  1. Another awesome Porche 'Polish Guy'! It's very detailed but, what did you use for the chrome gold rims? Keep up the great work
  2. I do live in the U.S. so, I see these and the other cars on regularly eBay. I place bids on them every once in a while. It's unfortunate that they don't sell this train near you but, at least you were able to get so many. I do agree, the box car is very heavy. I haven't built my 3677 yet but, did build my extra car and was very surprised. I would like to see a new video though, I've seen all your other ones, as well. I love each one
  3. This is a very nice MOC! Exceptionally detailed work, I have to agree with 'LegoSjaak', the trains look fantastic as well. I would love to see close ups of them as well
  4. I've built a few of these before. Like others, they were small sets around 100 pieces or so. I used to puzzle build more as a child
  5. I've ordered from 1001Bricks and wasn't disappointed but, it did take about a month for the order to reach me (U.S.). I prefer to oder form the U.S. as most of my orders from Europe take 3-4 weeks. Still, I've never not received an order
  6. Thanks for posting the photo 'LegoSjaak'. I like the new corner addition, it's coming along nicely. Those extra cars are about $20 dollars here as well. I've only purchased one but, want more of that and the tipper car
  7. I've been waiting to see this WIP completed! This is very impressive 'matt22hew'! The shear size alone is amazing, especially next to the IFS! I love the detailed inside the ship as well. Great job on this build and congratulations on it's completion
  8. Wow that is a lot of box cars! Have you been buying those cars individually? I've thought about doing that. Also could you take a photo (or two) of an arial overview of the yard, as well as, the surrounding area behind?
  9. Very clever device 'JopieK'. Do you plan to integrate this in with your train(s) for a demo?
  10. Very nice restaurant 'Brickviller'! Excellent design and build detail. I really like how it sitting over the train tracks. Could you post some photos from different angles in your layout? We have an upscale restaurant downtown at an old train station. Surprisingly, passing trains aren't too noisy. Anyway, great MOC keep them comin'
  11. Great review 'SilentMode'! I am not a fan of the Friends theme but, this is a very nice set and looks to have plenty of playability. A city or town wouldn't be complete without a vet office. However, this would look a bit out of place in mine. I give a an above average vote
  12. Fantastic B&B 'tiberium_blue'! Very detailed work, I love the wood interior. The exterior is very elegant as well. I think this should do very well in the contest, I love it! Great work and good luck
  13. Awesome Cat 'SecondAxe'! I don't know how I missed this... I used to operate a a smaller 988B. This extremely close to the real one, great job bringing it to MF scale. Keep up the great work and welcome to EB
  14. Another nice review 'tiggerkiddo'. I can't wait till I buy this set! I love the Bronco lookin' truck... A tip for your reviews: try using a lot of light. It will help you camera focus and provide crisp, clear photos, even if a camera isn't very good (mine is a Sony 3 megapixel). Anyway thanks for the reviews
  15. Very nice utility truck 'Dakar A'. I like it's styling, very sleek. It's a great alternative to the original set
  16. Thank you very much for letting me know, I was afraid of that... Why did TLG do that? I had four ready in my cart from a seller in Australia but, someone beat me too it. Something new I learned about BL. I guess I have a few more orders to place
  17. Right now all my sets are stored in a closet above my garage and against my roof. There are no vents, no circulation, and no windows. I have had many of my old sets from the mid 90's in there since new with no noticeable problems. I have since then moved all my unopened new set in there as well. The winter temp in the room can drop to upper 40's at lowest and hit the low 90's on a very hot summer day. Need I worry about the condition of the of the newer sets in these conditions? Or is this a relatively non-dangerous temperature flux? I run a fan during the summer but, am a bit skeptical to run a heater in such a confined area of nothing but plastic and wood... The room attached isn't much warmer either, so leaving the door open wouldn't solve much. I always worry, as there is a small fortune in there and I care dearly for them
  18. Very nice layout 'Skystorm87'! I like how you incorporated your buildings on top of a non-Lego medium, it's very realistic. Any chance you could post a couple pictures showing the size difference between the Queen Anne's Revenge and the IFS? I saw this layout earlier and it promptly made me go and order the IFS and I've pondered about the QAR later this year
  19. Sorry to bump but, I am brand new to ships. I just ordered this ship. I have viewed the parts inventory and know we only receive four cannons. I will not be able to build this ship for a good long while but want it to be more complete in the armory. I am to assume 8 total are needed, four per side?
  20. Thank you for the info. I figured thats what you did to cut down on production time and space needed. I hope you all plan to make another film someday! Happy New Year
  21. After recovering from gift giving for Christmas, I decided to spend some on myself for a late haul. I just won NIB 10231 Shuttle Adventure for $20 under MSRP and ordered a small BL order and a NIB 10210 Imperial Flagship for 20 over MSRP
  22. Nice MOC 'doink'! It has a vern nice design and I really like the SUV. Any chance of additional photos of that? Keep up the great work
  23. Thanks for the review on this set, 'tk'. I absolutely love this set! I wasn't able to get one through shop at home when they were available but, after my dark age I was able to get one in very good condition for a little less then MRSP. It may still may be my favorite tow truck to date. I was not aware that the motor was so valuable. I can't believe it's going for almost half of what the set cost. I am not it's biggest fan, as it is noisy and slow. I have planned but, not committed to, to mod it to manual and keep set the motor aside
  24. Nice bar 'kabel'! The brick work is excellent and I love the truck. My only concern are the windows being a little exposing for an illegal establishment. Great job anyway
  25. Another fantastically detailed build 'Ralph_S'! Your work never ceases to amaze me
