I finished the Dr. Who level, it was really well done. The Weeping Angels were freaky, even in Lego form. Then my game froze while fighting Two-Face in the Metropolis level.

Great job! I really like the use of the Unikitty tails above the door and the Mixel joints to achieve the odd roof angle.

Defective Lego Wall-E Getting Scrapped.
mediumsnowman replied to gundambob's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I hope they're being reused or distributed to LUG's. It's heavily implied that they are being destroyed but I see no direct evidence of it. It's just disgusting to be that wasteful, I don't see problems with a lot of them and I'm sure a lot of kids would be very happy. -
What does every village need? Clearly a place to gamble away all of your hard-earned money. Presenting the Capstan Casino, created exclusively for the 6th Annual EB Expand the Winter Village Contest. Of course, no casino is complete without a rooftop hot tub and fake palm trees. There's a couple extra pictures on my photostream, feel free to check them out. (Clicking any of the pictures will take you there) Thanks for looking and thanks for hosting this awesome contest staff! With luck I'll take home one of the three AWESOME prizes.

Dimensions somehow snuck into the house this season, and so far I have the BTTF level pack as well as the Legolas and Zane fun packs. I'm in story mode on the Dr. Who level (#4 I think) and tried using the mines from Legolas' arrow launcher on the silver Cyberman heads, but they won't break them! Is that normal? Do I need to get a different vehicle/gadget to break silver bricks, or am I doing something wrong?

31031 Rainforest Animals on clearance at Target. I also got the Legolas Fun Pack for Dimensions.

Great job! I really like the tree car, it's simple but effective. I do wonder about the Great West sign though...

Nice parts usage all around! The inclusion of the Ecto-1 license plate is amusing. -

Review: 75827 Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters
mediumsnowman replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Thanks for the AWESOME review! I just unwrapped the Ecto-1 this morning and it makes me want this set, to put it inside! The back is fine, since you won't see it. My only gripe is that with the protruding hinges it won't sit flush with a wall. I suppose there's no way around that though. In regards to the price, I'm sure it's worth every penny, but I won't be buying it. It is still pretty expensive, and there's a bunch of other stuff I want more. Did you notice any problems with opening the firehouse as mentioned in the FBTB review? http://www.fbtb.net/2015/12/22/review-75827-firehouse-headquarters/ -
I have an inkling WALL-E awaits me under the tree... can't wait to build him! I hope it's the updated version.

I'm no mod, but I think it's fine. He's showing his MOC with a link at the end to purchasing building instructions, not blasting BUY MY INSTRUCTIONS.

Awesome technique! I also like how the support beams kind of look like a person with really long arms and dark blue hair.

I'd go for the Hulk Lab Smash or Daily Bugle. The lab has some great minifigures and the play features are actually well-implemented. The Bugle, with a little modification, can go well with any City layout. I'd say the Bugle has a better build but the Lab has better figures.
