  1. Me too! I can't wait for the first leak! Other than Wookiee Gunship, which set do you think it'll be? And which sets will be exclusives?
  2. That is one sweet mecha! The rendering is awesome-especially the Minifig leg articulation-what programs did you use?
  3. Who knows? Maybe we're getting one, like a dewback... TLG might just no have had the mold ready in time...
  4. Is it just me or is the Prospector the "Do you think Zeppelins are a bad investment?" Guy from TLM?
  5. It's their new marketing gimmick. But I bet inserting a spring into a brick ain't cheap. I wish they had just given us lower prices !
  6. Same here! Can't wait for the Tusken, 12 years without them is long enough. I just really hope TLG doesn't cheap out on it. They have a fantastic opportunity and it would be a shame to see it go to waste! Anyways, its the time of year when we check Bricklink for new figs! So if you see anything, especially a Tusken, be sure to tell me !
  7. Also, most of the fakes are Superheroes; the only SW ones I've seen are cheap versions of official minifigs: Yoda, Captain Rex, JEK-14, ETC... There are some fakes of Storm or clone troopers, but again, the quality sucks. SH is in danger but SW is safe, at least for the time being!
  8. Didn't they go out of their way to prevent the Hobbit stuff from leaking? I can't wait to see the Mexican or Chinese factory pics!
  9. I wish the T-16 included a Bantha  !
  10. It looks good but a bit out of proportion; the pedals are accurate but there's no way a normal minifig would fit. A Miniland fig, however, seems right...
  11. I guess they look OK. I personally would never buy them; clear plastic is much weaker than normal ABS. Also, your purchase would support the cloners. Do we really want more fakes in the market?
  12. Yeah, it's a blue torso that's machine printed with either a custom or a TYC head. Many customs nowadays are so good it's hard to distinguish them from TLG ones.
  13. Yeah, there was a stand where they sold jars of Modulex at Brickfair VA. But it wasn't cheap; $25 for a small jar, I believe. I did see Modulex MOC-a Batman-but other than that, nothing. Not sure how well they'll sell...
  14. So does that mean they will be difficult to find?
  15. Maybe TLG re-used the "Stormie" from the Yoda Chronicles: Anyways, what if we eventually get this set, but in the summer wave of 2015? Is that possible?
  16. What? After 45+ years they come back? Also, it's strange that it isn't on any official LEGO sites yet the company seemingly endorses LEGO... I wonder what'll happen!
  17. Great customs, HJR! Are some torsos custom printed (other than the AL one)?
  18. Stormtroopers with leg printing.... So... Jealous...
  19. Great job, Pablo! It really captures the feel of a Gungan Sub! Can't wait to see what you build next ! Good Luck!
  20. Brilliant! What a great idea and execution-the MOCs are superb! Can't wait to see more!
  21. Wow, that's really interesting to see. SW was LEGO's first real license, and it was only with EP.1 that they released it. It's a shame they didn't start earlier!
  22. Tan is your best bet, if you can get it for a decent price! Good luck with your customs!
  23. Hi everyone, I joined EB a while back and now that I've reached the minimum 100 posts I've decided to trade some pieces . I'm not on the straightshooters list as this is my first trade, but I will try my best to get the items to you quickly and safely. I recently acquired a bulk lot of Trans Light-Blue diamonds, enough to fit a small PAB cup. Not shown in the picture are 25 loose diamonds that won't fit. On Bricklink they are available for about 6-9 cents. Seeing that there are hundreds, possibly thousands, of bricks, if you own a BL/eBay store (which I don't, that's why I trade ) you could flip these for a fortune! For shipping I am open to international trades (if you give me a really good deal ) but please note that I am in the US. I'd preferably trade the lot as a whole, but then again, for a good deal I'll be willing to part with some of it! TLB Diamonds by AwesomeBantha, on Flickr The pieces will be taken out of the cup and sent in a bag in a bubble mailer to keep the costs down. If you want the PAB cup I'm fine with shipping it, but the package will be bigger and therefore will cost more for me to ship. WANT: This list contains some of the sets/minifigs I want. Ideally, I'd trade for a couple figures or 1 or 2 sealed sets (New bags, flat box to save on shipping is acceptable for some sets), or a combination of both. Bold items are high-priority. ***If you don't have any of the items and absolutely want the parts PM me-it might be possible for me to sell them*** UPDATE: I'm interested in most SW sets, if you have anything you want to trade (even if it's not on the list) please contact me. We can work something out! SETS: Star Wars: 75037 Battle on Saleucami (Sealed Preferred) ***I'll also accept the BARC speeder and pilot only*** 75015 CA Tank Droid (Sealed Preferred) TC-4 (Polybag, Sealed) Aqua Raiders: 7770 Treasure Hunter (Sealed Preferred) Indiana Jones: 7195 Ambush in Cairo (Sealed Preferred) ***If you have any other IJ sets I'd also be glad to trade for those!*** MINIFIGS: Star Wars: Clone Trooper (New, 75000, 75015, 75023) Stormtrooper (New, 9489) R2-D2 (75038) Jango Fett (75015) General Airen Cracken (75050) Dewback (75052, complete with saddle) Wampa (8089) Indiana Jones: Indiana Jones (7195) Collectable: Frankenstein (S4) Hazmat (S4) Gangster (S5) Detective (S5) Bandit (S6) Galaxy Trooper (S7) Businessman (S8) Santa (S8) Chicken-Suit Guy (S9) Alien Avenger (S9) Plumber (S9) Yeti (S11) If you're interested, please PM me and we can work out a deal! I will trade on a first come, first served basis.
  24. BrickPicker has a good guide on what you need. Hope it helped!
