I came. I saw. I saved. So apparently, the orange-yellow guy is in the largest set as well, can't spot him on the prelim there. Seems like he could be human. It would be nice to see Wu use the print from DotD again, since the Samurai X Cave was very expensive. And, could it be his tan strawhat returns, finally? The Rogue duo is very interesting! The right one might even be Cole, judging from torso and facial scar. Also, green pauldrons? Cool! -

I think there's no reason to doubt that it's sand blue, based of the picture and what Zergos said. -
Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread

I quite enjoyed the DotD special, mostly in the way I usually enjoy OVA's: happy to dive back into the show again after a long absence, feeling slightly nostalgic. I have to say, battle sequences were alright, for as long as they lasted... Overall, the plot wasn't bad, but it was obvious that there was (or, should be) a lot more to it than what we saw. They've done what they could to polish the rough edges of scene-cutting, I think. I still recommend watching it. Oh, one more thing: Pythor's voice is so delightful!- 4,591 replies

I feel bad for not commenting on this earlier, for this is a quite an amazing piece! Unusual style, NPU, odd angles, lovely architecture, great fig posing; this build has got it all! The rockwork and the swamp are particularly well-done!

Nice work! I like how you brought the organic elements in this build, both on the roof and down the side of the house. Like SK said, neat timberwork as well!

Nice, thanks for the pics! The printing is really cool! The only thing that bugs me is that the headpiece is purple, I'd have liked to see it in sand blue instead, to blend in with the 'skin' tone and to make it more suited for other minifigs. -

Pretty terrifying, if you ask me! -
As far as I could find, there have been 9 different minifig characters with four arms since 2005: General Grievous , Frenzy (Space Police III), Samukai, Lord Garmadon, Pong Krell (Star Wars), Robot Foot Soldier (TMNT), General Kozu, Nadakhan and finally, this year's Giant Stone Warrior (Ninjago). That makes five four-armed baddies in the Ninjago line alone! The thing I personally like about them is that they can wield so many weapons at the same time, however, it's often hard to pose them so they don't get in each others way. Why does TLG like the four arms idea so much? Well, who knows, but I guess doubling the amount of legs just didn't have the evilness effect they were looking for... I'd love to see a good guy with four arms, for a change (not counting the alien jedi).

Oh wow! When I saw the picture I was almost sure that it would be some obscure Superheroes character, until you pointed out the insignia! The design is so... sci-fi! The colour scheme matches the Samurai Turbomobile and it's different from all of the good guys so far. Those blue eye's could be Zane's, but the navy blue says rather Jay or Nya. Whatever the case; very interesting! It looks like the figures will be a big deal this wave, can't wait to see the others! -

What do you expect, then? Really the only other thing where they could have changed something is the visor mould design (as the colour has been changed). Sure, they could have changed the entire colour scheme, but that's just not the way minifig design works in the second wave of an Action and Adventure theme! Besides, this is likely their new default look, the more innovative powered-up suits are in the Ultimate and Action sub-lines. Btw, no need to quote pictures. -
