    OK, so something in the $400 range. Here are my picks-what I would do: 75059 Sandcrawler+ 2x 75052 Cantina 3x 75021 Gunship+ 4x 75000 Clones/Droidekas BP 2x 75043 AT-AP+ 2x 75042 Droid Gunship+ as many 75035s Kashyyyk BPs as you want If you want 1 set I would get the SSD; the dropship is not only older, it's harder to find and $400 only gets you a used one. Plus, the SSD comes with exclusive minifigs-like IG-88. Have fun!

    Sorry about bumping the topic, I just came across this post and there was a question I just had to ask. Also, with all of the new molds that LEGO is creating, I think that it would be great if more experts contributed to the topic ! So, my question, to HJR-Holland and MysteriousHobNobs is this: How, where, and for how much did you get them? On eBay they want $1000 , and there's only one available. As a mini-collector this is my dream piece, the crown jewel . Is there any source I'm missing out on, is there any other way to get them ?

    Yeah, it was an interesting article. But they forgot Star Wars and Technic, both themes that have notoriously high PPP (Price-Per-Part) rates. But it isn't all about hitting the 10 pieces/$ mark; some bigger pieces have more plastic or are new molds, which justifies the price.

    Orient Expedition was awesome, but the building techniques and the animals are, compared to today's LEGO, not that great. It needs a re-issue! Plus, it has so many uses- Steampunk-parts, especially minifigs, considering that it's set in Victorian times Animals-elephants, yeti, etc... Parts-original OE had so many great ones and I'm sure that a re-issue will bring many more!

    Well, yes, but in Chima's favor there are many new parts and building techniques-look at all the Olive Green in the Command Ship! Of course, that isn't an excuse for a bad build...

    Great job, Smitty! I wanted to MOD mine with a motor, but I have no power functions knowledge whatsoever and therefore am stuck! It's awesome that you included a video!

    Definitely Dark Blue. It looks so much more "used" and, well, awesome! But if you'd want to build it in real life, normal blue is fine. By the way, how did you add the double doors? I'd love to MOD mine like that too!
