  1. Aaahhh beautiful... So it's T815-7... looks like military version in this color... I like it very much !!! :*** Max...
  2. Legotechnicus very nice... I thought that you used this method... thanx for sharing... this MOC got nice technical details... :) Max...
  3. legotechnicus, it looks good! Can you upload the bottom photo? I'd like to see your Tatra concept solution - central backbone and semi-axles... Thx! Max...
  4. Hello Effe! That looks cool... The fenders nicee... and streering system is yes, like on real trucks placed in the inner side... TLG should definitely do something with steering and wheel hubs and wheels to move pivot point to wheel center as possible... Max...
  5. Ondra works at Lego factory in Czech republic... spy... :D Max...
  6. OK... TIB: Do you got any webpage or Youtube with your MOCs? Max...
  7. Effe and TheItalianBrick the steering with small LAs is quite powerful but little bit to slow... Or you gear it up to make it faster? Max...
  8. What's the sense of floating independent suspension? When I once use independent suspension I can mount it directly to chassis and it's not necessary to make it floating... Exists something like this also in real life? ... Max...
  9. Hi guys... I like your mid size Trucks... Interesting... This scale is very suitable for lego gears and motors... The overall weight is not big and from this reason the gears and motors got not problem with torque and weight... The minus is that you could build just simple vehicles because of missing space... But it's fun to play with them... :) Max...
  10. Yess... very nice... I like the futuristic design... :) Miha will have pleasure... :) Max...
  11. This one is really really cool... Number one for me... Unique and really good looking... I like the diagonal liftarms on the side making the truck very sportly... Also the idea of interior is good... Future truck will drive autonomously... Great MOC and inspirative details... Good work! Max...
  12. Yesss... it looks way better and more realistic... Just the windscreen looks a little bit to big... (when compared to US trucks) I don't know... :) Max...
  13. Hmm... it looks good... with the jib it's a good idea... your 3. section looks pretty stiff so it shoud have no problem with the jib... Outridgers are looking also quite good... Looking forward for your next progress... :) Max...
  14. Yes... the lowest part of grill is to much... remove the lowest row... Don't you want to use other headlights than Arocs style? I would place down only massive front bumper and headlights above it... Max...
  15. Wow! It looks very good! I like the front very much and is immediately recognizable as Scania! I like it very much! Good work! Max...
  16. Scania fits better also for me... Effe when I saw you picture I thought also that you build Scania... :) Max...
  17. I do not like truck with nose but this one looks very good... :P Max..
  18. TheItalianBrick, a lot of your reactions in this forum are to excessive... Please be kind to people and do not attack people... To my posting... as I have written, first video is just as addition... important is second video... Here is Lego example with torsen diff and with one wheel in the air... Watch the whole interesting video or just jump to TEST #5 in 1:20... So Torsen DOES NOT LOCK if one wheel is in the air (grip = 0 or grip near zero)... Zero multiplied by something is always ZERO... Zero torque multiplied by the torque bias ratio is still ZERO... Max...
  19. About Torsen: there are more versions of Torsen... Each got a little bit other features... But the common feature is that if one wheel looses grip, the torque will be not be transfered to other wheel with grip and rotates as insane and the vehicle stays not moving on place... It happens when the grip is zero (one wheel in the air) or grip is close to zero (one wheel on ice)... That's the reason why Torsen was in latest generations used in combination with electronics, which per ABS sensors detected spinning wheel and brakes it a litte bit to make the whole system working... Otherwise would Audi not move from place... Because of this negative features Audi uses in it's latest models not Torsen (it's a product of US company) but crown middle differential... It got better features than Torsen A, B or C... I made test with my Audi when one wheel/ one side was on ice... OK in this case the Torsen is in the middle and on axles are open differentials, but it's a good example that the Torsen system is not ideal... Because it's middle differential better test is when the wheels of one axle got no grip: Here link to my blog in german about AWD systems and Torsen: http://www.motor-talk.de/blogs/autos-technik/quattro-xdrive-4matic-t3030917.html Max...
  20. Not bad... but when you make it as Trial Truck you should to avoid of differentials... what you do if one wheel on axis is in the air? You lost traction... Very nice quality pictures you made... ;) Max...
  21. You're right... he has to add connection liftarms between plates lenghwise... Max...
  22. Hmm that looks not bad... I like it... You make me hot to return to my mobile crane and rebuild it... :D Max...
  23. Aminnich... you got my support... The crane must not be perfect and accurate copy of existing one... Lego is about compromises... The most important is that you have fun by building... :) I like your multiaxle trailer... :) Max...
