    If I have the rights on a song, someone can sing it, but not make money over this. So I believe that nobody is eligible to make money over non-LEGO minifigures without LEGO's permission.

    Well, not all customizers re-sell LEGO parts!

    I read that LEGO won the minifigures patent: http://www.thefiscaltimes.com/2015/06/23/Here-s-How-Lego-Patented-Its-Mini-Figures-and-Won so basically I think that now whoever wants to sell customised minifigures should pay they royalties to LEGO. If that's not the case, why not? Thanks.

    I believe that most of the people here will have a very rude awakening when the first pictures will surface.

    The pieces are available to B&P... but ONLY if you order them by phone. I did and I got my VERY EXPENSIVE Ninjago parts, but that's ok since I would have no other chances to get those parts apart from buying dozens of sets... and on bricklink their price will skyrocket in zero (I believe).

    This has been released in 2015... usually they do this kind of stuff... they prepare a piece in one year that will have large use in the followng. Are we finally getting Mythologies? Dreaming is possible...

    Hi, I am thinking that TLG has recently introduced strong limits into buying minifig parts. At Fabrik, in Germany, I was used to buy 6 minifigures for 10 euro. Now you can do this only once. You can't, for example, buy 60 minifigures for 100 euro... On the LEGO site, all the minifigures parts in "parts selection" are gray, out of stock and show this message "We’re sorry, but this part isn’t available to buy through Bricks & Pieces because it’s part of our LEGO Shop assortment." Am I the only one who is thinking that both things are done in purpose?
