Hi guys! Although it's quite early, people asked me to start my usual topic about guessing the entries for Series 18, which should come in April 2019 as far as I know. So I've run so many times this game, and people liked it, so then here it is. Please, it's a fun game but mind those simple rules so we enjoy it the most: Try to be specific. Policewoman entry is valid for a policeman I'll assign 1 point for correct answer and 0,5 point for nearly-correct answer. This is my list and at the present moment, this time I am sorry but I have absolutely no clues for what lies ahead, so I'll be a neat player as you all are. 1) A firefighter. Again? Yes again. CMF ARE Harry Potter and this is known since one year... but I really have no clues about the list.

I'm quite surprised I have ZERO information about the minifigure list and it's onlye 50 days from the release.

We did a contest yesterday, and gave minifigures/minidolls to all partecipants. ALL boys wanted a minifigure. NO boy wanted a minidoll. ALL girls but one, wanted a minidoll, only a girl wanted a minifigure. Usually, I don't hink there's much gener-neutrality, at least in Italy where I live. Maybe in other countries the story is entirely different, but here ELVES/FRIENDS are for girl and even if there are dragons or goblins they're too "cute-looking" to be loved by boys. On the other hands, it's more common that girl like normal "City" sets instead of friends one, but they're a small minority. As a toy seller I am usually asked "is there something for a boy" or "is there something for a girl?" Proposing friends/elves for a boy is suicidal, the buyer will go to another shop.

I would be super surprised (superprised) if it wasn't Hogwarts, that's the most iconic set they can make.

Well, maybe since you already stated somewhere else in this forum, you are somewhat sensible to this topic. Actually, there aren't many female knights or pirates because there haven't actually been many women doing such things in human history. Which may be rather noble on women's behalf. Having too much interesting in wounding or killing other people is not a very good thing, IMHO. Then, of course, women weren't even allowed to do such stuff and that is a capital shame. Only for a question of rights. Women should be allowed to do anything a man can do. I consider the fact itself that not many women (or, no woman) were knights a good thing for women. Such said, you can pick women heads and put them on generic castle torsoes and you did a perfect woman warrior. Furthermore, TLC has usually plaid some form of reverse sexism IMHO, Some examples: until some years ago, robbers and thieves were only males, as if women were only good people. Still, we had Women of NASA, or Research Lab. Or again, when you have a female scientist in CMF, she's a brilliant researcher (Series 11) while the male scientist... is a mad scientist (series 4, then series 14). Have you ever seen a female crazy scientist in LEGO? None I heard of. Alas, whatever way you look at it, some pepole will see sexism and some reverse sexism. Probably both are true in the same time.

I'm not into OW. Are them minifigures that can used for fantasy castle themes?
