  1. I will guess your next render will include the pallet with a stack of poles wrapped in chains beside the gas station. Do you have a picture of all of these with each other like in The LEGO Movie, or are you just going to keep them separated? Either way, you're doing great!
  2. Wow! How do you see all these buildings? Do you go frame by frame through the movie? Great work on all these.
  3. Hmm... What if the storyline says it's taking place on an odd shaped island inhabited with robotic warriors? Perhaps a constraction theme? I jest. I don't care much for the look of these sets, but I'm sure I'll be able to find something I like in them. I will probably purchase a few for parts.
  4. Awesome! Thanks for the update, Blondie-Wan.
  5. Oh cool. Thanks man(tis).
  6. I didn't buy it because it looked empty and lacking. Now though, having bought every single other Indy set, I am kicking myself for not buying it, at least for Mola Ram. I think the best set construction-wise was 7198 Fighter Plane Attack. The "Wings Fall Off" Play function is just so perfect.
  7. I hope they add MiB (Men in Black) to the license list... I would love that. I don't know who owns MiB though. I don't think it's Disney. Does anybody know if the Hoverboard in the BttF pack is printed or a sticker? Thanks.
  8. I also wish I had gotten the Pyramid set, but not near as much as I wish I had gotten The Temple of Doom.
  9. Thanks, I figured that not saying "LEGO" was an artistic move from the directors, but it is kind of humorous to imagine the characters seeing "LEGO" printed on all of their coffee cups, hats, walls, oceans, tools, weapons, etc. without ever questioning why it's there. I always figured that they knew they were LEGO, but it was just a normal thing. They knew what they were, they just didn't know that they were toys. If that makes sense. I noticed on the Dimensions Facebook page that they liked all of the licenses that are included in the game. Plus the LEGO Hobbit video game. I wonder if that means that The Hobbit will appear eventually.
  10. Wait...The Tribal Hunter from Series 1 was a female? I always thought it was a dude...
  11. I don't think Pharaoh's Quest was related to Adventurers. All the Adventurers themes revolved quite a lot around good ol' Johnny Thunder. Doubtless, Pharaoh's Quest was similar, and in my opinion, better than many of the Adventurers sets. I don't think I'm willing to say it was "related" though. Adventurers (Orient Expedition especially) has a special nostalgic spot in my heart. I think it was more of a remake than a spinoff, to use media terms.
  12. You'd think they'd know. I mean, it's printed on all of their body parts.
  13. My lengthy wishlist: 1) A new Fez piece. Possibly with attached hair. I need better fezzes for my Indy MOCs.
  14. Are we sure that piece count is right? It seems very high. I wonder if they are using a very small piece for a lot of the set, like 2x2 Dark Red plates for all of the bricks. That could be cool. I'm not a huge fan of Ghostbusters, I got the Ecto-1 because I like IDEAS sets. I don't think I'll be getting this set. It's just too much for me personally. If I was a fan, I'm sure it would be a must-buy. I hope it looks cool though. EDIT: Took out the discussion of the Simpson's car, per Captain Nemo's request. Sorry Nemo!
  15. TragicBanjo was silent about the Hot Dog Guy too- until the reveal. Then he used his avatar as proof of previous knowledge. I'm putting my money on a Shark Suit, just from watching behavioral patterns.
  16. I believe the words we are looking for are "Thank you, Moderators!"
  17. I love this little guy! All of these are so impressive. I've never been good at sculpting with bricks. I usually find a weird piece and get inspiration from how it fits with others. Do you have any tips for us less evolved builders about making that perfect shape? Thanks.
  18. Can't wait to see this! Regarding your Batwing MOC, I was hesitant to purchase instructions because I didn't know how sturdy it would be. Also I'm broke, haha. Anyways, I saw that some people made theirs stronger using your instructions as a base. Are your instructions updated at all to be sturdier using some of their techniques? Thanks and God bless, Actor Builder
  19. Perhaps the Minifigures will be in alternate costumes, with a rack of Ghostbuster uniforms in the interior. That might work. For promo art they can show both versions.
  20. Such fun! I love all your creations!
  21. I believe that ultron32 was making a satirical joke statement parodying LEGODalekbuster523's stance on the Ghostbusters HQ set.
  22. Considering the price is about $50 cheaper than one would expect from a 4,000 piece set, I'm guessing that a version of the Ecto-1 will be included. People with the original set won't be paying for it, pieces wise, and people who don't already have it will be glad for one.
  23. LEGO and Disney are tight...with the exception of Dimensions...If Disney doesn't want LEGO to use their characters for Dimensions, because it competes with Disney Infinity, then it only makes sense for LEGO to seek out other licenses, regardless of a relationship with Disney for their building toys.
  24. YOU would buy a $350 set of the INTERIOR of a building? Wow! for some weird reason I had you pegged as someone who would rather get a cheap, simple exterior of a building, with no interior whatsoever...
