Hm, so now it's "Confidential Technic Ultramotive"??? We went from Ultimate IP Car to Porsche 911 GT3 RS to Confidential Technic Ultramotive ... lol We still have no final name and very vague information (but that goes for all Technic sets) - I hope Huw from brickset will give us more information on the four sets. Is it even a licensed car then, I mean you really must recognize the brand ... why not say it???

Hi, it sounds like you have a list of all exclusive D2C LEGO sets for 2016? Will there be another Creator Expert car, I'd love to add another one to the current collection! Also LEGO Technic 42056 is definitely happening and will it definitely be the Porsche 911 GT3 RS - can you confirm that once and for all with actual proof? Maybe you can share the list you got from the Russian LEGO Store? We just want proof, thanks!

So you mean it could be a Lego store exclusive set with a VIP early release? Yes, that's possible of course but damn, I want to see it in at least one of the upcoming Toy Fairs. It's my most anticipated set, even if we know like nothing about it.

Only select press with invitation from LEGO can access the LEGO booth at London Toy Fair - Huw from brickset.com is one of them. From what "leaks" are you talking about. Huw will post detailed descriptions of each 2H Technic set tomorrow evening - no pictures allowed though, but we'll get pictures on Tuesday evening, so two days later. It's really no big deal - there's no need for leaks at this point!

Passion for LEGO Technic?

All speculation will come to an end very soon - but I believe mackset said the truth and we'll get a Porsche 911 GT3 RS. We'll get images next Tuesday (promobricks.de, zusammengebaut.de) are just two sites to report, post images, videos, etc. live from Nuremberg Toy Fair press event on January 26th. I have asked if we'll see images of all the 2H 2016 Technic sets on the 26th already and they said yes, definitely! I am excited! ... and let's not forget that we'll get descriptions probably by Sunday evening, hopefully!

Hm, I doubt Huw is the only one to report from London Toy Fair this weekend - I'm sure there'll be people from other LEGO fansites as well.

I guess this pretty much confirms what mackset said - that the UIP car will be Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Very clever from LEGO to use Ultimate IP Car as "project-name" - it must be the Porsche 911 GT3 RS!

I so hope that this - so far rumor - is true. As for the color scheme I'm hoping for white - orange - that's a typical Porsche color and looks great! Hopefully it will not be (dark) red - we had enough red cars in the past.

I own both, all I can say is that the Arocs is the best Technic set I have built to date - it looks great, the build is VERY enjoyable and challenging at the same time which is great, Pneumatic V2, lots of new parts, few stickers, impressive model. Volvo looks impressive too but the build doesn't even come close to Arocs and there's just about 1400 parts whilst the Arocs has 2800 for an even lower price point!

You guys know what's even more spooky ... the #1 post uses this image for set 42056 Ultimate IP Car or 42056 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Yeah, it's not the 911 GT3 RS but it's a Porsche ... as if Ondra would have known from the very beginning of this thread

London Toy Fair will prove if it's fake or not. I like the idea of a Porsche 911 GT3 RS. However I have reasons to believe that this could be fake ... unless it's released as a D2C set.

You don't even gave us the name of the IP car ... so how can any Toy Fair proof you right if we have almost zero information on the IP car. Sharing the name is really not too much asked for.
