    You can see the interior of the top floor pretty good in this video. They probably had a version that had a more tudor style build. but i think this probably looks better

    I didn't notice the angle on the inn's wall in the leaked pictures. now watching tiago's interview i do. Man i already loved this modular from the leaked photo's. Now it is even better! I love modulars that are more different buildings combined like DO, PS. and this is just perfect.

    i agree. it looks good, but it is a little bit illegal :P as for the people arguing about the connectivity with standard baseplates and modulars... just sprinkle some (2x2 or other size) plates under the baseplate, and it is exactly 2 plates high.

    I am afraid the rope just hangs there, the knob at the back should spin the Blades, so the one at the top is just decorative i think.

    Next modular can have pins again, and can connect to it. i think it will be the middle XD If they want to switch, they would have to release some plates to put under the original baseplate to make it one plate high. If not i might get my students to design and 3d print some for me. (or i can also just place some plates under a baseplate to make it 2 plates high)

    Are those wheels between the two propellors, so they wil rotate the other way?

    great review! seeing the two side by side shows how much better the original is. Lego did screw up the lines on the side. the whole section between the wheels should be 1 plate lower, deleting that ugly gap behind the doors and lowering the car. and the surfboard should be higher. to bad. still i'll be happy to build it once i get it as i ordered the police station today

    they can easily be combined. if you lay your baseplates and modulars on a layer of plates (a bunch of 2x2 or 4 18x18 plates) they will be the same hight as the new baseplates. so i think a lot of people will combine them. some people (with small city's) will switch to the new system, and they can sell their old baseplates to the people who will stick with the old baseplates (people with lage city's)

    you might be right but the story in the DO is that cookies are forbidden. so the only way to combine al the modulars is if there is a huge tax on cookies. and there is a big black market for cookies. (it is not exactly the prohibition story the DO should have, but it fits) the laundrymat is there to laundry the money that is made by the cookie scheme.

    Could you shut up about the postoffices. Make a toppic about not getting one, Go protest outside of LegoLand Or... just know they wont be that exciting and there for we get other modulars. Back to the PD: Want! Day one for me

    "Most of us" do you want to say that more than half of the modular buyers already have a police station? I don't think so. i think a really small amount of buyers already have one. and if so... is it a moc that all of them are pleased with enough not to want the lego version? I think a police station will be very popular. If it is a good one (except for the few who say they already have one)

    It will never be a modular. TLG could get a lot of inspiration out of it. but they will release one modular a year, and it will be one they design themselves. from all the modulars ever designed by a fan. only market street made it. probably because there was no real plan for the modulars
