  1. Browsing around Internet, checking out Target and they have price cuts on Chima. It's only a few bucks and it may be only in the US.
  2. I find the lack of (plain) clones disturbing...in 2013. I wish they'd ditch these EU sets and give us more clone filled goodness. Like the set with the orange troopers. I do somewhat like the variety in companies were seeing, though. But still, there's too little to really make a sizable faction unless you're willing to shell out a lot of money. And with all the awesome that is coming out of Denmark this year, I know I certainly won't be.
  3. Oh man, the nerd war between Star Wars and Star Trek is going up a few notches now that JJ Abrams is going to be directing Ep. VII.
  4. The new sets look good. I missed out on the last AT-TE. The figs look interesting, always nice to get more(new) Jedi. Now I can add another name that I learned thanks to LEGO to my list. I think it was Oky(?) you mentioned it...does that guy have a trans blue arm?! That other ship is a neat design too, even though I'm clueless about it.
  5. Just going off the photo on LEGO.com here. I see it's definitely not as deep, being on an 8x16 plate. Heightwise, it looks like it would fair pretty well in the same vicinity as the Modulars. I may think differently when I get it in front of me, but it'll bring some nice diversity to my layout.
  6. Wow! That is huge. Any close up shots?
  7. I love seeing everyones mash up of the two brands. This is a good one.
  8. Funny! That is one awesome cane right there! Chewie has aged well.
  9. Cool entry. I really like the rock work in the cave part.
  10. I hope so. I'd like to see some like the old Pirates soldier fort was on, and the old Paradisa house was used. As much of a pain they are to store, they definitely add something to the set.
  11. I'm excited to see to see how 76005 Daily Bugle Showdown looks among my City sets and Modulars. Depth wise it's not fitting, but it's got a nice 16 wide and 3 story facade. Anyone who has it mind making a review.
  12. !! I can't wait for that one, especially since I'm finally rebuilding the layout.
  13. That big carrot photo is great!
  14. Shh...don't ruin his good deal moment.
  15. This is both awesome and saddening. I had so much of that same stuff as a kid, which I stupidly sold. Great photos.
  16. Wow. Some people are really getting into this.
  17. I like it. Despite its color, it reminds me of something I saw in Exo Squad a lot of years ago. That bunny looks so cute and innocent, deceiving little critter. I like the little bits added to the upper legs, looks like powerful mechanics at work. I hope we get more pics, I'd like to get some different angles of it. That's an awfully gutsy space zombie.
  18. Hmm...the lower right corner, there looks to be an old white horse pictured on the wall(LotR?)
  19. Very cool! I like the mini fig hands decorations.
  20. Huh? Why on earth would butter be on your bricks? Eating toast while building maybe?...
  21. Excellent entry! I love the piece usage! Those gold fish for ornate table legs. The 'brick' bricks as a walkway path. The awning on the little stand. A really great build and a neat addition to PQ, I could see this being.
  22. This is worlds apart from your theme concept. That set (appears) to be a wind turbine build with a lot of pieces. It's not trying to make a point, except with the turbine and wind power, which I don't think anyone could argue that wind power is "green". To me, it's a lot different than what your theme is proposing.
  23. What?! I was hoping to buy another but if this is true it probably won't happen. I've got too much on my list to buy that I can't even begin to think of buying doubles.
  24. Man smokebelch, you made that Rancor creepy looking! That's one scary photo!
  25. Best. Entry. Ever. So much awesome action going on in this scene!
