  1. Oh good! A cheap(ish) way to get pigs. Do you know if they are printed with mud spots or not? Thanks.
  2. Wait...Why are we assuming that Pratt wont be voicing Emmett?
  3. These are both great! Good job to the both of you. I love seeing alternate builds. A name for the fusion warrior? Oh heck... Fu Zhon The Warrior? Haha.
  4. xon67, I just now noticed Bob's Kabob stand! It's perfect! I would love an LDD file of that, if you could. kibosh, I think we'd all love to see your finished product of Emmett's Apartment! I hope you make a thread for it when it's finished...Or better yet, a Work in Progress thread!
  5. I'd actually think all of them had CMF series potential. I would like to believe that The LEGO Batmanâ„¢ Movie will be more LEGO Movie than Batman movie, if that makes sense. I'd be surprised if the whole thing took place in Gotham City or something. I find it more probable that Batman will go from realm to realm and stuff like that. There could be lots of characters besides DC heroes/villains. Heck, maybe if it's a prequel then Vitruvius will be in it, alive. A Ninjago Movie series would be really popular with kids, and would have some good options for army-builders, I should think. I'm somewhat worried about this movie though...I haven't seen the TV series, and I'd have to watch it first if the movie is canon with the TV show (OCD). I think The LEGO Movie Sequel will undoubtedly get a series. Possibly titled The LEGO Movie Series Sequel .
  6. Gremer, that's hilarious! I know that mother cats often relocate their kittens to different hiding places, one at a time. Perhaps your kitten was playing "Mother Cat" to your LEGO and moving it in the same way? I forgot to say this in my first post, but my cat will often just lay down on top of what I'm currently building. I guess she wants me to play with her instead of the LEGO at those times.
  7. Well heck, I'd by one. I hope this is an indicator of a future set. Preferably with the updated figures seen in Dimensions sets. I don't want to have to buy them just for the figures.
  8. Wow. That's a lot of Green Grocers. Great job on that on, as always. What program are you using to render these? Would it be possible to eventually do a "Google Earth" type tour/video thing, like walking through the streets of Bricksburg? That would be crazy cool!
  9. My cat loves the rubber pieces. I remember she destroyed the blue Barraki. Recently though, she has enjoyed the long hose pieces as well. I take them away from her, and give her nice cat-toys, but she always ends up with another LEGO piece somehow.
  10. Fun MOC!
  11. Dannylonglegs, I have to say that your argument is sort of in a grey area. The teaser pictures have always integreyted question marks, but also have always had different colors. The color could be anything. Why does the color of the series matter? Greyt scott, what kind of question is that? I mean good greyvy, It matters a lot! It's not a black-and-white issue, of course. I mean that there are more than two options for why it matters, but the greytest example I have is that it just matters! If I hade a minifigure in a cluster-of-greypes costume, I would undoubtedly want the series color to be magenta! It only makes sense. I don't know why LEGO has begun to reuse colors though...There are many other options! They could have one color greydate into another! That would be cool. In any case, I believe to the greyve that the color of a series matters. Admittedly, the above is pure ramblings, with the sole purpose of housing puns.
  12. They all just seem to similar for me to get into this series.
  13. I have two large hobbies: I) LEGO II) Theater/Acting Smaller hobbies: Doodling writing sleeping eating
  14. Really? That's interesting. I can't really think of much they could make. If this is true, my best guess would be Stewart's Comic Book Store. That would be interesting. Edit: Just saw xtremeteamuk's post. I guess Penny's apartment and the elevator hallway would also be an option.
  15. Wow! That's an amazing building! How long did that one take? That would be so expensive! Imagine how many Green Grocers this would consume! I can't wait to see more!
  16. Great build! But why aren't the monsters allowed to drink water? That's not very nice of the humans.
  17. I was thinking it would be more like LEGO to give Merlok a crowbar element.
  18. That seems much less "cheeky" than radically hoping that LEGO would invest in a preordering service for a few people. I think it is much better to be friends with a guy at a store than to be friends with the website coding. Anyway, I've only seen one episode of Dr. Who, so I'm not really the target audience, but this set looks cool. I don't understand the plot really, but it looks nice. I might end up buying one eventually, just for the printed parts really.
  19. To be perfectly honest, I would hate it if LEGO made a new dress piece, unless it was a completely different style, like the Star-Wars one above. If they were to just update the slope to "leg pegs" and be a bit shorter, to match normal figs, I would not like that. I'm having a hard enough time figuring out what to do with all my obsolete horse molds, now my book pieces...I just don't like pieces that can't be used near each other without one being obviously newer and more realistic than the other.
  20. I don't know... There have been larger more identifiable pieces in a CMF Series. My best examples for this are Medusa's snake legs, and the Aztec Warrior's helmet. Those were super easy to find. I don't think LEGO worries too much about that. People will feel the ones they want no matter how easy or difficult it is, or they won't if they want it to be random. It doesn't really affect sales, I would think.
  21. This looks really great. The posing is superb.
  22. This just made my day. Thanks for the laugh, Mr. ZCerberus. I like the robot heads. I'll be using them for The LEGO Movie robots.
  23. Wonderful books. Same old hat. Balrog substitute. Tiny pyramids. There's not much new left to be said here, however: The Lava-Blob-Demons look like gourds.
  24. Incredible work! Simply marvelous! It looks just like the film. Great job. I can't wait to see more!
