  1. Fantastic. Did you use old dk grey on the big shed and new dk grey on the switching tower? Great work...and well done collecting all those bricks!! LLL
  2. Those angles.... Very clever. LLL
  3. Very nice build......the talent and perseverance of so many modellers never ceases to amaze me . Steinkopf... your beautiful model is proof of this. well done!! LLL
  4. More wonderful rolling stock !! Great detail with the vents, handles and brake wheel - and beautifully sympathetic to 10219's design and colouring. Great work Dave  LLL
  5. ".....!" <speechless> Definitely a potential winner. Well done Priovit70. Especially like the stone paving and the chimney with smoke. LLL
  6. Nice one....cool snow fort !!
  7. Hi there Tim, There's a thread here...sounds like it relates to 'LEo GOldman Imports" http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=70011 Cheers, LLL
  8. Great system CamelBoy68.......good looks, practical and an elegant façade hiding a well thought out design LLL PS. Australia has the yellow lines in many stations too
  9. You've definitely captured it....the grille is the clincher
  10. Thanks jonwil, Yeah.... lots of options online.......was wondering if there's an 'bricks and mortar' alternative here for the DJ exclusive sets (or TRU for that matter) - as there are no physical stores for either in Tas . Cheers, LLL
  11. That SNOTty nose is a hit !! Nice build btw. LLL
  12. Hi All, Anyone know where to get modular Town Hall in Tassie: Cheers, LLL
  13. This can be a trap sometimes... eg. Collectible minifigs are catalogued as a set (eg "Bunny Suit Guy - Complete Set")", and within the set - the assembled minifig is also catalogued with the familiar name (eg "Bride", "Bunny Suit Guy").....anyone could easily make the mistake of buying the minifig only if they see the latter name first.....only to realise - devastatingly - later the base the carrot the flowers the shield etc. isn't included. Occasionally, sellers add a warning to the description which is handy. LLL
  14. Thanks for posting this....I've been keeping my eye out for a thrifty solution. Cheers, LLL
  15. Looking good !! Front reminds me of the XY Falcon GT...rear of an LH Torana LLL
  16. Presume you mean "lxf file".... ... below aren't lxf, but these might be useful if you haven't seen them: http://railbricks.co...dex.php?cID=530 [Dave Stirling] https://sites.google...s/ideas/ballast [Tenessee Valley Bricks] http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=194034 [david-7] Cheers, LLL
  17. Hi Conchas, Can I instead recommend: i. Just adding links to flickr to take advantage of he availability of multiple resolutions. ii. Small image a bit larger.....not much to be gained by doing this...better to post the small image and let the reader zoom in if you don't want to link an 'enlarged' version externally. I know this doesn't answer your question...but I'm not aware that what you are after is possible. Hope that's a little bit helpful anyway. Happy bricklaying, LLL
  18. I like #2..... go the double headlights!!!! |||||||||||||||||||||| LLL
  19. Depends on your scale...but perhaps something like this piece.....http://www.bricklink...Item.asp?P=2432 LLL
  20. Maybe an all white minifig (including head) with gray hair...a kind of humanoid ghost I guess.... Anyway...looking forward to seeing your end result....Ghostbusters is an old favourite! LLL
  21. Great looking town Brickster. I'm particularly impressed by : - the little lagoon that runs through the sand and how you have put the plants along its edge. - the small rise in the track, making the bridge effect so much more real - the little birds (I think they're birds) on top of the Grand emporium.....I think these are additions (aren't they)? Cheers, LLL
  22. Very agile and speedy for such a minimalist build.....well done !!
  23. Just fantastic....great detail. i think your first colour scheme of dk red, tan and gold is great. Look forward to seeing more of your work!! LLL
  24. Great work cagri, The roof is especially neat and I like how you've done the stairs with minimum profile. Philosophy thought for the day: "If a signal is close to a track, but no train hits it, is it too close to the track?" ;) LLL
