  1. I wish players were forced to use Zane to activate a boomerang switch. Because absolutely no one knows he can use those. Sigh... The Ninjago hub had so much potential. But it comes off as a jumble to me, sadly one of my least favorite hubs. The monastery is accurate, but everything else isn't. My favorite world has to be Dr. Who, for all the time-travel, and Portal, for the unique and fresh look it presents.
  2. Cool! But was there a way to make this, not only improved, but accurate to the show as well? Idk, it is your build after all. Also, that minifigure, lol.
  3. Yeah, and it looks like a printed piece! This lantern is clearly of some significance to the show. Could it be what brings the villains together in season 8?
  4. Yeah. For now, LEGO seems to be working only on video games (that rinse and repeat 24/7... ) and flash games online. Both of which aren't exactly "extremely engaging" if you get me. However, If enough people ask that LEGO hears, we may get at least a response.
  5. Check the Lego Dimensions website. It lists all the character's abilities. People tend to overlook certain characters and deem them "useless", when they were actually quite helpful and may even be the all around character.
  6. So, from looking at the pieces included, I ask this, is there anyway to make the wings point outwards, instead of backwards? If you use the correct hinge pieces and the pieces Dr. Cogg posted above me, it should be possible. Remember though, this is mostly for visual detail, prioritizing the mech's main look is okay as well. If you do take my suggestion, I'd reccomend the larger "wings" to be above the smaller flaps.
  7. Ah, okay then. Does that mean it will be around $20-25 then? The Airjitzu Temple, while still being an exclusive, was still showcased. Why not the Airjitzu Temple grounds?
  8. What i'd do would be, to get the "all around character" from each franchise. Zane from NInjago (best looking as well), Cyberman from Dr. Who, Legolas from LOTR, etc. Then i'd get figs I thought looked cool.
  9. Marina on Twitter made a damaged ghost Clouse! Looks like it was made by LEGO for real! I don't know how to post it here, but the Hageman bros retweeted it.
  10. But not temple grounds? To be honest, Kai, Skylor, or Nya at this point seem like the most logical choice to be in that set. Otherwise, Kai will be exclusive to the Stealth Raider. Also hoping for Misako variant or Wu as well.
  11. LOL Fenwick mech! Take that to Lego Ideas right away!
  12. Looking good, but try to use the pieces for maximum display/visual effect. Just because you are making a mech, does not mean it still can't have a glider pack... Or a tail...
  13. Ohhh. I see it now... It was hard to tell, as I couldn't find it anywhere i expected it to be... That's really creative!
  14. So you are only using set pieces... In that case, I don't know how much I can help. I don't have the set. But if there are any hinge pieces, a mech suit may be possible. Same with the dragon; you'd need something for the wings. You could use the armor plates on the back wheels, or the long gray piece in the front for the tail. There may be other hidden pieces I can't see, but with a closer inspection of the pieces included, one of the two ideas I suggested may be possible.
  15. I does however, have a samurai oni who's alternate face is his head upside down... 10/10 instant buy.
  16. Maybe you can recalibrate it into a mech suit? NInjago does that all the time. You can also rebuild it into a dragon; If the set's too big, then make something to fit it; a mech suit and a dragon are both fitting to Nexo Knights, as well as meeting the size requirements. If you are using only the set and no other pieces, I don't know if the dragon will work though...
  17. Well I can't wait to finally see what the temple grounds look like! The X-Cave will probably be similar in build to the Batcave, judging by how it looks like in the show. But who am I kidding, this is NInjago; there's probably a feature that will make the entire build transform into something with golden blades...
  18. Yeah. It's kinda disappointing, but they still are. No matter how many new features they add to it, it will always have the same "break and build" concept. Even Ninjago, a theme based on a show with very little emphasis on real Lego bricks, cannot escape this rule. I will agree, that Lego City: Undercover and The Lego Movie Video Game are two good picks for the Lego franchise's games. One game has a unique gameplay system, the other has a unique visual style.
  19. Kai's Sword of Fire can melt ice, and deflect lasers.
  20. Really? I thought this was the old Bionicle for some reason... Apparently, it's having the 5 fps animation blends, as seen in the first animations. I actually kinda fits, as it looks a little "oldie" and even tribal... But that's just me.
  21. Amazing! This really makes me want a time travel/ninja vs samurai season for NInjago.
  22. To be honest, aside from the characters, the gameplay seems flat.
