If it's in the QM Guide, it's a requirement*, if it's not, it's a bonus feature. *Unless it's an option/optional feature. On a different note, if anyone is planning a quest set in or featuring/referencing the Njago Empire, I would appreciate being in that loop, as my next potential quest is set there.

You don't need to do that at all. Sandy is the only person here who has anything like that set up, and even he doesn't have everybody.Most quests lately have trended towards not even showing the questees at all, only showing pictures of the sets and NPCs the characters interact with. You're free to construct the heroes on your quest if you have the parts, but it's by no means a requirement. Also, most people don't change their photos terribly often - only when they feel it's time for an update. Between updates, if you do use their character, typically you base it on whatever is shown in their current picture, not on what their gear looks like.

Completely - I just wanted to double check out of curiosity and find out if that was a viable strategy with a weapon like that.

Question - could someone be clever and, while Hastened, use this - Charred Longsword (WP:10 1/6 chance of breaking at the end of every round, if equipped, longsword) - as their first turn, and then swap to another weapon for the second turn, thus avoiding the breaking roll, since it wouldn't "be equipped at the end of the round"?

It's more that I want to have a weapon that deals Fragile. Dragoons can't carry maces and I want to capitalize on my new backwear.

Were there every any rulings not listed in the main rules regarding weapons that deal Fragile? I just wanted to check because the only weapons that deal it are all Maces...

I'm just trying to figure out the benefits of carrying one. Shields take a turn to equip - would this be used as a "last resort" weapon, if all you had were throwing weapons and you'd thrown all of them?
