  1. I forgot to add my last two builds A small licensed residence for the Griffins A medium garden in Arlinsport licensed as an Arts and Culture
  2. So much intrigue and war! Definitely exciting times around. Though the rumors the paper spreads are definitely bizarre. Everyone knows Queen Annetta could only give birth to an angel.
  3. Is it allowed for 1 individual (myself) to do more than one prospecting build and thus have multiple mines in the same settlement?
  4. I hadn't seen a lot of microbuilds before joining BOBS so everytime I see one I'm amazed at the piece usage that makes it look so great. I love the green helmets as the tree foliage! The binoculars are great as well. Keep up the good work!
  5. Thank you guys! The woman in black shall appear again soon. Though the idea behind her isn't what BD referenced. I decided to start building more storyline so there should be more intrigue and more answers in upcoming months. Thank you! I wanted to portray the garden with different exotic plants which resulted in the sections each housing a style.
  6. Micah and Elizabeth were strolling through the public gardens of Arlinsport. It was a beautiful afternoon and they had some time to talk over their future. Charlotte was walking with them but had been distracted by some of the gorgeous flowers in the garden. It was planted with exotic plants from all over the world. Here there bright colors worked together to brighten the city. Micah and Elizabeth wandered to the gazebo that sat in the middle of the garden. Elizabeth: Can you believe that in less than a month we will be married? Micah: It does seem almost impossible to believe. This year has been so different from what we first expected. The explosion of new land for the growth of the nation and the subsequent growth of my company. I know it has been hard on you that I have been away so much with the exploration and supporting the founding of Elizabethville. Elizabeth: It has been hard. However, I am glad that this period is coming to a close. I look forward to traveling with you to see these new lands you tell me about. I particularly look forward to seeing the city named after me. I shall miss my family, but I look forward to the future. Micah: I believe you shall enjoy the people and places we will see over the next six months. At this time Charlotte, approached them. "Have you noticed the lady who is on the boardwalk above the terrace? She seems to be following and watching us. She might want to rob us!" Micah: "Don't be silly Charlotte! I am sure that widow would not have any reason to want to cause us harm." Charlotte: "How do you know she is a widow?" Micah: "Well she is wearing black in the middle of a warm day. Thus it would make sense that she is a widow." Elizabeth: "Whoever she is, she has done no harm to us. Even if she is watching us, there is no reason to think poorly of a person until we know more about them. Maybe someday we will meet her again and learn more about her." OOC: This build started as a gazebo for my Christmas village. I then decided to use it for a garden. I started with the 32x32 plate and then decided to add to it to bring it up to a total 2304 studs needed for a medium Arts and Culture build. The end was 2656 studs. I wanted to finish out the terraced section but I ran out of vegetation. Here is an overview of the build.
  7. Well technically Santa is supposed to deliver tonight. We shall see if he is on time. I look forward to finding out what Manatee A looks like. Congratulations everyone and thank you Copper Mike. Merry Christmas!
  8. This is a great interior and I love how you pulled off the non-square aspect. I like how the story has progressed, and I look forward to more! The furniture is well done and I particularly like the piece usage for the chair back. I shall have to borrow that in the future.
  9. This is a great in-character build! I was worried for a moment he had already found someone to hang. Fortunately, I read it was just a dummy. The beach front turned out pretty well and of course a boy building sand castles is a great touch!
  10. This is a great build! The dark red really works well and the mixture of textures definitely sell the wall. I like the door and handle as has already been mentioned. The random cheese slope with a knife next to it is a great touch. They may need to taste some wine and cheese before they buy a crate. Also I like the attempt to put the bell above the door! Great attention to details which really make this build. Good job!
  11. I saw this the day you posted but I wanted to wait to comment until I had a chance to look it over carefully. I really like the sloped fort walls. They turned out amazingly. The entrance to the fort is exceptionally done, and I like the light texturing of the ground which is consistent with the packed dirt that would exist in such a situation. I love the staircase to the upper wall. The vegetation outside the fort also looks great. I attempted to count the studs and got 78x88 studs. Is that correct? This is definitely a masterpiece and worth the wait to see. Great job!
  12. I first read that as monkey's. Then I reread it and sounded like a monkey laughing.
  13. Nice first capture for a 2A. :) Quinnsville fleet seems to be getting larger!
  14. Great story! It was such a fun read. I have some nice Indians near Elizabethville you can come visit. ;) Also nice little build.
  15. I had concluded it was Independence Hall before I read your end note. So great job on portraying it! The windows are great but how do you do the tips of them? Is that a preformed arched Lego window I'm unaware of or creative use of another piece? I like the color choice for the floor and the tables look great. Also the green everywhere sells the faction without being too much. Great job overall. I do have more one question: does Eslandola have 24 active members to fill all the slots? Or are some if the counxul NPC.
  16. You do a good job at the active battles and I feel you are getting even better. I enjoy reading your stories and the dual perspective of this one is a nice touchange. For the build, I really like the concealed battery. Your pictures make it look like it is concealed. Great job overall!
  17. This is a nice looking office and dock scene. I like the foliage and the texture of the building especially with the arches on the lower section. Great job!
  18. Well I don't know what peppercorn plants actually look like but this definitely makes me feel like I'm seeing a good representation. Nice to see some different products being grown and harvested.
  19. This is a great way to portray the factory portion of food production. I like the simplicity but effectiveness of showibg the process. Great job!
  20. Thank you and good point on the ship side. I shall have to remember that if I try this again in LDD.
  21. Corrington has chosen the island it gained for Challenge 4: Category B. Island 5.
  22. Her majesty has sent out Ethan Henry, one of her most trusted explorers, in search of an island for the crown to claim. She very carefully instructed him to find an island that was not already inhabited, especially by one of the other powers of the Old World. She did not wish for the intrigue that Eslandola stumbled into. She also asked that it be an island that she would find pleasing. He sailed throughout the Prio Seas before reporting back that he believed Island #5 on the official cartographers' maps was the best choice. It is an island covered in flowers. It's beauty is obvious even from a ways off and he had no doubt that if the queen visited she would fall in love with it. The nickname given it by those who had sailed by it was "The Flower Island." The island was also home to many butterflies that were unique to this island. He expected that the Royal Society of Natural Philosophy would find this island very desirable for exploration and study as soon as they could mount another expedition. There is so much to explore and such limited time. Corrington is officially claiming Island 5: The Flower Island as their prize from Challenge 4: Category B.
  23. First off, it is nice to see the family and background of players developed more as you have done here. It is a hard balance to build enough to tell all the story lines we can/should /want to so I'm pleased to see more of your story in this one. Secondly, that palace exterior is excellent. The colors and accents make it truly appealing. I like the random gifts/suits of armor in the interior. Nice references to some of your previous builds including the Vikings which I always found fun. I'm not sure I have seen those helmets before. Where are they from?
  24. All three portions are well done. I love the chateau @Kolonialbeamter. It looks elegant and grand. The colors work very well together and aid to the entire build. The vineyards in all the builds add the character to these builds. I like that each one seems to be in a different stage of growth or harvest. Great job on them. I love that carriage @Phred. The pieces used really helped bring it together. @Captain Genaro the interior scene is well done. I really like the dark red bricks for the cellar. They do a surprisingly great job at setting the atmosphere.
