Makuta at least will definitely have a body that's at least Toa-sized by the time he gets a set, though.

I actually like the Trans Lime bones more than Trans yellow. It's a nice contrast. Then again, I'm the guy that likes his robots to have running lights the same colour as their optics on them, so it's probably a personal thing.

Lewa has plant-control and air-control. Dayum, that's going to be OP.

Maybe they'll produce a canister-scale Makuta in his natural form, and then the next year, his body after acquiring the MoUP? Also, is Makuta actually evil, or just a little jealous, and the MoUP is the true evil?

Here's question: Will Makuta's eventual set have the Mask of Control, the Mask of Ultimate Power, or both? And will he ever successfully forge the new Mask of Life?

Onua looks pretty cool. And, in response to the disappointment that Hahli is a collectors item... Bricklink?

Those were probably just meant to be the pilots on the Red Star. Even the GBs in their infinite insanity wouldn't make that thing automatic, right? This. I've seen Dragon Bolt still shelfwarming in 2014 (I was tempted to pick it up, or one of the iFB figures, but Droid Gunship). Brain Attack was a huge letdown in the story department, and while there were some things in their that I liked... Honestly, the sets just felt awkward. Too much silver and grey, it was like being in 08 again, except I actually liked the 08 set design, for the most part. The weapons were terrible for most of the figures, the creatures were just another hoard of army-builders, and this time, there wasn't even a solid big bad. Basically, another line where the main antagonist is not present. He's just a guy that makes a horde of Not-Krana and then does nothing. I mean, hey, at least the Morbuzahk got a sponge made in its likeness. The only three-year story arcs I remember are Mata Nui and Ignition, and I thought they went pretty well. There was at least something new in each year.

I question the usefulness of a machine that is designed to revive dead characters, but only works with a sufficient body, when I dunno, 90% of the deaths in this series involve the body being utterly destroyed. Oh, and apparently, "Turned to goo inside your own armour" is enough to be repaired, yet Icarax's molecules can't be reassembled. Yeah, it's a dumb plot point. Furthermore, if Hydraxon got restored by it, why not alt-Tuyet?

Yup, the Red Star's chock full of revived dead characters. Basically, as long was they weren't disintegrated, if they died in the MU, they're on the Red Star. Lhikan lives! And ironically so does Hydraxon, which is going to make Dekar-Hydraxon a little awkward.

Pretty safe to say that the GB's were freaking mental? Let's see, they made a giant scorpion monster... and put lasers on it. They made the insides of their saviour robot look like habitable cities instead of just robot parts, their solution to their planet exploding was "send a robot into space to learn about the universe so it can rebuild our world somehow". These guys weren't exactly smart.

The thing you have to worry about is vocal dissonance. If a character doesn't sound as you imagine, then something feels off. Jaller's voice doesn't carry any real authority, he sounds like a kid. He sounds like Sonic the Hedgehog, who isn't exactly the sort of guy you'd imagine as a leader. On the whole, though, I thought a lot of the MOL voices were off. Kopaka's was good, and the Turaga were decent for their characterization. Tahu was... okay, I guess, but a little gruff. Pohatu was awesome. Onua didn't fit, at all. Gali was alright in some scenes, sounded a little too old in others. Teridax suited his design, but not really with the general characterization from 01, and later 07 and onwards. Lewa was... odd.

I kinda expected the responsible and dedicated captain of the guard to not sound like a teenage surfer.
