  1. I'd say similar to 'upliftingbricks' in that the Lego Con itself is probably going to be a disappointment. In general things revealed at the previous Lego Con were either already out, leaked or had been officially revealed by sites prior. Following the 'Infinity Saga sets' trend would mean that we see one or two of the August sets revealed in June. I'd lean towards '76223: Nano Gauntlet' (Undated currently) as one of these. FalconFan1414 is "Pretty sure" we'll get the Hulkbuster MKII "before August" which means either a June or July release, if it's a July release it could be revealed at Lego Con or alongside that event - however I still hope it is a June release. The big question lies with 76210 (500€ D2C), if that is releasing before August then I'd expect to see that shown off. I don't think the Sanctum will be revealed until late July, as the Hulkbuster MKII and 76210 will likely get more attention as they are more expensive sets that won't have had a recent film to help sell them. Updated List:
  2. If it is Avengers Tower, it'd probably be a combination of its appearances in the Avengers films - so opens the way for Loki, Ultron, Alexander Pierce, etc... I feel like the Hulkbuster has a lot of potential, whether it's accurate or not. I want to see Lego handle a mech at almost twice the size/price of the previous Hulkbuster - and it'll almost certainly be something I modify into things from other franchises...
  3. Not sure if I missed it, or it's a recent addition - but Promobricks have confirmed 76223 is the Nano Gauntlet and will have 675 pieces. The Duplo set was also revealed recently so have updated that on the list. We now only have 7 Unknown sets for this year we are aware of: August - 76220 4+ ($10/15€, 42/43 pcs) August - 76221 ($45, 456 pcs) Unknown - 76222: (Unknown Marvel set, listed on Promobricks.de) Unknown - 76224: (Unknown Marvel set, listed on Promobricks.de) September - 76225 ($25/30€, 238 pcs) September - 76226 ($25/30€, 258 pcs) September - 76230: ($25/30€, 297 pcs) We may have other sets this year we do not know about yet, but these are the only ones we know of at the moment. Updated List:
  4. Welp, would have been nice to learn that a little early before I did a spoilery breakdown based on the old promobricks list... lol. Would not be surprised if this was designed as a legacy Infinity War set and they just shoved in the MoM characters that were easiest to include. Wonder if we will get Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight and Cull Obsidian/Black Dwarf updated, would be nice to get a new Cull Obsidian. Might even convince me to go back and get the updated Thanos. If Iron Man MK50 has the new helmet, then that bridges some of the gap and if we get a decent number this year then perhaps it'll be a sign they plan on actually delivering on all the suits relatively soon. At the moment the new suit/helmet tally is MK3, MK25, MK85 and hopefully this adds the MK50. I really want this to be the turning point where Lego make it evident if they are doing the whole collection of suits anytime soon. Updated List:
  5. Speculation on the minifigure details we got from Promobricks on the Sanctum and who I think the 9th character included is along with other stuff directly related to the design potential for the figures. It's unclear how early the set could be revealed, so want to get some speculation in now, though admittedly not sure we'll see it until June at the earliest. Do not click the tag unless you have seen the film, it contains spoilers relating to character names and designs
  6. After the helmet reveal, part of me hopes that the D2C blindsides us by being the Malibu Mansion with a display of the MK1-7 using the new helmet design. I'm still expecting Avengers Tower with the MK6 & MK7, but at this stage I really want them to go all out with the Iron Man suits. Probably due to that scene from Infinity War where Iron Man fights alongside Doctor Strange and then Spider-man gets involved. If I had influence on a Sanctum D2C I'd probably include characters from that scene.
  7. It's possible that two of the figures we are aware of are just included for the sake of recognisability/sales and/or may not reflect the film itself - notably Iron Man & Spider-man. I'm mostly curious about the Iron Man figure, what helmet it will use, which version it will be based on. Spider-man could easily just be from when MoM was set before NWH and potentially be the FFH suit or Iron Spider... but Iron Man is going to be very interesting indeed.
  8. Should have included the MK4 I would be fine with it, if the general design of the suit would benefit from a change in mask. The MK1 for example having a different helmet is fine, because its a prototype. Igor, Hammerhead, Shotgun, Shades would all be somewhat deserving of having a unique or varied mask. The problem is a majority of MCU suits are meant to retain virtually identical helmets as they were made to be tiny updates to the design. Translating this to Lego, we do not currently have a complete MK1 to MK7 line-up and if they keep changing helmet designs we'll never get the necessary uniformity to make it feel like a completed display. Maybe we will be lucky and get a Tony Stark Workshop set in the future with the MK1 to MK7 all included so we have a chance of them having a level of uniformity needed for a display. I'd picture it as similar to 'LEGO 76184 Marvel Spider-Man vs. Mysterio’s Drone Attack'. E.g. A slightly updated MK5 (With Tony under the helmet), Whiplash MK1 and a re-used Pepper Potts
  9. Took a little bit of a break, but yeah, the summer wave needs more than this. Give us Hulkbuster MK2 or the D2C - otherwise my focus is going to be on the Optimus Prime set instead. New helmets look strange to me and replacing the old means that any Iron Man armor collections you had before are now going to feel out of place with the newer figures The altered design for the displays also means that anyone collecting those now has a bunch of displays that won't fit the same size/scale The price point is too steep for what you are getting, figure wise and build wise Still no MK4 :( Groot is terrifying, that is all Going to wait until the Iron Man set is discounted quite heavily, in the meantime I hope we get something else in June. I suppose its good we got the Whiplash MK2 here as it frees up for a Iron Man/War Machine VS Hammer Drones set or a Whiplash race track set down the line. I think he fits as a minifigure scale, but it is on the borders of 'too tall for a figure' Updated List:
  10. Infinity Saga June 2021 sets were officially revealed on May 14th. Probably same this year. Unlikely to occur next week during Star Wars stuff, but could leak. It'll feel a bit lacklustre to only have the 'Hall Of Armor' and 'Baby Groot' be shown, as they are the only June sets we are currently aware of. As such I'd hope that one of the following options accompanies them: 76222, 76223 and 76224 (Which are currently undated) 76210 ($500 set) 76215 (Hulkbuster MKII) Any of those options (or a combination of them) accompanying the Hall Of Armor and Baby Groot would give us more to talk about and tide us over until August with the Sanctum.
  11. It's a shame the Sanctum is seemingly not getting a May release, means May is going to be pretty much empty unless one of the other sets got pushed forward. Admittedly the 'May' idea was most born from the concept of an online release for D2C's three months prior to a retail release and with it being clarified not to be a D2C it would be unlikely to get such treatment. I still feel the set would benefit more from a release close to the movie. Hopefully we at least get a reveal of the Summer sets soon... Edit: Added 10963 to the list Updated List:
  12. We'll probably not see things until May, then we'll have the Sanctum to tide us over. We are almost over the period of waiting Ty, have updated it with the additional 2023 set and the prices/pieces. Updated List:
  13. According to instructions on 76216 (Iron Man 2 Hall Of Armour) the included Iron Man suits are the Mk3, Mk25 and MK85. This is contradicting promobricks who stated that the Iron Man Mk4 would be included. It will be interesting to see if it's correct. The same user who remarked on these also stated 'See You Tomorrow' which may perhaps mean a set reveal tomorrow, but could easily mean nothing. The 60th Anniversary of Spider-man could be a reason for a reveal of two 2023 sets, other brands are doing 60th anniversary associated set reveals currently or announcing sets for NWH. Updated List:
  14. Find myself wishing the days to go quicker so we can get the Sanctum reveal and some news. I really want to see the Hulkbuster MKII, see if it's worth getting and modifying. An Instagram post claims that it was stated by Promobricks It sounds fairly likely given the price of the set. The prior information we had did not have a release date (Claims of August 1st). I'm not adding it to the list until we get confirmation by Promobricks in some form though - but it would hint more towards a legacy Summer Wave.
  15. I'm not expecting anything at this point for the rest of April unless something randomly leaks. At the very least it means that May will be Marvel Madness with the Sanctum Sanctorum reveal & online release along with the June sets being revealed and hopefully confirmation on the Hulkbuster MKII and/or 500€ set. Promobricks mentioned an update around early April, I feel they may have been referring to this. It was an update, but sadly stuff we'd already seen
  16. The Rise Of The Beasts Optimus design has been revealed, if the version is based on RotB then the following is what we could expect to see replicated as a Lego set.
  17. From the list provided by Promobricks The Hogwarts Train and by extension Platform 9¾ is arguably one of the most iconic locations from Harry Potter, so it makes sense for that to eventually get a D2C level set. It had multiple prior adaptations demonstrating it sold well. Taking that knowledge, the most common set made by Lego is variations of a Hulkbuster, but we are already getting a 300€ Hulkbuster MKII this year already. As such the main options would be Quinjets, Avengers Tower or a remake of a previous D2C The Helicarrier given it seemingly sold well and can only really be done justice on a larger scale. Granted we could get surprised with a potential comic inspired D2C or an icons collection or something completely random, but I doubt they could surprise us with anything else at this time that would be more suited to the 10th anniversary of the theme, celebration of phase 1-3 and the Avengers film.
  18. It's been over a month since the last bit of new information, plus Lego missed doing/announcing anything for the 10th anniversary of the Lego Marvel theme. It's unlikely that we'd get a big Marvel announcement on May 4th (10th Anniversary of US release for Avengers 2012) as that tends to be focused around Star Wars, however the International release of Avengers was around the 25th/26th April, so perhaps we'd get something revealed then? I hope so at this stage...
  19. I honestly would not be surpised if they capitalised on the popularity of the Spider-men by having Tobey's Spider-man exclusive to the Sanctum set (Just speculating that he might be the Spider-man included) until that same figure is included in a potential NWH set where the main appeal would be Andrew's Spider-man. I feel August 2023 has potential for NWH legacy sets, given the last announced release date for a Phase 4 film is July 2023 - meaning the rest of the year is currently empty for Marvel movies so they could easily do some legacy sets to fill the gap.
  20. In general: MAY: 76218: Sanctum Sanctorum (Online Release) JUNE: 76216: Iron Man 2 Workshop + 76217: Baby Groot JULY: ? AUGUST: 76220 4+ ($10, 43 pcs) + 76221 ($45, 456 pcs) + 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum (Retail Release) SEPTEMBER: 76225 ($25) + 76226 ($25) + 76230: ($25) + 76231 Guardians Of The Galaxy Calendar ($45, 268 pcs) inspired by Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special We also have 76222, 76223 and 76224 which are undated but probably fall into those four months along with 76215 (Hulkbuster MKII) and 76210 ($500 D2C) That's unfortunate, but I suppose when we finally do get Marvel Summer stuff revealed at least we won't have long to wait for them to release.
  21. The Harry Potter June sets have been revealed, so this officially starts 'Summer Reveal Season'. I'd guess this week has potential for reveals, though Marvel normally winds up being one of the last.
  22. Was typing up this post when you commented, lol. Guess we both had a similar idea to address the Bohn3r situation Last year the user bohner_bricks provided us with information on the Daily Bugle and the CMF series. This year a user 'bohn3r_bricks' has been posting leaks starting on April 1st. While legitimacy was unclear at the time the three newest fake leaks are of sets we already know the identity of or have enough information that we can dismiss 'bohn3r_bricks' remarks. The accurate information we have provided by Promobricks is as follows: 76216 is Iron Man 2 Workshop 76217 is Baby Groot 76220 is a 43 piece set priced at 9,99$ 'bohn3r_bricks' tries to claim the sets as being a 'Battle at Kamar-Taj', 'Illuminati Ambush' and a '6+ She-Hulk polybag' respectfully, which vastly decreases the likelihood of any of the leaks they provide being accurate. I would not view any of the leaks mentioned by 'bohn3r_bricks' as accurate primarily due to these three most recent leaks contradicting elements of information we already know. If the original bohner_bricks were to return, chances are high they would use the same instagram account rather than creating a new one. As such I've deemed 'bohn3r_bricks' as fake leaks. 23. Still waiting on the Promobricks update, it's possible it may have been relating to the official images of 76207 which appeared online recently and they reported on yesterday, have tried contacting them but not heard any updates. In regards to the Sanctum, I've realised we might not actually see it anytime soon - it depends how spoilery the characters are. If they indeed include a potential variant of Spider-man, Iron Man and/or other mystery characters they may intend to not reveal the set until very close to release. We are currently only certain of the August retail release date and it's unclear if the May online release is the start or end of May, if the later we may not hear anything more about the set until May. Sadly other than the releases we are aware of, April might be a mostly quiet month also. Though it is hinted we are getting a Thor L&T trailer around the middle of the month (Possibly 11th April) which might give us a little more to talk about in regards to the sets and things we would have wanted the sets to include.
  24. The idea of Hulk's Taco's make this, or at least that part of it, a likely April Fools. I could not find a single positive comment about the set anywhere it was reported. If it's real it feels like a massive mistep to have the selection they have and not seperately selling these. If real, easy pass. Will put the money towards the Hulkbuster
  25. I'd still hope Lego will do something with a Moon Knight figure for Halloween, as he's rumored to appear in the Halloween special (Seeming 'Werewolf By Night'). If not we'll probably have to wait till a potential Marvel CMF Season 2 in 2023 (IF we are lucky)\ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Seen a few people posting fake information about sets on Instagram, just to remind everyone, here is a list of all the sets we know of at the moment. Promobricks list of Marvel 2022 sets can be found here, it may update quicker than I do Updated List:
