You know what, I really like this! The simple style is super nostalgic for me. The little interior is a great idea, and executed very well. The Tyderium is pretty big, but I like it (although I don't own it yet), and I can see where you're coming from on this. Overall, great job!

I've been watching the progress of this on Flickr and I really love it more and more as I see it. The idea of something at this scale is just mind blowing! The state of destruction and the rust, mixed with the sand is just absolutely perfect. It looks just like a 30 some year old crash. Not to mention the Amazing sand dunes! I always goggle over them when someones makes them like this, mostly cause I'd never be able to make them cause I don't have enough parts When you look closely at the sand around the Star Destroyer, you can see its not all uniform in a line. The fact you managed to break it up is just perfect! The smoothness of the dunes make sense, and the stirred up sand around the crash is a perfect compliment to that, not to mention is accurate, and amazingly represented in Lego bricks. I do have one question though, how much of the Star Destroyer is from 10030? I can definitely see some original parts, but I'm not sure. Overall, this is just a fantastic display! I can't wait to see what you come up with next!

Looks great! The head is very nicely done. Can it fit two drivers, or just one? Also, I would suggest removing the plates on top of the hatch in favor for exposed studs and therefore more greebles. Speaking of plates, plating the sides would not be a bad idea at all, as long as it doesn't compromise the build. As for the legs, they're a good start. I like the simple design, but the feet could see some work. The feet have always been really hard to represent in bricks, but I would suggest something a tad more complex. I Know you have limited parts, but making those adjustments would make this Moc look even better than it already does.

[Model MOC] T-47 Airspeeder (Snowspeeder)
GuyDudeMan27 replied to LiLmeFromDaFuture's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I seriously love this model more and more the more I look at it. I can't stop singing its praises (that and I've said them in the other thread ) The Snot wings are a huge attraction here, especially considering its almost never been attempted before. I love the final heatsink, and the old dark grey is really growing on me. I have a few questions though. How do the flaps on the bottom open up? They look really good, but I wanna see them deployed. Also, does the cockpit fully open up? I know I could check the LDD file but eh . I really just can't get over this model. I'm definitely gonna build this at some point. I can't wait to see this with your AT-AT!- 161 replies

I loved this models soon as I saw it. The look of simplicity on the outside looks very nice, and it complements the relatively complex inside. I love the mixing of the technic elements, and I feel like this kind of model really can use some food technic parts. I also really love the so called 'clutteredness' of the missiles and the head, which makes the model just look better IMO. The solution with the wheels is ingenious, and just goes to prove your building skill. I kinda love these smaller and more obscure builds of yours. You excel at both these and the big builds. Overall, great job!

LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors
GuyDudeMan27 replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
There are none. There was a video on TLG's website that shows what we think is echo base, but that's it. -
This is great! I love big ships like this, and I've been trying on and off for about a year to build something like this. Usually I'm not a big fan of exposed studs and the like, but I love them here! The ship looks gritty, which any good ship should. Not to mention the amazing speeder bike! Overall, Just a fantastic Moc!

Looks great! I love it! The blue is perfect, and the decals make it perfect. I also really love how the build isn't as simple as just bricks stacked. The Snot plates look great on the side, and add some texture to the build. Overall, just a great build!

Very nice! I love the simplicity of it all. Not to mention your amazing photography! I like the model just how it is.

[MOC] Star Wars episode VI - Jabba the Hutt
GuyDudeMan27 replied to dallas's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Nice build! I love the size! It ends up being a tad crowded though. And one other thing, I realize you're probably not a native English speaker, but your paragraph is a tad rough. Maybe you could have someone proofread it. Despite that, this is still a great Moc! -
Thank you! It was worth the wait

^ I've noticed the off center printing as well. I had one with pretty bad printing, but I never got around to calling. They'd probably replace it for you, so if you wanna, go for it. -
She looks perfect! All the details bring it together.

Personally, I love it. It's a very nice improvement over the previous versions. And with some modding, you can make it amazing. Not to mention its older, and PT sets'll probably become scarce. Go for it! -
All of them look nice! I think the first is the best cause of the filled in base. How does the Snowspeeder look in it? And can it fit any other ships?

Hm... I kinda like all three colors. I think clear would look kinda weird though. So maybe black or grey. I kinda think grey would look pretty nice, but black is kinda 'classic' if you will. Up to you really.

Star destroyer. It's an incredibly fun build and the figs are absolutely amazing. -

I wouldn't bother trying to modify it. I would get at least 4 or more and then just try to make one from those parts and then whatever spares you have. If you really want to just use those, I would keep one intact to look at, and then just use the other ones to replicate the design but larger. I hope this helps! -
LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors
GuyDudeMan27 replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The snow speeder doesn't need a new mold as much as it needs a brick built cockpit. Look it the most recent Snowspeeder Moc on here and you can see what's possible with existing bricks. If anything, the new mold would be super similar to the existing molds.
