"Indeed, A, ko te rite kia rite ki ona hoia kaha he rōpū - a he pono o matou hoia nunui." A brief shadow flitted over Lind's face, and his gaze drew distant for a moment. "Aber Kraft allein nicht durchsetzen, und auch die größte Weisheit kann eine winzige Schwäche verpassen...," he quietly whispered, seemingly towards no one in particular, but yet subtly directed, as if trying to speak to people long gone away.

"Although I will be glad to do my part to solve any issues we encounter, I am perfectly fine with following Master Warlen as the party leader." Ooc: My schedule is a little bit over-loaded, so I'm more than fine with Warlen leading the group if you/he's up for it. If not, I'll do my best. Ooc to everyone not in the first PM chain: I originally started organizing the FoG group in PM, but 103# ran over and Lind couldn't post the group sheet on the board, so The Chosen Minifigure did it for me.

If that's a request for a campaign plot, I might be able to provide...

"Ko te ata puhoi, engari ka te putanga mai o te ra, e whakatika ana e ia ano he tupuhi." "Both of them would be excellent for the quest."

Lind sighed and shook his head. "The Questing Bells Are Breaking up That Old Party of Mine..." "If we can't find a few more members, this might be a bit difficult..."

LEGO in Film & TV: Index of Appearances

That is a partially assembled model from 4095: Record and Play, an Inventor set from 2003. Here's the link to the final instruction page for the build. -
LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors
Lind Whisperer replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Although I disagree with you as to the possibility of EU sets(seriously, who would have expected an Azure Angel?), I would like to point out that the sets released were actually pretty obscure as they were, and not exactly the "faces" of SW:tOR. Were they to release something more recognizable, like an XS Stock Light Freighter, it would sell better simply because it "looks like the Falcon." The same for the Ebon Hawk. -
Johnny Thunder: The Myth, the Minifig
Lind Whisperer replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
The Orient Expedition website confirmed that. In addition, in all of the previous Adventurers Flash games released by LEGO which remained on the site until it was finally shut down when LEGO decided to wipe their servers, he has a very distinct accent and uses words that are stereotypically Aussie.- 24 replies

"I always have a minute for a good story." Ooc: I know. I was saying a WP:8 would give you the chance to do almost twice as much damage. I fully understand sticking to your "RP" weapon, but the Fields are for level-grinding, not role-playing. The more damage each party member can do, the better the party as a whole.

"The elf over at that table." Lind gestured towards Anavar and the rest of the group he had just been talking with. "I think she might be interested in going with us, if asked. Never hurts to ask, anyways, and it never hurts to have another knight." "Speaking of our party, how are you off for weapons? I have a bit of a staff from my last quest that I think you might be able to use for the Fields." He reached into his Bag of Holding, and partially drew out the Indescribable Pole to show Warlen. Ooc: Indescribable Pole(Staff, WP:8)

As he was looking over the room, watching silently, Lind saw the the mage who was leading his party was sitting alone at the bar. Slipping silently out of his seat for a moment, he stepped over to the counter beside him. "Water, please." He turned and nodded to the mage. "It looks like at least one member of our party has been chosen to walk a different quest. I was wondering if I might make a suggestion as to who might fill their spot?"

I am well aware of the page, and it is because of the page that I asked. I understand fully that would make that specific battle more difficult, however this does not translate to making the entire Fields more of a "challenge," it only intensifies the one battle pertaining to it.

"Oh, no, I was mostly attempting a joke. It's an...interesting book. One that...Suffice it to say, I'm keeping my eyes open for it." "If I might translate, (from my studies,) I believe my fellow Rogue is attempting to say he considers reading to be a "fashionable" exercise. Stylish. Chic. Socially acceptable. Socially Preferable. À la mode. Up-to-the-minute-and-what-not, eh? Simply Dashing!"

How do the Handicaps in the Fields of Glory work? Can we select one for a battle, and then select it again for the next battle, or are we only allowed to use each one once, or only one total for the entire stay?

You have to keep in mind, though, some elemental powers cancel each other out.

"A pleasure to meet you as well." Lind shakes his hand firmly.

"I don't suppose you have a copy of In Motibus Pylos in there?" He quietly chuckled. Ooc: She wouldn't. Suffice it to say...it's a pretty rare book. I'm kind of hoping that there'll be another chance someday to visit a certain underground library... "You may in future find that to be one of your strongest strengths. The silent mouth listens and learns far more than the loose tongue."

"If I might be so bold as to ask, who is the Voice in the Sky? Most of my studies suggested that Legovia, Galadrya, and Celebryon were the main patron god and goddesses of elves." "A love of books and knowledge is something to be admired, not to be embarrassed of, as you seem to be."

Leaning back in his seat, the rogue noticed the small group of mixed heroes clustered around a table. The Munchkins teach many rules on many levels, and one of the first rules to be taught to a young Munchkin, is that they should never pass up a chance of engaging in conversation with new individuals, and broadening their personal knowledge through this. Keeping this truth in mind, after gently smoothing out a few wrinkled hairs in his new fur cape, he quietly got up and stepped across the room to the table. "Is this a private group, or might I pull up a stool?"

Lego Ultra Agents 2015
Lind Whisperer replied to TPLSTER21's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Much as I love drawing obscure connections, I'm afraid that Ultra Agents is an entirely new theme without any connections to either Alpha Team or Agents. Time-wise, we actually have no idea when or where Astor City is located, other than that it occurs after both Galaxy Squad and Monster Fighters. I've drawn vague similarities between Omega and Anti-Matter, but I don't actually think that they are one and the same, merely that Anti-Matter makes the best placeholder for the moment(a slot that was previously held by Pre-reformed Lloyd Garmadon as being the only non-licensed villain to wear a hood.). It is, though, important to note that date of release does not necessarily coincide with time-line placement. Often the LEGO universe seems to happen at the same time as the sets are released, but not always. Classic Space may very well not be happening for another 50 years or so, according to some interpretations. Also, Drome Racers actually takes place next year, not 12 years ago. -
I'm voting for Lord Duvors because after reading through the posts, and thinking back, he has several times come very close to a lynch and yet the blame always moves on. I'm not certain that he's the best candidate for a lynch, but it's impossible to prove if Mencot's a miller, and to be honest, I have been kind of questioning Duvor's motives a bit. Also, I don't want a vote penalty*. Vote: Lord Duvors And before anyone asks why I've waited until now to vote, it's because I haven't had a chance to do so for the last five or six hours. I was on a long car trip and just got back less than an hour ago. *There should really be an option to Abstain from voting...

I think this should take care of what you need for the moment, but you might want to get a different image eventually since the original was from Bricklink.

General Discussion and Announcements
Lind Whisperer replied to Dragonator's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Permission, permission, permission. That's the first thing you need. I'd advise you to read through this thread. It has some excellent points as to where a person should start with such a project. Exactly what RPG theme did you have in mind?
