21:10 10:6 5:4 26:3 41:2 36:1 I spent the whole morning watching videos trying to figure out how you clever builders created these. Maybe my Winter Village needs a ski lift!

Best set: Parisian Restaurant tied with Santa's Workshop. I loved both too much to choose. Worst set: Spider Trike vs. Electro - I had 5 different students rebuild it and none of us really liked it. Best Theme: Lego Movie. Everything is Awesome! Worst Theme: Minecraft Best Minifigure: Galadriel with sparkly cape, with white arms, light bluish grey gloves and my niece's face and hair to be the Castlewood Princess! Perfect sigfig! Worst Minifigure: Simpsons ... all of them Hopes for 2015: new minifigs to covet, Elsa's Castle, The Porsche, and the 2015 Winter Village Set that I know nothing about yet.

Like CoNSpiracy my head is spinning with possible expansion ideas for next year. I put some of my buildings on 4x4 turntables this year to be able to show the interiors. The Toy Store and Bakery looked great. The Cottage was wobbly. It required quite a bit of space and work to landscape around the ones that turned. Turntables did not work with the train station or my Hobbit House built into the mountain. I, too, want a better look from all directions next year, and a way to show off interiors. No one ever really played with mine, except to run the train, before this year. This year I had grandchildren and other young visitors get pretty imaginative. I expect kids' desire for fun to increase in future years so "swooshability" is becoming more important. Maybe a lower playable level and a higher level for show. Has anyone tried that? Or an outer reachable and inner unreachable? or would I just create smashing climbers?

Yes, Rick, It is supposed to be an entry. Did I put it in the wrong place? I'm new at this.

Yes. I always had my Holiday Train on the floor around the tree before. I used a new sheet of 4x8 styrofoam insulation every year. This May we got a puppy who eats Lego so I elevated to a table this year and then went a little crazy with the ski hill. It is my first landscape and I started more than I could finish well.

I made a bunk house for Santa's Elves to coordinate with Santa's workshop. Since I am leaving to see my grandchildren tomorrow I can't wait for my impending bricklink to furnish the kitchen and put a ping pong table on the first floor. Originally I wanted the bunks to be greens on the left and reds on the right, but since the tiles didn't arrive the Elves' beds are more individual. Each elf represents one of my grandchildren.

Me either. I love the faces on Mrs Santa and the overworked elf. I just changed some Winter Village elves of my own.

I have been lurking for a couple of years and joined in Jan 2014. I bought the the Holiday Train for my AFOL son who was in Germany on Christmas of 2006. I found it irresistable and so I built it for myself, and got him something else. I put it around my tree for 5 Christmases and then, in 2011, I discovered track, and then the motor, and then the Winter Village, and It was cracklink from then on. My AFOL son and his wife had premature twins last Dec and I built my first MOC.

I have all my Lego sorted near a pool table with a ping pong topper on it with a large cutting mat on that. I build and sort there, except now when I am building my Christmas Village upstairs and I run up and down the stairs a bajilllion times every evening. The Village used to be around the tree -since 2006- but it is going up on the dining room table this year because we have a new puppy who will gobble every piece I drop.

Well, I love Fabuland. I bought it for my kids and it went the way of all the world during their dark ages. And I love the colors, the curved fence arched windows and the trees the most.

I love this all, especially the windows, the cobblestones, and the trees! I also looked at your other projects and love the mood of them.

Holiday Train, which I bought for my AFOL son but it brought me out of my dark age and I kept it, and 7911 Lone Ranger which I bought to change the Holiday Engine but was so fun I ended up running both trains around my Winter Village instead.

I'm so glad I saw this. It just worked well for me and therefore I just spent too much for my winter village. :)

Oh my goodness! I am in love- the colors, the sheer size. and in 14 days, WOW!

I love your witch especially, and the tree structure.

I really like this. Thanks for the great stained glass, especially in the dark!

I ordered 2 based on your great review. I want to make it larger, although I'm not sure how those angles work or where to put it in my WV. I know I want 8 reindeer. I waited until today for double VIP points. Now I am anxious for delivery!
