I'm just not happy how Lego didn't get the shapes and sizes right after changing that horrible cockpit to something better. The trapezoid shape of the front of the cockpit is upside down and not correct in size. It should be 2 Studs wide where it meets the nose and 3 Studs wide at the top This is the correct shape:
  15. The new Falcon...Meh. The new X-Wing...Now that got me mad. Is Lego seriously charging 80+ dollars for a black regular (old design) X-wing. With slightly changed wing+engine and new cockpit canopy. Oh and that. Why cant Lego make a proper cockpit canopy? The UCS version has the angles wrong from the start and now this minifig scale has the same incorrect angles.
  16. Thanks. I forgot to add internal pictures, but it doesn't matter now because building the craft from bricks showed that the front part is too weak. I have to redesign the internals while keeping as much from the external design as possible. My first idea is to stick to bricks and plates. This is how it looks: If this turns out weak too, I will try a Technic beam solution
  17. I love it. If I ever build in this size, I will use about 90% of your design. The only parts I would change are: -Nose. -Nose gear strut -Engine thrusters The rest is perfect Keep up the good work!
  18. This is my first post here, so Greetings everyone! I have been salivating on the Mocs I have seen here for years. Had trouble getting LDD to work for 3(!!!) years. One day I was playing a game when the unused LDD popped up from nowhere and it runs fine ever since I have seen some fantastic X-Wings but not much love for the E-Wing, so I gave it shot. This is my first ever LDD Moc and probably my 4th in total, so all input is welcome. I still have trouble getting LDD to do what I want sometimes. About my E-Wing: I love both the old blocky and the more recent E-wing designs on the internet, so I tried to go somewhere down the middle road. I understand if design purists don't like my approach. My primary goal was to build a display (UCS?) model, but when I finished the external design, I wanted working internals as well for playability and swooshability. Something UCS models don't allow... After adding all the internals I had to redesign the whole exterior again, to make it strong enough. I tried to design my E-wing with the available parts that I have at home, so that was a huge limiting factor for both the parts and the color scheme. I'm sure I could improve the model if I plan to bricklink the missing parts. Features: -Functional landing gears -Storage compartment (Rear) -Generator compartment (Mid section) .2 generators can be pulled out of the craft -Droid compartment (Mid section). Droid can be pulled out of the craft after elevating the whole turret assembly -Rotateable and elevable turret (Above droid compartment) -Wings can be level for landing mode or dropped for flight mode -Internal Torpedo storage for 6 Proton torpedoes (Behind the pilot) -Reallstic cockpit design -Realistic thruster design with build in LED lighting powered by 2032 Battery for when the Star Wars fan friend come over for a beer Features that I had to drop because I was unable to solve it: -Joystick for the pilot -Loading arm for the proton torpedoes Future plans. I want to build the model as it stands now and keep improving it as new ideas, building techniques and part become available in the future. I would like to use everything I learned here to make my own X-Wing
