The one on the far left looks like a slide-cutter for Saran wrap or similar plastic food wrap. Does it have small metal blades between the bottom tab and top loop? The one on the far right is a mouth piece from the Bionicle Barraki. I do not recognize the middle ones as LEGO parts. The two in the last image are pretty blurry to identify, but the one on the right is probably not LEGO if it does not have "LEGO" on the studs. I cannot say for sure.

Nice build, Mike S! The vegetation is what stands out to me as well (specifically the mass of lime? trees in the background), and the SNOT rocks are great! I love the parts usage for the seaweed that washed onto shore, living and dead. The sand looks great as does the water and foam on the waves. Brick on, Mike S!

Wow! Great as usual, vitreolum! The detail that stands out most to me is the bumps on the wall due to the hinge-plate joints. That is excellent texturing! Overall great Kaliphlin feel to the build. The glow from the window is a nice touch. The turrets on the wall are also particularly nice. Brick on, vitreoulum!

Very interesting giant, Brother Steven! Though I am purist myself, I like to see what others customize. GROZ is great! The color choices are excellent. The details that stand out most to me are the fit of the beard to the head and collar and that mace . The belt also looks very nice.

The continued adventures of Atlas: visitin Barqa
Slegengr replied to Hobbythom's topic in Guilds of Historica
Very nice, Hobbythom! I like the architecture and the angled buildings. The minifigures are well-composed and nicely posed for the story. The double arch over the gate looks great, as do the bowl-torches in the alcoves on the wall. The colors work very well together. Brick on, Hobbythom! -
Very nice build and story, BrickCurve! I am looking forward to the rest of the story! The wall and sluice gate are well done. The foliage looks nice, not overdone, enough to look realistic. The water looks nice as well, especially the posing of Lord Farius partially under the water. Your Kaliphlin troops are very nice. The only improvement I can see would be to make the banks farthest from the gate a little bit less squared. A few more steps of plates toward the border of the MOC or some wedge plates might make this look more realistic. The squared edges with the brick border coming from the gate work very well, as they are man-made, but nature usually does not have straight lines. Brick on, BrickCurve!

A creature in the dark - BabaYagas hutt
Slegengr replied to Legonardo's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Excellent build, LD! The roof is the part that stands out the most to me, but the leg as support with only one other column is great as well. I like the fantastic story for this build as well, and the minifig is very fitting. Those giant mushrooms are great as well. The window shutters are amazing! One thing that I would like to see better is the timber framing. Is there a way to hide the gaps between the two sides of the corner where the color shows through? The angled beam would fit better if the top end was buried under the corner like the bottom end so it does not seem to stick out so much. Brick on, LD! -
Nice landscape, kenobi8! The foliage looks nice, as do the multiple layers and the sides. The eyes in the cave are great and are especially interesting since the rest of the creature is shadowed out. I am curious what Geralt is hunting. Brick on, kenobi8!

Check out this tutorial for a more in-depth tutorial than the following explanation. To upload an image from Flickr to Eurobricks, click on the image you want to upload to Eurobricks from your photostream to view it individually. At the bottom right-hand corner, there should be an arrow pointing right. If you mouse over it, it says "Share this photo". Click that arrow. There is a list of share options using popular social media, but what you want is the option under "Code". Select "BBCode" on the right. Below the BBCode option is a size option based on pixels; pick what size you want (make sure it is not over 800x600 pixels, per Eurobricks Site Guidelines). Under the size option is a text bar that will have the BBCode. Just copy that entire code and paste it as text in a Eurobricks post and it will show up as an image. Hope this helps!

Student turns LEGO brick into a tiny pinhole camera
Slegengr replied to grum64's topic in General LEGO Discussion
That is very interesting! The uses of LEGO are truly endless. -
I enjoyed this build for the MEC, I definitely would like to see LEGO produce Gondor soldiers and Faramir and his rangers, and I will be supporting this! @Goliath: I believe the torsos are the recolored torso from Aragorn in the Black Gates set. I do not think that piece is available in colors other than Dark Blue. I'm a conformist!, Disco86!

Very nice build, Disco86! The mottling on the ground looks excellent. I particularly like that tent and the use of Ewok glider wings and PotC sails. The result is very realistic! Nice use of the Hun Warrior CMF as well! I think it might look better if there was more elevation difference in the ground than just one or two plates. The edges could be "hilled" up more than the path down the center. Brick on, Disco86!

Bk.2: Ch.3: Cat.A: Intrigued by Intrigue

Thanks, Jorrith! Thanks, Tomsche! I am not sure how Mitgardians discovered the galazy far, far away from long, long ago, but somehow a raid was made on the Geonosis droid factories... . Thanks, vitreolum! Thanks, lenjoyLego! The roof was the inspiring portion of this build, and I like the results as well. Thanks, Carson! I appreciate the compliment! The roof was my own idea, but I was inspired by many other builders for the stonework. Thanks for the compliment, Alfadas! Thanks, LordDan! Thanks, Zblj! I never realized before that I had a fascination with roof techniques, but my last three builds were centered on roof techniques. Thanks, Lord Vladivus! Thanks, BrickCurve! I got them on Bricklink in bulk. This used about half of my supply of arms other than the tan ones on my SW battle droid army. Thanks, mrcp6d! Yes, I got about 200-300 of dark tan, dark brown, and dark orange from BrickLink. I appreciate the compliments! I did try some other colors for Stian's legs, but I decided that I wanted to show it was my sigfig and that it was more realistic if the legs did not stand out too much. From the right angles, the legs showed well enough to satisfy me, and I really did not like the contrast when I tried green legs and blue legs. I appreciate the feedback! Thanks, Mike S! I am glad you like my techniques. I like to try new ideas instead of directly copying what others have already built, and I was satisfied with the results of the roof technique. Thanks, robuko! I really appreciate the compliment, especially since I have taken inspiration for my builds from many of your MOCs. It is about 200 of each color... I highly doubt it is anywhere near one kilogram in mass. But, yeah, it is still a lot! BrickLink is great for MOCing! Thanks, Vasko! Thanks, Graham! Thanks, Jakorin! The roof was my favorite part in the build, though it got frustrating at times when the droid arms did not line up right due to the twist in the string . I spent about 1 hour just making the string of arms! I dropped the chain a number of times and, due to the outside arms in each group of 3 being only half-clipped on due to the width of the bars on the string, had to find which group was missing arms and replace them. I am definitely pleased with the results, though! Thanks, ManInATopHat! I appreciate the compliments! Thanks for the compliment, Thomas of Tortuga! Thanks, Jody Meyer! Thanks, Mr. Greeble! Thanks, mephistopheles! I am glad you like the story as well as the build. Thanks, Hobbythom! I originally considered leaving the spy hidden and not telling in the story where he was hiding, but I guess I like to explain things in too much detail to leave it untold . I am glad you like it! Thanks, mccoyed! I appreciate the compliments! Thanks, cesbrick! I am inspired to continue to build even better when I receive such comments from a builder who has inspired me so much already! Wow, I have never yet received so much astounding feedback this quickly on a MOC! This community is fantastic!- 47 replies

TSOLM - Part 4 - The passing of Raghas Memnon [Freebuild]
Slegengr replied to Jorrith's topic in Guilds of Historica
Nice build, Jorrith! I also think the minifigure posing is excellent, especially the kneeling and the ghostly fading. The rock-pile grave looks nice as well with the use of the cheese slopes. Brick on, Jorrith!- 14 replies

Nice tower, lenjoyLego! The crenelations and ledges work very well. I also like the incorporation of the banners on the walls. The interior looks nice, especially the hatch to the basement and the bed design. The rocks look great as well, but I do agree that the water looks a little bit too white and does look a bit like sand (which would actually be fitting for seaside rocks to have sand at the base). Brick on, lenjoyLego!

Very nice build, SK! I really like the multi-layered design of this build and the idea of using a disguised boy to infiltrate the dwarves! The dwarves (and boy) around the map are well posed. The foliage on the top is nice ground cover. The store of arms is very nice as well. I recognize those poleaxes very nice! I also agree that the use of the ice skate is great as well. The SNOT rocks look very realistic for a natural cave. Brick on, SK!

Welcome to Eurobricks, Major Alvega! I am looking forward to seeing what you do with robotics systems and LEGO combined. I spent a summer as mentor for a robotics program using Mindstorms NXT 2.0 and really enjoyed it, so I will likely be interested in what you have to show.

From the record of Stian Vitr's report to Erland Blar: In my earlier travels, I discovered an abandoned watchtower. This tower became a hideout for myself and my friend, your son, Tait. This morning, we rode out to the tower to enjoy our break before poleaxe training. We wanted to practice together before we were tested at the barracks by Master Einar. When we reached the tower, we noticed that someone had placed several barrels of arms inside, and it made us curious. I climbed to the top of the tower to inspect further, when we suddenly heard some one approaching. Seeing I had no time to get back down, I signaled to Tait to return with the horses. I quickly clamored on top of the thatched roof of the tower and burrowed into the straw to avoid being seen. I soon discovered who was approaching: a group of dwarves with more arms to add to their store. Hoping they would leave soon, I settled down to wait. Instead of leaving after depositing the arms, someone climbed to the top of the tower. I pushed my face through a hole in the thatching to be able to see what was going on. Four dwarves had come to the top of the tower. All four stood in a circle around the trapdoor, not speaking a word. Then, one in a green hat unrolled a scroll and began to read. "Due to the threat of an alliance between Drow and Elves, all dwarves from the Madren militia will commence attacking the Drow to prevent this alliance. In order to maintain secrecy, we will tunnel into Avalonia underground. We shall take the Drow by surprise and wipe them from Avalonia, thus preventing an attack on our homeland of Mitgardia." The three others cheered and began murmuring amongst each other. Though I was close, I could hear very little of what was said. With this news, I was anxious to report back so that something might be done to prevent this rash act of the dwarves. As soon as the dwarves left, I hurried down from the tower and ran back to Falkidalr. End of Report. Responsive action to commence. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- C&CC quite welcome. I would appreciate it if a Moderator would let me know if the slight overhang is acceptable. Thanks for looking!
