I know arealight is a bit of a touchy subject here, but these two helmets for my Wolf and Cody look pretty good. P.S: please ignore the bodies. Cody is pretty decked out.

It kinda serves as landing gear. In the 2012 version it acted as a pod for flick missiles. It's just empty space now. I can't thing of anything good to put there.

Thanks! I kinda like it now. This will complement my V-Wing quite well. -

Is the new vulture droid any good? It looks pretty big and chunky. I have the 2005 ones and I'm wondering if an upgrade is due. -

[Review] Rebels Ghost (75053) and Phantom (75048)

I'm pretty sure its the same mold. My problem with it is the mouth grill. It should never be that steep. The torso doesn't even look like a stormtropers. -

Lego went all out with this guy. http://brickset.com/minifigs/sw377/ARC-Trooper-with-Backpack-Elite-Clone-Trooper-(9488) -
I would like some prequel UCS sets as well. Obi-Wan's starfighter was a step in the right direction. I want to see an Eta-2 intercepter, AKA the jedi starfighters from episode 3.

How to fix the Republic Gunship(75021) ball turrets
GuyDudeMan27 replied to TheRacker's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I made one of the doors today to test it out and found just how fragile it is. I guess you could use a longer bar and an extra 1x2 brick, but I don't know if it would fit...- 27 replies

How to fix the Republic Gunship(75021) ball turrets
GuyDudeMan27 replied to TheRacker's topic in LEGO Star Wars
You're right. that looks VERY fragile. If you use an inverted slope of some kind, probably 2x3x1, and put it next to the 1x2 brick, and connected it with a plate or a rounded 2x2 piece it would be more sturdy. I also imagine it would be easy to remove the extra door if you didn't want it on.- 27 replies

I'd like to see how you did that door mod. I might just want to do the same to mine.- 27 replies

That would be cool, but who would they fight? It also wouldn't be a great army builder. I would enjoy getting more characters in lego though. Personally, I would like to see another stormtrooper and rebel battle pack. I would love to see those new printed stormtroopers fighting rebel commandos or a new rebel trooper. We are pretty set on clones and droids though. Any more and I would go insane.

Never noticed that. They are bombers hollowed out. A pretty easy MOD, but TLG would most likely go the bomber route. They're more iconic for that.
-
I like all of those! The Tie Shuttle is a pretty unlikely since its EU. It also looks the same as a tie bomber, and TLG would probably just go for that.
-
Probably the tie bomber because its from epV check this out: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=53887 And its build-able in real bricks!

Currently, there are two things I want to see in the 2015 wave. Imperial shuttle: Darth Vader/Emperor Palpatine, Shuttle pilot, Imperial officer, stormtrooper x2/Royal guard x2 Tie Interceptor: Tie pilot, Imperial officer, stormtrooper, Death star Trooper Do you agree?

I really like the use of the original Naboo fighters. It complements the older destroyer droids as well. The new fighters are a bit long as well. Over all, awesome build!!!
-
Thanks! It's quite an obscure vehicle. Thanks! I think It's a little big after seeing some other MOCs. Not sure about the doors though.
-
The way I've built it doesn't really allow for very many greebles. It's not too hard in LDD. Also, the whole thing is not to perfect scale, since I didn't want it too long. If I built it another way greebles would probably be easier, and overall a more stable build.

Thanks! I am going to try to update the model a little more. there are some parts I'm not super happy with. The biggest issue is the front section. There is a limit to what you can do with legos.
-
I built some of these in LDD and they are awesome! they go pretty well with my RTT: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=96042

Hey guys! I'm GuyDudeMan27. I've been around on this forum for a while, and I am happy to present my latest MOC, the Imperial RTT, or Reconnaissance-Troop-Transport. There are some difference between my design and the source material, but I'm happy with the final product. I hope you enjoy! Also, if anyone wants the LDD file, I will attach it. Feel free to make changes and add them here so I can see them!RTT (imp).lxf I based most of my design off of this image. The Kenner toy of this looks a bit different, but this is the more realistic look, in my opinion.

I really love this thing! I've been trying to recreate one in LDD. The wing tips, guns, and engines are quite difficult to recreate. I totally understand if you don't want to give out the LDD file. I would like to see how you created that section. I have fabricated a way of doing it, but I haven't completed it yet. Any pointers?

This looks really cool! It looks like a stealth version of a V-Wing. Also, what ever happened to your VT-49 Decimator build? It's been a while. I cant wait to see it come together!
