I was pretty disappointed from the first images, but again my 2p... the way they tried to make this guys look like those from 25 years ago is something that I give value to. Redbeard seems pretty similar, so the other minifigures. Ok, sets are not that rich in pieces, but actually apart from some ones, they never have been. So I will buy this weave in multiples just hoping that St.Amazon does its work well.

This is the worst attitude one can have. If you don't like something, you stand for it. I didn't offend anyone, I just expressed my opinion. I see a lot of fans of minifigures and a few of LEGO fans here, this is undeniable. Being a fan just of the minifigure itself is no shame, if you perceive it this way, it's your problem not mine. The topic says clearly: "worth or not?" and my reply was "I won't spent even a cent on non-lego minifigures". I simply replied the topic's question. Hello, i beg pardon if this question has already been asked, but is there a way to avoid the customs from US sellers? Most sellers if you ask them to write "gift" won't accept this because they say it's illegal, and I don't want to ask an illegal thing. Is there any workaround? After all I am buying USED stuff so some people ALREADY paid taxes on those. I am really annoyed by the fact that two people must pay taxes over the same object.

Actually I won't get tired in repeating that "if tlg had something against those it would have done something" is not a valid argument. Lego lost the patent over minifigures the only one that can do something are the buyers by choosing to praise lego via buying original stuff only. Nuff said. Im over.

Still to me seems like a big flaw. When they make eg. a bootleg juggernaut which is my favorire Marvel character still I won't buy it Because of three reason 1 He won't Fit. He is no lego. He is bootleg. 2 they didn't pay any homage to Marvel. They are just exploiting the success this character has. 3 no offence meant but i am an AFOL. Not an AFOM (fan of minifigures). Those bootleg also miss lego Philosophy. When you buy lego you buy a "leg godt" product. And this is not in any way such. After all there are people that would spoil a Ferrari by using non original replacement parts and people that would be horrified by that. Lego is the toys' Ferrari. As an AFOL my mocs contain only lego pieces and I find it Sad that other people buy bootlegs. The worst are the one buying bootlegs that already exists on this you surely have a point. But if my team is on Fifa and I cannot play it and I know that no money for the team Came from this third party. .. I use the in game editor and make it for mySelf. After all I do give a lot of money for my team.

I strongly disagree. TLG could shut down these people of course as much as EA could stop hackers from making cracks for FIFA. Do you prefere to pay for FIFA 2015 or to play it for free by downloading it and cracking it? There are two parties: the ones who love to endorse and give credit to people who spent money and time creating something we love, and the ones who only look at their wallet. When I was a 15 years old kid I just wanted as many games as possible, so technically I would have also bought bootleg minifigures. Now that I am 35 I understand the value of giving credit and endorsement to someone whom I appreciate the work. The difference between you and me it's simple. While you can tolerate that someone dislikes bootlegs and people buying those, I can't tolerate the opposite, because to me it's just a slap in the face of people who worked hard for something. And since I have proof that while Lego can close an eye on this, Marvel has already shut down non-official replicae of stuff, so I won't be that surprised if they got problems with bootleg minifigures also.

I have issues with everyone who parasites idea that other people had without giving them the proper credit. If I start producing lego custom fantastic 4, I use LEGO's ideas, Marvel's ideas and NOTHING mine. At least I should give some of my profit both to Marvel and Lego. You see this as giving a service to other fans, I see this as getting myself wealthy without paying my dues.

I am very bothered by those figures. They don't pay licenses or royalties. Buying those is a slap in the face of both Marvel/DC and Lego, you don't recognize their work if you buy this.

The worst would be the opposite, at least children aren't totally aware of what they're doing. Adults are. This is why law punishes adults and not children.

Yes, considering this list the only minifigures that do appeal me are "ghoul" and "chimney sweeper". A Chimney Sweeper has never been suggested in my "guessing game" but I see this as a possible minifigure for release in future. Changing topic: I really fail in understanding why brickipedia gave credit to this list.

Toy soldier and army man are a pretty different thing for me. I fail to understand why people can't tell the difference.

Actually not only fake lists appeared but also fake images. Since there is NO chance that they are making an army man, this is clearly a fake .
