Yeah fair enough I'm just hoping they will either be in the Privet Drive or advent calendar. The latter would be the most variation we could hope for. Twins in cmf series are never such a good idea, doesn't really have too many positive reactions.

I've been thinking about the Redstone battle for some time, but the only thing I can think of would be some kind of TNT cannon. Or perhaps something like the traps in jungle temples with dispensers and arrows, in which case it's probably flick missiles or stud shooter heavy.

Shouldn't Quicky the Nesquik bunny be on here as well since the Paul Frank monkey is on here too? Or did I totally miss him in between the other licenses?

Yeah I'll have to agree with you. Besides it's not like Lego would shy away from making star wars sets way too expensive. They never have in the past. For sets like an AT-TE nowadays you'll definitely be paying over 100. Although I'm going probably way of topic so I'll leave it at that.

Yeah I agree, I don't think the Inferi cave is too dark. They're basically over glorified zombies. Ofcourse the drinking scène was pretty uncomfortable, but it's no dead scene and nor would the focus lay on that part. It's not that we can see lego Dumbledores face all that well under the beard anyway. And like you said, the dementor scene was pretty dark, so was that Shelob scene in lord of the rings. It's not a set we should rule out.

Only 16 figures? That's a shame. I really liked the inclusion of Fantastic Beasts, they made the lego Wizarding World seem bigger. I wonder if they would even call it series 2 because of the changes. They probably still would, but you never know. Anyway I predict it to be something like this: 1. Harry (Goyle) 2. Ron (Crabbe) 3. Hermione (cat) 4. Lockhart (either in orange with Pixie or in dueling club outfit with recolour of series 13 snake to save some of the budget) 5. Sprout (to go with the greenhouse) 6. Sirius Black (suit) 7. Wolf Lupin 8. Moaning Myrtle 9. Kingsley 10. Bellatrix (Azkaban) 11. Percy Weasley 12. Pomfrey 13. Kreacher (with locket) 14. Tom Riddle (HBP flashback rather than Chamber of Secrets to leave room open for a Cos sets and to compliment Slughorn from the sets) 15. Flitwick (Philosopher's Stone version with pile of books) 16. Dumbledore and baby Harry (to compliment Privet Drive) I chose mostly figures that aren't likely to show up somewhere else (or who's scenes are already made) and figures that are somewhat linked to the currently released sets.

I didn't expect more info so soon. A buildable Hedwig sounds pretty logical considering the busts and/or helmets in the other themes. I assume it will also come with a small Hedwig, which by chance is rumored to have a new mold with its wings spread as well. But I really hope Harry won't be an exclusive in that set, I really don't have any interest in something like a bust. The astronomy tower sounds pretty great. I hope the astronomy room does somewhat resemble the actual movie location (unlike DATDA last year). The Ravenclaw common room would be very nice, although I would've expected a slytherin one or a better gryffindor one sooner. It's inclusion, and the rumored extra figures, makes me wonder if we'll see the Grey Lady in this set. Slughorns office would be nice, although I kinda wanted it to be Umbridge her office. I will probably need to buy some friends sets to build my own. I'm really happy about the greenhouse. The rooms in Privet Drive sound a little bit odd. It's about the same as in 2002 which had always bothered me since basically every room in the house was Harry's. Which doesn't really mirror the actual place very well. Kinda wanted another bedroom for vernon and petunia and some large family painting above the fire place. Could still technically happen ofcourse, but not likely. The Fred and George rumor makes way more sense and makes me believe dobby and Ron were just placeholders. If Ginny is an extra in the astronomy tower that would greatly expand the weasley family. The room of requirements still sounds like a mystery. I still hope the fireplace might have a Sirius face. I wonder how it connects. Perhaps the folding walls help displaying the castle better. Grawp being like Ares surprises me in such a cheap set. I really expected something like Groot and Steppenwolf. I don't think so. Star wars has been a continues wave, while Harry Potter has been on and off. Besides what would they make? There's nothing they could do to make them stand out from the amazing regular sets. And we are already getting remakes of old sets. Besides I don't think anyone is really waiting for yellow Harry Potter figures, besides it would be a waste of prints and molds considering most of the old molds are likely out of production.

Wow, looking good as always. And just when we heard about the actual Lego centaur. This is exactly how I would imagine the mold to look like. I also love the beefeater. He looks so interesting. Also (and I might be a bit late) but that Advent Calendar was amazing as well. Makes me wish Lego would actually do something like that.

I was thinking, what hairpiece will they use for Umbridge? I really hope they'll bring back the old one or make a new one that's similar. I've bought it separately when I got the bricktober pack back in 2018 and the figure is really looking better with it. Most of the leakers for today's news are indeed new. But 1414falconfan shared it as well, and he is nowadays basically one of the most trusted and credible leakers (if not the most).

Yeah that's probably the case. Hadn't even thought of that. In that case we might see our first glimpse at a centaur pretty soon. I expect them to be about as high as a pair of legs and a regular brick and about 4 or 5 studs in length.

You guys do remember the Dolphin right? And since then the packaging has become considerably bigger.

Now that you guys mention the centaurs, it's probably a repeat of the same figure. It's probably too much to hope for 5 unique figures and a giant in a $30,- set.

Yeah that's fair. Include a fairground instead of the car and you're basically done. I wonder if Vernon will be wearing his dressing gown (or whatever it's called in English) or rather the suit he wore. Wouldn't really want it to be either option actually. I rather have their OotP or PS versions, but I probably prefer the sleeping clothes over suits.

Still the chamber of secrets sets are very, very outdated, so I wouldn't call it a waste at all. Lego knows what they're doing as seen in the last 2 years. OotP and HBP will get their time to shine.

Still I think any cody fan would also want his troopers.

Oh well, we've gotten enough news to ease our hunger for information for a while Yeah I'm pretty happy with what we got here. I think Lego is really listening to us for this theme, for which I'm grateful.

I really hope so. Yeah but that would still leave out cursed hand dumbledore, ginny, the weasleys (especially Ginny and Arthur) Snape (we already have him, but it's literally his movie. Besides fully black robes would've worked better with the theme of the later movies) Yeah I second that. I think patronuses are far more important to the franchise than the inferi, but they would've been fun to get anyways.

Two sides? That doesn't sound like it could connect to the other parts. Perhaps the fire place is the one from the common room with the sirius black face. Yeah that's probably more likely. The lion head was more of a cmf series material anyway.
