    Looks great! Like the copper detailing on the windows. Does it sit on a 48 by 32 base?

    Not impressed by the Mini Modulars. Looks rushed and not up to the standards of the others. Any more info about the Detective Agency? Any colors? And it should be a regular building, not a corner, if it follows the pattern right?

    I have one each of: Market Street, Green Grocer, Fire Brigade, Grand Emporium, and Pet Shop. Town Hall is incoming as a birthday present from several of my family members. Considering picking up another Pet Shop because of the varied piece selection, double baseplates, and color palettes.

    Fair points. The elevator feature is "eh" to me. Maybe it's just cause I'm from the LA area but I like the Palace Cinema. The theater it's based off of, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, was built in the 1920's so it fits the time period.

    Hey guys, I was just wondering, for those of you guys who have purchased and built buildings from BrickCityDepot.com, how much do the parts to build the sets usually cost? I was thinking about buying these two instruction sets: https://www.brickcitydepot.com/CB026/smokestacks_coffee_house https://www.brickcitydepot.com/CB003/city_restaurant but I want to make sure I'm not going to be spending an exorbitant amount of money on the parts.     Yeah, I designed this building on the fly with only parts I had in my collection so I probably need to go back and spice up the upper floors. Thanks for the kind words!
