  1. I hadn't even thought of that, never thought I wanted to buy a dots set. This is a perfect piece usage, definitely gonna use this idea.
  2. Wow, this might be the best build of this scene I've seen. I think the best part of it is that it closes all the way, it gives it that little bit extra. It brings me right back to the level based on this scene in the Lego Harry Potter game.
  3. Never seen the show, but the horse looks so detailed, especially on this scale. I love it, great job.
  4. Yeah that's basically how I look at the marvel sets in general, they rarely look like the movies so I just buy whatever looks cool.
  5. It was shared directly afterwards by falconfan as well, who is probably the most reliable leaker we have. Besides they are temporary names, probably just the working name the designers used while designing the sets. So not the official final names.
  6. Really don't think the endgame sets were that bad, the hall of armor was really good and the compound was a nice change from the vehicles we kept getting. And then there was the pretty solid ffh wave. Besides it clearly didn't send a bad message, as we're getting the best wave yet this year. Keep in mind there's only so much they can do with the preliminary images they get.
  7. Well they could do a dragon escape scene, in which case dh2 are very likely. Anyway if it's system scale (for which I really won't get my hopes up if it's the 400 dollar one) I would expect between 3 and 5 buildings. I know they did 3 for way less money in the past, but with the price increase the price already goes way up and they will probably use smaller pieces to make it more detailed. Gringotts and Ollivander's are pretty much a given. And then either B&B or WWW for the third and fourth spot. For number 5 it would be either the leaky cauldron (although Lego might stay away from that one) or the bookshop, only 3 buildings if the dragon is included, maybe 4 but that might already be pushing it. Anything else is probably too much to ask for and didn't really appear on screen anyway. If it's the 100 dollar one it would probably be just Gringots and maybe ollivander's (assuming the cmf series is anything to go by).
  8. Going of the set names it sounds like the monkey kid is a delivery boy (set 30341) for Zhu Bajie, who's now a chef and probably comes in set 80009. I assume the white dragon horse comes in set 80006, although the thunder raider part is worrying, did they turn him into a vehicle? I assume it also comes with Tang Sanzang as he is usually associated with the horse. Sha Wujing aka Sandy probably comes in the Sea Base, as he is usually associated with water. Fire Ball might hint towards the red boy, who I believe is the son of the bull demon king. And it looks like the bull demon king might be the main villain from this theme/wave. Although my interest has greatly lowered as it's pretty clear that this is once again a theme full of vehicles. Because we clearly didn't have enough of those... Well keep in mind they are temporary names, not the final ones. They probably just choose these names because they based the design on those vehicles or they just look similar. It just tells us we get thunder raider like vehicles in 2 sets. It's not gonna be the thunder raider. The same goes for stormfighter, probably just a temporary name for a jet or a plane. Golden mech could just be another mech, we get tons of those every single year, might just be gold in colour, not literally the golden mech from ninjago.
  9. Mini_legogo has shared the new set numbers + temporary set names: 30341: Monkey Kid's delivery motorcycle 80006: White Horse Thunder Raider 80007: Bull Demon King's Thunder Raider 80008: Monkey Kid's Stormfighter 80009: Pig Chef's moving training car 80010: Bull demon king mech 80011: Fire Ball's Tank 80012: Monkey King golden mech 80013: Sea Base
  10. Meh, I'm not sure if we can really count that as Nano Diagon Alley. Doesn't really look like the same scale as the Hogwarts we got, nor did we receive any interior or figures. I really wouldn't rule out a Nano scale diagon alley just because we received a small promotional version a while ago. It was also pretty hard to get your hands on, I really don't think it counts.
  11. Odd how the d2c set number is among the regular set numbers. Didn't d2c sets have separate numbers? Also, what if the sets are both Diagon Alley? One system scale one nanoscale? Btw that Orc hairpiece is probably the best choice for the centaur, hadn't even thought of using that one.
  12. I really like that faceprint. Might end up buying the elrond polybag hair or elves noctura hair to replace the black dumbledore one they're using. But none of them are perfect.
  13. Yeah I had basically the exact same experience, so for the next one I tried avoiding everything but the first teaser. Anyway back to Harry Potter, mini legogo, who has been leaking quite a lot the past few days (if the images originated by him, it's a little hard to keep track of things with all the uncredited reposts under the hashtag), posted a clip of the poa shrieking shack scene, however the audio was replaced by something I couldn't make out. Do you guys think it might be a hint towards one of the sets or was it just a meme?
  14. I've seen people use the Falcon's torso piece for him (comic variant) it's probably the closest thing you can get.
  15. I tried, but failed... xD. It's too hard not to look them up for me. I however succeeded once with something similar, avoiding all leaks and trailers for the last jedi movie to go in completely blank. Still not sure if it was worth it, kinda missed the hype building up to the release that way, similar thing with Lego sets, I jump to this forum right away to catch everyone hyping like me everytime something leaks. As I think speculation is one of the funnest parts of new sets.
  16. I think the tail is the best part that makes it stand out from the knockoff/custom pieces. Really like how they molded it in a different colour. Kinda wished they were posable though, but that's probably not very realistic to pull off. I also really like the torso. Can't wait to see the head.
  17. Ah yes, that makes a lot of sense. It's the only set he could appear in like this. Gonna Bricklink that one. Dobby's smile looks kinda creepy. Liked the cmf one better. But overall still not a fan of this new head mold, luckily I still own the 2011(?) one, so I just switched the heads. Also I assume this probably means no Fred and George. Anyway I'm happy the leaks have started. And now that the least interesting figures have leaked every leak from now on will probably be very exciting.
  18. I think Lockhart will definitely be in the sets, they've basically done the entire chamber of secrets lineup at this point (except ginny) and I can't see them leaving him out for the third year in a row. On the other hand, if the set is Diagon Alley we might see him in the bookshop.
  19. I would say: 1: Regular clothes Hermione with another go at crookshanks 2: Regular Ron with box of chocolates 3: Werewolf Lupin 4: Tonks 5: PS/COS Flitwick 6: Pomfrey 7: Lockhart
  20. Definitely. Most importantly for the fat lady's portrait. Btw, a few hours ago this guy on Instagram, "_kingnono_", posted a HP quote with the leaks tag under the Lego harry Potter logo, saying: "Don't forget to speak very, very clearly". Probably meant as a tease. I don't know if he is credible, but if he is it might hint towards either Diagon Alley (the location the sentence was about) or the Burrow (the location the sentence was said by the person living there). What do you guys think?
  21. Oh yeah the Burrow is probably a better guess. Would love to get one, last one was pretty good so they've got some big shoes to fill, but I guess they can make the outside more accurate.
  22. I'm just dying to know what Falcon Fan meant with the 75980 post. Personally I'm hoping for something Diagon Alley related like Gringots. The odd thing is, the dutch site brickshop puts it as a June 1st release: https://m.brickshop.nl/lego/lego-harry-potter/lego-75980-harry-potter.html
  23. Might have been a nice idea, but this is definitely a key.
  24. So either way someone will lose his job over this . (P.S. gotta admit it, you were right all along about the cmf serie xD) It wasn't good, but if you put it on the hogwarts tower, like some people did for their display, it actually looks kinda decent. But the basilisk just doesn't look right in any scenario. Also way too small. I think there might be real snakes that are actually bigger than this is (looking at the scale compared to a minifigure). Yeah I can see it now as well. They might have updated the mold slightly, don't think they will actually count it as a new piece though. Yeah I didn't know what to think of it at first either, but I actually kinda like them in the end.
  25. I hope so, none of the current hairpieces really do the trick for me.
