Lovely building. I like the awning and the outside area for eating. It too bad there is no perfect way to make the letter K with bricks. My own moc has suffered the same effect.

Some of the sets on your list seem all to familar like the sets we got lastyear. For exmple the first one on the list sounds like the hellicarrier set. Another sounds like the nick fury set we got with spiderman and the flying car and another like the one with dr. doom and spidey. Not saying you are wrong about what you saw, it just looks like you are describing sets we got last year.

I just realized that in the kitchen the knives and the rollin pin should be hanging downwards and not upwards.

I built mine yesterday and ended up with two 2x2 tan bricks as extras and I cant figure out where they go.

Or a guy with a wooden trolly selling onions and cheese to the chef.

I think there should of been one more minifigure. A lady walking a poodle :head_back:

I also cant find the darn seagull. Maybe its a mistake and they are referring to the turkey after all what would a seagull be doing in the middle of paris. I plan on decking out the back with some seats and tables covered by a canopy of hanging vegetation like in the front part of the building. It such a waste of space not to use more of the back since there is a lot more room as oppose to other modulars.
