  1. Wow. I like how each building has it's own unique personality. And so many detail that make the scene come alive. Very well done.
  2. Nice looking towers! They look great together--very impressive.
  3. Great castles! I especially like the last one. The interiors are very well done.
  4. Fantastic! So many details to explore. Really well done!
  5. @NDLG80. Wow! Great job! That looks spot on! I really like seeing that built out of physical bricks. Your photography really shows it off well, too. Thanks so much for sharing!
  6. Ya gotta like horses that are so well trained they don't need reigns.
  7. There's nothing wrong with old school. These are very creative! I like them.
  8. @Klaus-Dieter Thanks for the comment! Here's the back of the wagon.
  9. @SilentWolf Thanks! You can see more recreations from the LEGO Movie if you click the movie logo in my signature below. There's also more coming here, too. For now, here's another view of WyldStyle's pig cart.
  10. @NDLG80 Thanks so much! WyldStyle's cart ended up being less challenging than I originally thought. It had a good number of views from all angles in the movie and that always helps. I didn't have to go digging for alternate image sources. I know of one floating part above the back right wheel. Other than that, everything is pretty well attached. It needs only a little bit of a chassis added and it should hold together well. @Jim Thanks! Any contest sounds great! Here's another angle of the wagon. I'll post more.
  11. For those who are interested, I just posted a pic of WyldStyle's pig wagon in my Old West topic.
  12. I've wanted to do this one for quite some time. Here's WyldStyle's pig wagon. If you look in the center of the wagon, you'll see part 30163 Mummy Coffin. This wagon is literally a coffin on wheels.
  13. Yup. I goofed.... It's fixed now.
  14. @Hart New Bob I'm not entirely sure, but I think I just might quite possibly be offended by that... ;-) @koalayummies. Thanks again. And... Ya got me... I called the town by the wrong name. It's fixed now.
  15. Were we being politically incorrect about being politically incorrect? P.S. I'm easily offended by jets.
  16. @Hart New Bob. I don't know about TLG's rules, but it seems to be more and more politically incorrect to offend anyone religiously, unintentionally or otherwise. That may be why the only church set LEGO released was back in the 1950's. I have added a render of the water tower with Hot Tub Harry in my old west topic. It's guaranteed to be free of offending religious content and may only offend those who are easily upset by farts and potty trained pigs. Enjoy!
  17. @NDLG80. Thanks! I'm working on both of those and hope to post images soon. It would be great to see a physical saloon built. It's surprisingly large--almost 90 studs wide and 60 bricks high. Right now, I'm at 7,500 bricks and I'm not done with it. @pantelis. Thanks! There's more to come... This is Hot Tub Harry and his bubbles in the water tower. Not sure who's with the pig, but it's good to see it's potty trained...
  18. @Hart New Bob I look back at what I've built over the last three years and it sure adds up, doesn't it? LEGO had one church set back in 1958. I guess it has become politically incorrect since then to include them... Still, I'm glad they did, even if it is devoid of all iconography. @theironpotato I worked on this one on and off for almost a year. I tend to work on several models at once and go back and forth between them. @Kapp Thanks! I'm still working on a few more that I hope you enjoy. I still have a few more Bricksburg and Octan builds to complete and post. For now, I'm taking a detour into the Old West to Flatbush Gulch. Check out the link in my signature below!
  19. Here are recreations from the town of Flatbush Gulch in The LEGO Movie.
  20. @DanK. Emmet's mech has a number of unattached, floating parts, including the wheels on the feet. Making the mech stand up in a physical build will take a little work. @theironpotato. The couple LDD files that I have posted are called out below the associated images. All of the images link to Flikr. This is the Octan control room.
  21. A great MOC and a great story to go along with it! Very entertaining!
  22. Hi @DanK. You may build anything you like with anything I post here. Please know that the mech is still a work-in-progress and that it doesn't have enough internal structure to stand up on its own. The ankles, knees, hips, and waist all need additional support. If you'd like to contribute to the model by helping to figure out some of these issues along with @BlackStar and @STeNCH, feel free to post solutions and/or an updated .lxf file here! Enjoy!
  23. @Jim I haven't put together a comprehensive list yet, but @STeNCH has made several posts listing the parts he's run into starting on page 22 of this topic. @ColletArrow The front grille and bumper of the dump truck are used on the front hips/pelvis. The treads and chassis of the dozer are used for the basis of the two feet. @Ambo100 Thanks for your kind comment! @Digger of Bricks Thanks so much! I'm going to stick to the LEGO Movie for now. There's still plenty to build from there. After that? Who knows?
