Man, what a tough call! Here's what I think. I'd wait on another 10218, I'd save that buy till it's about to be retired. Now, the others...I suppose since you don't really have an interest in 10224, which really is a great set and build, I think. I would take a look(possibly second) at the review here. I wouldn't get a set if you didn't like it just because you have others, especially at that price. So, that leaves 10225. I'm not going to say to get it just by default. It REALLY is an awesome set. The build is insanely fun. Seeing him come together after each bag seriously bought a smile to my face. I have him proudly displayed and I can't help but smile when I look at him. Verdict is, I would definitely take a second look at 10224 Town Hall because it is a great set/build. But, if you just do not like it, go with 10225 R2-D2, he is insanely awesome.

You got me. I simply meant they wouldn't be sold in stores. Because, it's sounds like Lego Otaku thought Cuusoo projects would be on store shelves, where the confusion over Zelda/Mario sets would happen. I don't know. I tend to agree more with pinioncorp that most people who came on and (for example) voted for the Winchester after seeing it talked about on Conan. Being a fan of Shaun of the Dead and not of LEGO, they came on, signed up and voted for it and never looked back. Those fans kind of ruin it and skew the info LEGO gathers when people support a project. Chances are those fans aren't going to buy, even know they said they would before they clicked submit.

Not only that LT, but the kitchen is very nicely laid out and detailed. The floor change, the little island. But, someone left the fridge open?! your attention to detail is quite evident, this may be the first MOC building I've seen with heating/air conditioning vents in the floor. Great job!

The figs are pretty nice. It does look like Windu has a beard. I like the way you built Windu though, his head even has the stud. I think his lightsabre would look better with 1x1 cylinders instead of cones, may be a case of lack of pieces though. And...why is Jangos neck spitting fire? Other than that oddity, I really like what I see of him. The jet pack is nice and looks great. I like how you added the cheese slopes on the back of the helmet to make it look like it was curved. I'd like to see the front of Jango. Great build and scene.

If they're all the same...don't you think your eyes are just playing with your mind? Reading this thread could definitely make you think you're seeing something you're not... I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, as I don't have any cracks or anything wrong with mine*knock on wood*. I haven't checked them since I bought them though. Maybe I ought to have a second look.

How is using paint and/or clay to make a weapon any different than using plastic?

Those Samurai are awesome! The first two(red and green armor) are so full of awesomeness, I want them! The Exo-Force faces are perfect, in my opinion.

Not bad! The helmet is a bit off, but I see the resemblance. I LOVE W40K Space Marines, I'm a Space Wolf fan myself. Great paint job, though.
