Saw it yesterday. I loved it. I've read the series a few times. Overall I was very pleased with the movie. Most of the things they changed or left out, I understood. Time constraints played a big part too. I'm seeing it again Saturday and I can't wait! I certainly could've sat through another hour added to the movie, in order to get more depth and stretch things out.

That's sneaky, deceptive and underhanded...and brilliant! nothing like the ol' library to get parents going.

I give it a 5 star rating, *****! it definitely looks good enough to eat.

Unbelievable! This reminds me of a picture I saw of crinkled pieces of paper that cast a face shadow. This is just so cool!

Awesome car! I love ratrods, and you did a great job here with the necessary details.

Un-freaking-believable! This is just wonderful. You really captured EVERYTHING that Hogwarts was. The Castle is quite spot on. Hagrids Hut, with the dirt path that leads to it. That fantastic Quidditch pitch-great posts! The Chamber below and the lake. Greenhouses, wow. The only minor criticism is you forgot the creature who lives in the lake. But you literally got everything else. Well done! I would without a doubt buy this. CUUSOO, anyone?

Well, I get why Cap doesn't have his wings(this may have been mentioned, but I don't recall). I saw a preview at the theatre and paid close attention to him because of the discussion abbot his fig being wingless. He doesn't even have them in the movie...

Follows Closely, that's how I am now, minus the charts. I just want something more organized than that. I'm just looking for the right container of drawers that I like best. This thread is giving me all kinds of ideas and inspiration.

I noticed the Mechanic, unaware of the others. Must be the designers of the respected fig, no?

I do have the (seems to be universal) problems with the small windowpanes and the mold site. It looks like a partial fingerprint. I don't think I'm going to worry about it just now. It's not terribly noticeable, but I know it's there. and the unevenness of the roof section. Bit of an annoyance over anything else. All the pieces are there, however.

My apologies for the double post. I did it because just editing a post won't bring this up to top, and Silver Shado and Andy D wanted this question answered. I hope I haven't angered the mods. I have gotten through bags section 1 & 2, so far no missing pieces. Again my code is 05R2. So, unless the missing pieces were in the 3rd section of the build, Andy D, you should be good.

This is a suggestion/question all in one. I've wondered before why there isn't a glass piece for the arch window frames? We have the black/pearl gild medevial window inserts for it, but why no glass? Take the Mini Green Grocers bat window. The bottom, square window has glass, but then the top arch frame has nothing. It just looks strange. Why is that piece not in existence? Why not make it?

I'm talking about apart, I'd just like to keep the pieces together as a set. I'm liking those Sterilite containers, but I'd need so many(almost 300 sets). I know I could put multiple small sets in one drawer with a divider or two, but I'd also like drawers big enough to where I can fit the bigger sets, like D2C stuff, in a single drawer as well.

Nice job. I bet that brick separator was a major pain to work around. My FB is still in its bag, I can't bring myself to open it.

Wow...auto correct is a b!tch... it was supposed to read, "suggest reading"... Damn iPad keyboard. I loathe this thing.

This is great. Very reminiscent of 10230 Mini Modulars. You did a nice job of shrinking down the Tower Bridge.

Architecture Contest: Cinderella Castle

Outstanding! You did great recreating the castle. You matched everything pretty well, the towers, the outer wall, the colors. Great job! -
The picture isn't showing up for me, I'll try later... But he seemed to me to be talking about the polybag Lex, and his shoulder armor while Ironman just had a big helmet...

Very cool. Galactus looks very impressive and you did a great job on him. Everything is really good. Nice customs, I like the action shot with the arm and forcefield.

Anyone have a good and organized way of storing sets? An idea I had, but may not be best because I can't fit some into it is using those plastic clamshell to go containers. I've gotten a dozen or so, but not every set can fit. Take 10222 Winter Village Post Office just fits in the box. I really like those plastic drawer units that could work. Large piece count sets are my biggest worry though.

I don't know why people buy sets and not build them. I mean, I get reselling later or not having the room...but if I'm going to spend that much, I very much would open that sucker! Why do you need 3 VWs? I'm torn between 10231 Shuttle Expedition and 10223 Joust... I'd just buy the set, especially if you're into MOCing. The set itself looks good and looks to be a fun build. If you're on the fence, I'd suggest reading the review in the Licensed section, if you haven't already.

I didn't quite read it that fast, but it was hard to put down.

def, you have a great skill! I love your artwork, and the stories. I took some offense(both real and hypothetical) to your comment of people wearing sports attire when they physically can't play. Great job, nonetheless.
