DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion
mediumsnowman replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
Finished building Clash of Heroes. Armored Batman might be one of my new favorite figures and Superman's hair is very versatile.- 8,446 replies

Hmm. The Resistance X-Wing microfighter isn't listed on Shop@Home, but the Snowspeeder one is? -
LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors

Sorry. Wrong topic. -
As far as I can tell Shop@Home is working fine. I won't take my chances though, I'll go get it from the Lego store tomorrow.

This is looking fantastic. I'd love to do something like this one day but my wallet doesn't comply. I'm partial to the blue plate underneath for deep water.

Buying licensed minifigs through bricklink

The circle reactor variant also comes in a Juniors set this summer. -
Hmm. I fully upgraded the DeLorean to the third build so I could destroy silver stuff, and the rockets are working, but they won't break the silver bricks at the beginning of the Oz level. Am I doing something wrong?
-
Thanks! That looks great. I'll get around to Bricklinking Hux eventually.

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
mediumsnowman replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
Actually, no. I find if they've broken street date it's MSRP, but after they get them into the system proper they get marked up. -
You could probably change out the side 4x6 panels w/studs around the edge for one big 6x6 tile, then resize the decals appropriately.

[MOC] Dimensions - Toy Story Fun Pack: Woody
mediumsnowman replied to TAFOL's topic in LEGO Licensed
Great job! Looks like it would fit right it with the existing lineup, if not for the existence of Disney Infinity. Did you manage to get a blank character tag or did you have to put the custom stickers over the pre-existing designs? -

Found the Avenjet at TRU today. Didn't buy it though. -
That actually looks really good. Would you mind swapping the black gloves for Fury's hands and posting a picture? I'd do it myself but I don't have Hux yet.

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
mediumsnowman replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I'm guessing Encounter on Jakku will be the scene with Teedo and BB8 in the net, probably would come with Rey also and a brickbuilt luggabeast. Then the X-Wing would have Poe w/hair, Lor San Tekka, some FO Stormies and a small hut along with the main build of the blue/grey X-wing. -

Except for one or two copies of the sets I mentioned, mine was pretty much picked clean. -
[mod] t-70 x wing microfighter split wing mod
mediumsnowman replied to Joe7218's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Very nice! I'll probably do something similar when the set comes out in the US. -
I'm using an Xbox 360. I'm ancient like that.

The curved skylight is great! I also quite like the little Rudolph plane.

I restarted the level and it worked fine. Then on the BTTF level, when fighting Vortech, I took the side time-travel thingie to the 2015 Hill Valley and when I came back Vortech was just gone, so I couldn't finish. Very frustrating.

Buying licensed minifigs through bricklink
mediumsnowman replied to Mercury's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Bricklink sellers are generally pretty reliable, but costs for exclusive minifigures can get pretty outrageous. If they don't deliver you can always file a NSS with Bricklink or a moneyback claim if you used PayPal. EDIT: Yay! 1000 posts! I'm a count now!
