    That with 42009 is subjective... I like the 42009 and I like it very much... One of the best sets ever... great functionality, genial outridgers, good superstructure and 3 sections boom and overal very nice design... The 42042 is modern, got great gearbox but it's just another crane... Max...

    Hmm nice... cab looks good also in yellow... Arocs is very good source for mods... I couldn't resist too... :) BTW... I don't like that circular main front lights from Marcus Kossmann... I would rather use the bigger translucent bricks... and on real Arocs they are a little bit higher... But from you good work... :) Max...

    @Beck: :D :D :D Yes the car/truck design is always subjective... :D ...I didn't like the previous Volvo generations much, but this generation looks very good and when I meet this Volvo on the road I let my eyes on it... :) @jono.rocky: Don't look at the rest of model now... I wanted just to quick motorize it so I used simple solution... The steering motor will be then hidden at the back of cabin behind the LiPo battery... :) Thanx for comments... :) Max...

    I like that you got fun... before you go ahead with panelling I advice you to make chassis with suspension and wheels... after that you should continue with panelling because than you realize how much space you got where... :) Max...

    Yes I know that FM series are construction trucks but they look not so good as FH series... :) Thank you... I will continue in modifications... I had always prefered the studless only technic models but I see that if I want to make better looking shapes and small details I have to go the way of Model Team a little bit... I want not to use a lot of studded parts and make it as simple and good looking as possible... :) I'm curious what M_Longer says... because I like his trucks... :D :D :D Thanx for support... :) Max... :* P.S.: Maybe you have seen this very good Volvo trucks commercial... :)

    Hello, I have built the Mercedes Arocs week ago and I think it's the best technic set ever (!!!) and I'm really excited from it... Marcus Kossmann did not bad job with Arocs, I like the PF and Pneumatic Features, very good made... But Marcus was limited by TLG management and I don't like the front of Lego Arocs very much... Because I think that Volvo FH16 2015 is one of best looking Trucks nowdays I decided to make fast facelift of Arocs and rebuild the front to newest generation of Volvo FH16 Truck... OK, I know that FH series are Tractor Trucks but sometimes they could be used as construction trucks... but it does not matter... I like simply the front of Volvo FH16 2015... I made some modifications today and I'm so excited that I must to show you my first result... I will continue with modifications so that's the first version... Maybe you like it... I like the shapes of the LED Daylight Running Lights... they are beautiful on the real truck... And here my version: [EDIT] Video added: Max...

    I didn't mean that it must be the Tractor Truck... :) I meant the truck with the front grill and cabin from the new FH16 series... It could be also crane... :) Max... :)

    When I saw the preview youtube picture in first post I know immediately that it must be next crazy creation from Uefchen... and... it is! But great Idea to use the principe of tracks and gears in opposite way... now the tracks do not move but the gears do... brilliant... Good work! Actually based on this it is possible to build for example monorail for Lego City!!! How simple... :) Max... :)

    With this combination of gears you can not align the steering because of the same position of teeth on the gears circumference at 90 degree positions. You can use gear rack... Max...
