Not all of the Lava Monsters are Lava Monsters. Some of them are just Stone Monsters. Not all are named. I've heard that several times. As for the figure packs, that's all I know. On the bright side (for me), Lego rehashing that WV set gives me 80 more bucks to spend on NK.

The Ultimate sets are figure packs with weapons. Trust me. EDIT: Ninja'd by Sci. I wonder if Jestro is leading the Monster Mashers. Why would an evil Jester lead golems?

I'm looking at pictures of the boxes right now and they range from 6-14 to 8-14, although most are 7-14

^ I guess, but so far Knights on Robo Horses vs Lava Monsters doesn't seem like it's too far away from Fantasy Era, which included Knights vs Trolls on Hamster Wheels. Lego could use another FE as a transition so the change isn't too abrupt.

^ The age range for Nexo Knights is 8-14, which (I think) is older than Ninjago's.

^ Make another Fantasy theme (FE2) before transition to a Renaissance-style theme. That would help, and lots of people here, including myself, like Fantasy Era. Also, I'm not sure there are going to be any static Castles. The one coming out next year..... moves <--- Heard it was going to be the largest set in the first wave. Oh, and there's NO Space in this theme. There's nothing even remotely Spacey about this theme, other than the logo. I have to idea why people keep calling this a Space theme. Everyone can relax, this is a legit Castle theme. It's a little odd, but it's legit.

^ True, we will have to wait about eight years, but in the early 2000's we waited seven years (2000-2007) for new "real" Castle sets, and everyone loved those. Also notice that lots of effort and marketing was put into the FE line right after the BB (KK2) was discontinued. I guess I am an optimist, but we'll get something good soon enough.

Everyone that's a fan of classic castle and classic castle only, hear me out for a second. Nexo Knights is a one-time thing. It's like Lotr. Once it's gone, it's never going to come back. This theme will probably be around for a few years, but TLG will find ways to satisfy classic fans. Whether it's an exclusive set or a bunch of new historical CMFs, they will find ways. You guys should love this theme because if it's a success (probably will be) it'll reel in tons of new castle fans. Once NK ends, the next subtheme will probably be historical to cater to the NK fans, now several years older than they were before, and classic fans at the same time. When that happens, Lego will be obliged to put in lots of detail into those sets because Castle as a whole is in the spotlight and there's now a bigger fanbase than before. Behold, Lego's evil genius of a plan to make more money! : P

That moment when you claim that you're all about creativity and you shamelessly re-release a set, change a couple of parts, and raise the price by twenty bucks....... Horrible. I thought we were getting a Candy Shop. How is a Toy Shop "sweet"? If they really wanted another Toy Shop, they could have made one that looks different from the first one. Now that they've re-released one WV set, there's nothing stopping them from doing the whole line... : /

The petition won't work. Even if several thousand people signed it, it woudn't matter because TLG has already finished all of their 2016 sets by now. Also, what Lyichir said.

NK will likely be a three year theme at the very least. Would Lego have two Castle themes even though they are quite different, running at the same time? I don't know if the fanbase could support two themes. They already tried it in a way with Castle 2013 and Lotr, with disastrous results that ended in the discontinuation of both soon after.

@thetang22: Thanks for the helpful tutorial. I'll try to remember that. Post edited. @J2G: Big misunderstanding there. He was commenting on the above discussion on the positioning of "Bevels" and whatnot.
