  1. This is good! Technically interesting with those ropes.
  2. Good. But still, there is need for different tires, or then some large dishes needs to be added, so they cover part of wheels.
  3. Anyway, load is still calculated on axle, I think. Just that with longer base, then more load can be shifted to trucks rear wheels. And eurotrucks mostly have just one rear axle, and it looks like, that it could be also for better turning circle.
  4. With this - no. With geared connection or similar, it would be possible. Maybe I need to switch to chain or something. I think yes. This is really WIP, so everything can change. Main problem is, that blade angle adjustment now is incorrect. It works correct way only when turntable is not rotated. When it is turned, then it is not correct anymore. This was first option that came just during build process. But it seems, that I will need to think about something proper. If there won't be anything compact or usable, that is more proper, then I will go with this. Thank You! Yes, I wanted to build something technical, but not also too complex. But this is still really challenging.
  5. I only have 2 now, so, to have to more, I need to buy CAT So, some two more hours, and I have this More progress, most probably will be next weekend
  6. Not yet :) or ... in fact, I realised, that I have two in porsche. I don't think, that I will disassemble it for this.
  7. Finish at the first post on second page. Somehow today I realised, that I wan't to build a grader Some hour I looked at grader pictures, some videos about functions. After another hour I have front axle, which has 3 functions - steering (of course), swinging suspension and leaning front wheels. Everything will be manual with some wormgears and linear actuators, with operation close to that function. Every other common function also is planned (moving to sides, rising/lowering each side, leaning, tilting, rotating) for blade and scarifier . Also frame articulation is planned. So, everything :) At least, that is the plan.
  8. Depends on allowed size. If it will be something pretty small, then there wont be almost no functions, and that won't be interesting.
  9. [TC9] had size limit Each model (both A and B) needs to fit in 10.000 cubic studs, meaning that WxHXL (in studs) cannot exceed 10.000 (see examples below).
  10. It is too good to be true, to be april folls joke, in fact. Could be pretty possible to make it.
  11. Cool machine. It is even pretty simple technically, but works great. How much it took to do programming?
  12. Interesting - digital and real technical world combination.
  13. Good cabin design. Add 5th wheel/saddle for trailer, rear lights, bumper. Then already will be some counterweight for cabin. Also add some limiter for that cabin, so that in don't fall fully.
  14. Just make it relaying on some pin friction.
  15. @grohl needs some wildlife badge or something @Jim
  16. Best car in this scale I have seen. Would be good to have closer look on front and rear suspensions.
  17. Everything good, especially I like, how You did instrument panel with those turning signal or/and wiper switches (storks)
  18. @Jim could You, please, join this topic to generic building help topic?
  19. Imagine contest with minimum volume box
  20. Amazing functional details level.
