LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2026 - READ FIRST POST!!!
CF Mitch replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It looks to me more silver-y as well. If so, I think it's a good sign LEGO is trying to make more sets in that color. Perhaps this could lead to a Naboo Royal Starship Regards, Mitch -
Marvel Superheroes 2026 - Rumors & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to Kaijumeister's topic in LEGO Licensed
Dang it, those Cap looks absolutely brilliant in the Helicarrier Winter Soldier's head is very well done, too, but otherwise I do not see much appeal to the minifigure compared to the current ones. Same with the others, really. Nick Fury even only has a new head, I believe. Not sure about Hill and Coulson. The latter seems like it's the same as it's previous version, but Hill does have some differences which seem nice. The build itself looks good but I have no interest in, still being very satisfied with the current S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. Regards, Mitch -
@BrickBob Studpants and @brickbride, you make good points. The bridge set will certainly be something to look forward to. And who knows, an actual Enterprise may appear in the future I did actually skip the Enterprise-D, even though I, indeed, grew up with TNG and it, and the subsequent movies and Picard are my favorites of the bunch. Maybe those minifigs will appear later in smaller sets as well Regards, Mitch

YESSS!! Make it so! (wrong captain, I know ) That would indeed be great in my opinion too. But the color of the leaked torso seems much TOS blue than the blue used in SNW. It's interesting, if true, that for TOS they're 'only' doing a a bridge and not the entire ship as well. Surely the vessels are a perfect candidate for LEGO sets of any size. Regards, Mitch

LEGO Pokémon 2026 - Rumours & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to BrickBob Studpants's topic in LEGO Licensed
That makes sense, I guess. I know, but I'm pretty sure it was 'advertised' as a seperate set. False leak it is Regards, Mitch -
LEGO Pokémon 2026 - Rumours & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to BrickBob Studpants's topic in LEGO Licensed
Molded Eevee definitely looks good! Can't wait to discover what the other Pokémon will be and how they look. I also saw a rumor, yesterday or something, about a set of Prof. Oak's lab coming with minifigs and molded Pokémon. Has that already been debunked? Can't find it anywhere now, and noone in here has mentioned it Regards, Mitch -
Super Mario 2025 and onwards - Rumors & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to TheBrickPal's topic in LEGO Licensed
YESSS!! So much potential with this type of sets! I don't mind if the minifigures aren't accurate length wise (Mario with mid-legs or Luigi with Woody-legs etc.), this is gonna be so great. If they keep going with some of the larger scale sets, that'd be fine, too. The Mario Kart sets are very nice all in all. Regards, Mitch -
LEGO Videogame Tie-Ins - Rumors & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Nice! Does this mean we might also get PS-games related sets, some day? Regards, Mitch -
I get it, I suppose. A matter of nostalgia? To be fair, I only watched Dragon Ball for the very first time somewhere last year and it got weird kinda soon, for me. So I didn't even finish it Dragon Ball Z is pretty much what I grew up with and I just love all the Super Saiyan stuff Regards, Mitch

LEGO Pokémon 2026 - Rumours & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to BrickBob Studpants's topic in LEGO Licensed
I mean, the series never made much sense when it came to type advantages, if I remember correctly Not sure which I'd rather have, though. Somehow I watched the series before I played the games and as a kid never realized the series was based on the game instead of the other way around, and I guess that sentiment always kinda stuck with me Regards, Mitch -
DC Superheroes 2026 - Rumors & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to Mandalorianknight's topic in LEGO Licensed
Not really sure what tot think of the trailer, either... I agree with the last three sentiments in this topic that it does not feel like a Green Lantern series at all and Hal Jordan and Jo(h)n Stewart behave nothing like what I anticipated from the comics and animated or live-action media. In a very general sense it does seem like an interesting story, but that's about it. I read earlier somewhere that this series was supposed to be a more grounded story, and I can only guess that's to save costs on special effects/CGI (or whatever it's called these days ) and that will really hurt the show and (needless to say) is what takes away the GL-part of it... Still, apparently Sinestro and known characters are said to appear, so who knows. Regards, Mitch -
Oh! That's great news, I only read something about it being a Shenron diorama/display set. I take it, it will be actual Dragon Ball-inspired, and not Dragon Ball Z? (they gotta start somewhere but still) Regards, Mitch

LEGO Pokémon 2026 - Rumours & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to BrickBob Studpants's topic in LEGO Licensed
Just saw this on IG now, too. God I hope it's real! Supposedly it will come with molded Pokémon too I'm guessing it will also be Gen. 1 and contain minifigs like Ash, Misty & Brock. Or maybe it's more game-inspired and it will be Red, Blue & Oak. Regards, Mitch -
Same! Now I wanna watch Star Trek again and TCW it seems. I never noticed these speeders before. You weren't wrong about that need, great MOC! Regards, Mitch

LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2026 - READ FIRST POST!!!
CF Mitch replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Nice to hear we're getting a new Sandcrawler with the grey Jawas and a muddied Mandalorian. Kuill is a great addition too. Regarding the mudhorn mentioned earlier in this topic, I thought it was supposed to be a different set where it's just he mudhorn, but now I understand the creature will appear with the Sandcrawler? Regards, Mitch -
[MOC] Star Wars Episode I - Vignette Series
CF Mitch replied to Aldar-Beedo's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Damn, these are amazing! All the vignettes are perfect recreations of the source material. My favorite is the second, with the droideka, 'cause it strongly reminds me of the set I bought in '99 (or maybe the year after that ) and I finally obtained TPM Obi-Wan Will you do something similar for the other movies as well? Regards,? -
that's a lot of info in there, but I agree with this second sentence. My question was mainly based on the the fact that there's a large version of the DeLorean (though that's a Icons set, not Ideas) as well as the recent Speed Champions set, but as you indirectly indicated, there was several years between those two. There's still hope! Regards, Mitch Buchannon
-
Oh! did not know that Nice to know that there's an actual change for Kitt. But if it's Ideas, it's not likely to be a Speed Champions-size/style set, right? Regards. Mitch
-
Ah, glad to have some concrete info about it. I saw a post on IG a while ago and got excited but immediately tempered it, realizing the rumor could be fake. Since no one else said anything about a Knight Rider set coming up, I figured it indeed would not be coming. Too bad, but hopefully in the future. And preferably as a Speed Champions. Regards, Mitch

DC Superheroes 2026 - Rumors & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to Mandalorianknight's topic in LEGO Licensed
Thanks for the elaborate explanation! Captain Obvious Alert: I think it's just an enormous shame. Overall, DC has SO much potential. I think of plenty of sets they can make and new minifigures and varieties based on different outfits they can produce... Oh well Regards, Mitch -
DC Superheroes 2026 - Rumors & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to Mandalorianknight's topic in LEGO Licensed
Hmm, alright. Alright, noted. It's just... I remember people saying kids like things with bright colors and such, so superhero minifigures in general seemed like a good thing for that. I take it that notion (kids liking bright colors) is not the case anymore, or not nearly enough anymore? And regarding LEGO's choices, could it be said they created their own sort of vicious circle by choosing only Batman related minifigures and sets? My point being, if LEGO would've kept making general DC sets with lots of superheroes and their sidekicks and villains and whatnot, regardless of movie popularity et cetera, would the decay of interest in DC LEGO not have gone this fast? Or am I missing a lot of points here? Regards, Mitch -
DC Superheroes 2026 - Rumors & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to Mandalorianknight's topic in LEGO Licensed
Probably because it's too many wanted characters in one small set. Well, maybe if they made a villain counterpart BP with, say, Atrocitus, Reverse Flash, Ares and Orm or someone. Regards, Mitch -
Gimme them! They look really great Good thing you brought up scale, I keep forgetting there's a tremendous size difference between Enterprise, A and then D and so on. So having the original Enterprises the same sizes as the Enterprise-D would be quite inaccurate and, to a true fan to pays attention to this, would look very weird. For me, I don't think that will be such a problem though Regards, Mitch
-
Based what I frequently encounter myself on social media, I'd say this is very accurate. Though there does seem to be a decent group of ST: Enterprise lovers that somehow claim it's the best of all series. I tried to watch a few episodes once but I just couldn't get gripped by it. Same with DS9 for me personally. Also has a large fan base, but I wasn't hooked. For me it's TOS and TNG with Voyager a distant third. And, to be honest, I like the TOS and TNG movies better than most episodes of their respective series I have to say, though, I've grown quite fond of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, depicting the Enterprise under the command of Christopher Pike, with a few recurring appearances of Paul Wesley as Lt./Cpt. James T. Kirk I agree that midiscale ships would be great, but somehow I also very much love the idea of a large NCC-1701(-A) hanging from my ceiling Regards, Mitch
