  1. Cool!
  2. Just a note: This MOC will be on it's last display (I'm told) at this years LEGO World Copenhagen next week: 16-19 febuary. If you wanna see it before it's taken apart, now is your chance.
  3. Hi Alvega, Yeah, I'm familiar with a soldering iron, just need to find one ;-) Thanks for the hints - will see if I can figure that out. It's been a long time since I did diagram readings.. ;-)
  4. Hi All, I'm doing a project, and would like to inverse one of the LED's in the 8870 PF lights. Seem to remember I saw something about this on the net long ago, but can't find it anymore - best I can find, is schematics over here. So, the big question is: Is there any MOD so the one LED lights up at +1 and the other at -1 on the output? Any inout is welcome.
  5. And it would make it impossible to connect two switch tracks directly to each other... ;-)
  6. NO - info about the bulk.ordering has arrived ;-) Delivery of CFM 17 is jan. 16 2017...
  7. Hi All, No images, but bulk-ordering via our LUG has arrived, and delivery is set for january 16! So no May release for this CF set - it's gonna be late x-mas delivery ;-)

    What a lovely build!
  11. Looking great :-)
  12. Really nice use of technic pieces. And thanks for the video - I can live with whatever 'instructions' I can get. :-)
  13. Thanks - I did seem to remember I got the ideas somewhere from, but it's been sitting on a shelf for some months and I forgot where from. I'm building some more for my layout.. :-)
  14. I guess you would need this remote, so you can 'pulse' a short move?
  15. Well, the point here is, that the phisycal construction does not allow it to force anything apart. Other options with gears dis just that. The M-motor does also not have much more power than to move the lever, and since my SBrick remote is a touch-only, it only just 'pulses' the motor to move. After som days of operation, nothing is forced apart and all loks good.
  16. Hi all, Just made a LDD file of my design of a M-motor track switch. Some inspiration from around the net, but for people looking, here is a solution. LDD File. M Motor switch track design Switch track goes between the red tiles and the rest. This is for a left-side switch track, mirror for right side. Have fun.
  17. The storemanager in the CPH LEGO Store hinted that i might be on display 4th of may.. any news on that? :-)
  18. I made another version today, after looking at the 1x2 rubber technic element used in the Nexo Knight 'Chaos Catapult'. I came up with this: The Nexo Knights Chaos Catapult sparked an idea about updating the train buffer. The Nexo Knights Chaos Catapult sparked an idea about updating the train buffer. The design ended up working really well. Other views in the album. Still need to refine the buffer design a bit..
  19. You can use rechargeable cells in all the standard battery packs from LEGO, use their own one, or find custom 9-10V cells and mod a PF connection cable to supply the PF system you use. If you wanna be 'pure', you only use LEGO battery packs, but who looks inside the models.. ;-)
  20. Hi 'John', Are you a member of Byggepladen.dk? If not, head over there and you might find train interested people in the areas around you - we are quite a few in DK :-) I've not gotten around to build MOC's a trains yet, other than MOD'ing the sets I've bought - so can't really say where to buy, other than BL is great if you Just need some special parts. Remember to buy from EU, so you don't get 25% VAT added (and the DKK 160,- Post Danmark fee) from overseas! For train PF items, use lego.com or the Store in KBH if possible, and get a SBrick to avoid the annoying IR part. Best, Jakob - KBH
