Looks great, I especially like the small things, the sign & Norwegian flag, very creative. The boat is a great build as well with fun little scenes throughout. Is that fish skeleton torso official? I can’t place it. Impressive sail too.

That’s hearsay at this point though, correct? Nothing official has said August for the US. Looking back at when the first five were revealed, it said June with no break down of different areas getting them first. It even states the same on the reveal of the last two as well(at Brickset).

That’s exactly my reasoning as well. While this set is fantastic in every way, I’d rather miss this than any of the HP sets. Later on down the road, when it’s 2x points & if I have the money, I’ll likely get it. But I won’t really feel bad about missing it either.

Poorly. Fortunately the occasional odd job of watching friend’s dogs/house has coincided pretty well with releases, so I don’t normally miss out on much that I really want. Just got done with one recently where the Rexcelsior was released two days after I started(and they pay in advance) & have a fair amount left that I’m hoarding away for HP. I should, but don’t, let space determine my spending...but I just buy & stack more plastic containers.

I’m one of those who has not seen the show, so I have no idea what’s supposed to be happening here, but my goodness is the set great. The minifigs are amazing...that bowl cut! The waffle tiles are awesome. I just may have to get this....but that would mean cutting into my HP fund...decisions, decisions...

I feel it needs quite a bit of dedicated space. What about removing the lighthouse area & putting Apocalypseburg out a bit into the water? It could be it’s own little dystopian island.

BIt off topic, but related...I know there’s a fair few who have or do work at brand stores. If these all are indeed an August release for the US, do stores generally get a good amount of sets? If I couldn’t get to a store until the following day, would I be good to get them all?

Looks great. You really packed in a lot in that space. I like the freeway guardrails quite a bit, those realistic touches are nice & that’s about as close as you couid get.

Despite it being micro build, something I’m not really a fan of either, it’s a great looking ship & fun build, once you get the skeleton built. I recommend grabbing it. Although, now I’m wishing all those parts came in pearl gold so I could build a wearable Infinity Gauntlet...

That was the first thing I did when I got my hands on Elsa. It’s a shame they didn’t give that hair in the correct color to Widow, it’s damn near perfect.

Got the last of the Disney CMS folks, Jafar, Elsa, & Louie. Still do need Chip & Dale, but I have a friend who is getting a full case. Hopefully he doesn’t want 4 of each of them & can spare a set.

Found Disney series 2, picked up a few... Uncle Scrooge, Huey, Dewey, Anna, Jasmine, Sally, & Jack.

Ahh, I hadn’t noticed that. Not that I need a reason, but guess I’ll have rewatch it. That really does say something though. Nice catch.

Well, in regards to inaccuracy, at least the Golfcart of Doom isn’t alone. While they are inaccurate, they are still good builds(sans the Compound, don’t have that one yet). I even liked the bike more than I did. It’s still way too big, normal for LEGO, and those shooters just make it looks strange. The Quinjet May be the best build & looking one of the bunch. War Machine Buster is awesome too, I like the little details. Most of all, happy to finally have a helmet for Cap. Gonna see how it looks on the u masked with hair minifig.

Yep, it could be similar to Wonder Woman Warrior Battle where Ares was the main build. Then just have a few more trees as a side build.

When I finally got around to buying the 2017 one I had looked into getting its predecessor for this very reason. It looks great.

This looks great! You really captured the shape brilliantly. I’d say even moreso than the official one does.
