Hooooly schmokes!! Those sets look amaaazing My favorite so far is the Duel On Geonosis (I think it's called?) I've been waiting for a fleshy, non-CW Count Dooku forever now and I absolutely love it. Christopher Lee is so recognisable in it Also I like how has quite a bit more in it, now. With a few tiny buildings that seem to represent the Geonosian catacombs, and that large pillar. Poggle the Lesser looks terrific as well I'm going for the Corporate Alliance Tank Droid too, even though it's mainly just for Jango Fett If the Mandalorian Speeder isn't too big and expensive (which it doesn't seem to be, at the moment), I'll get that one too. The Mando's look very cool and so does Darth Maul (albeit a lot less, in my opinion). Not really sure about JEK-14's Stealth Starfighter yet. The figs look cool (except for the weird blue guy, who is just... well, weird), but I don't really like the vehicle and doesn't seem to be adding to anything, I feel. The AT-TE looks remarkable smaller than the previous version. I don't think I'll be buying it as it doesn't hold anythign interesting for me except the Coleman Trebor fig Aaaahh, the Gunship my favorite vessel by far and this time it comes with my other long-awaited minifigures. Fleshy, non-CW Anakin, Obi-Wan and Padme. Who all look amazing, by the way. I will definitely get this as well I won't be buying Jabba's Sailbarge as I'm not that into OT, so.. The LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar seems to have a lot of interesting stuff and figs as well. Will probably by it Regards, Mitch

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Hahahaha that made me laugh so hard (I loved Darth Lurtz's 'hobo with a flamethrower' too ) I do agree though that the name of the set is an immense overstatement, but hey.. The only gripe I have so far is: why does Mandarin have black hair and why that hairpiece? The beardpiece looks good, though, I think. Other than that, I will buy all these sets. Sure the Iron Man v.s. Mandarin Ultimate Showdown isn't much but I can always use the figs The Malibu Mansion is somewhat smaller than I expected but it's still great. I love how they added the fire-extuingisher robot, he's awesome The Extremis set with the boat is cool too. I believe the Iron Man-suit is the same as in the Malibu Mansion-set, but that's okay, 'cause I'll just use the other one for Pepper. Besides, this one has War Machine in it too Thanks for the pictures, CM4S!! Regards, Mitch -
Hubba hubba! They look amazing! The eyes and chest pieces lighting up gives an awesome effect Definitely gonna use this as my desktop picture Regards, Mitch

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Wow, that MoS set looks good Not a big fan of Supes' new outfit, but then again I don't like the version they use in the movie either Though I will admit this fig is a good, proper representation of it Zod looks cool too, though not really what I expected. I would've thought he'd have a bit more of a goatee and that the logo on his suit would different as well. But nonetheless, I wil probably buy it. Regards, Mitch -
Excellent idea! The black one still looks a lot cooler, but this one is a lot more functional for arctic missions and such Great job! Regards, Mitch

Wow, that is awesome! I'm not sure what I find more genius: the Command Truck, or the fact that you changed the color of Nick Fury's car from green to dark blue (why the hell didn't I think of that ) The addition you made to the pick-up is very cool as well Regards, Mitch

Yeah, me too. Especially Cyclops. Next to Wolverine, he's my favorite. I still hate he's not a 'regular' in the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance games Regards, Mitch -

Future of SW Contest: Yoda's Legacy (expanded 01/28/13)
CF Mitch replied to ACPin's topic in Watto's Junkyard
Looks cool, so far I like Bob De Quatres suggestion of 'Heroes of the Past', as I have feeling it's supposed to become an hommage to the Jedi of the Old Republic. Can't wait to see what this will become! Regards, Mitch -

Wow, I finally found the pictures of the RGS and Sailbarge. Took me a while to find them Can't see too much, yet. Based on your findings, concerning minifigures, I hope you're right about a fleshy AotC Obi-Wan, Anakin and Padmé. If they are present I'd definitely buy that set. Been waiting for fleshy AotC-characters for a long while, now (which I've probably made more than obvious, in previous posts ) Let's hope for clearer pictures soon Regards, Mitch

Ooh, I love the sound of that! Hopefully with cool, non-CW figs! Regards, Mitch

Yeah, they are high at Bart Smit, but Intertoy's the same, though.. By the way, I forgot to mention that I actually bought the AT-RT at Vroom & Dreesmann, instead of BS Saved me about two euros I hope A-Tembo has them soon, 'cause they have LEGO so much cheaper... Edit: I just checked; A-Tembo has the new sets on the site, but it says 'to be expected' and it doesn't yet say when, so.. And about it being cheaper, here's an example: the sets that are €31 at Intertoys & Bart Smit, are €23 at A-Tembo Regards, Mitch

Well. the new SW LEGO arrived at (at least) the Intertoys and Bart Smit in the Netherlands. Picked up the Republic Troopers vs. Sith Troopers BP, the Barc Speeder with sidecar and the AT-RT Regards, Mitch
-
Hmm... Interesting list. Whether I will buy any of the sets, depends mainly on the figs. The only one that sounds as a 'definite buy',now, is the Yoda vs. Dooku set. Been waitin' for a fleshy non-CW Dooku Regards, Mitch

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
CF Mitch replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
That's just it. To me they aren't that different. Though I did switch Supes' head for Lex'. As the smirk on his face fits Lex more, in my opinion. Anyhoo, back on topic. I tried Loki's face. Didn't really work for me. Sorry, Hawkman So any other suggestions? At the moment I use one of the faces of Luke Skywalker (I believe). It's smiling, and therefore may seem unsuited for Palpatine, but I find it fitting, as it reminds me of Palpatine's 'friendly' face when he's sucking up to the 'Master Jedi' and some of his fellow senators. But I'd still very much appreciate any other suggestions Regards, Mitch -
Wow, crap. I completely forgot to check this topic for a while But yeah, your explanation makes a lot of sense, thanks

Hm, yes. Well, I have several Loki's, and that face looks similar to Lex Luthor's to me, so. I'll give that a try, thanks Regards, Mitch -

CF Mitch replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hey, guys! I'm not sure of this question belongs here, but I didn't really want a create an entirely new topic just for one question, so.. Can anyone recommend a good face for a non-CW Palpatine? 'cause TLC gave us a very good one with Palpatine's Arrest, but it has only angry faces and I wanted a more neutral one. One for a more general use. I hope someone can help me out! Regards, Mitch -
Great job, once again! His suit looks incredibly awesome and alike One question, though. Why the color difference? Or does that have to do with the clear- and nonclear decals? Regards, Mitch

Once again, an amazing job! Arrow looks really fantastic. I agree about the hood looking better than the hat in general Keep it up Regards, Mitch
