The only problem I can see in this set is that if it is connected to another building the window on the wall with the stairs will get covered up.

It would be hard expanding bottom floor of the building unless you can get your hands on more of those olive green bricks without buying a second building, Where does it say dec 16th?

I am glad that Jamie is back doing the modulars and it shows because this set is simply beautiful. I like that they continue to make these modular buildings different from each other by not following the usual square/rectangular patters of the buildings themselves by the inclusion of the outside stairs. I also like that by taking away that wall they used the bricks to give us more details inside, but the second floor doenst seem to have much detail though. I notice some new bricks in the front mainly the brown ones that the plants are on as well as the new shorted chains. The dark red tiling od the front pathway is a nice touch too. Lastly the grey baselpate and NO STICKERS is a must buy for me. Any chance that we can get this early in december for V.I.P members?

There are even some polybag sets in the sun newspapers in England that we dont see in the states.

Nice moc , but the fire in the middle looks like it is just stuck on there. Maybe a few black pieces surrounding the fire part would make it look like it is blended in and part of the castle wall.

The greebling stands out in this moc. The cargo bay area is also great as well as the sliding doors. Is there any playable functional features to it?

Simply amazing everything about this set up is so perfect from the pumpkin carriage and the candy house and I love how the train can travel through the castle.

The addition of the plant in the room is very funny. It reminds me of the rooms on the enterprise with the large windows.

I picked up a few of the key chain minifigures lego has on sale. I plan on removing the pin and chain and adding the minifigures to my star was collection.

Yes a building is definitely missing for the men plus training facilities like a joust ring or even a target area for archers.

That is a nice idea you have using the card board boxes, but how sturdy is the base? If you have to move the box I assume at some point you will have to hold it by its sides and by doing so wont you touch and break a few pieces off the set? Where can one get those boxes? and how many can you stack on top of each other without causing weakness in its strength?

If those pics are of prototype figs does that mean the pilot will differ a lot from the one in that picture?

I thought a barracks is usually a building that may or may not be surrounded by a wall where soldiers train.

I got back a reply from Lego and they said it was a computer glitch and that the set will be listed as available on the US site. However, with such a great little set for that price I wont be surprised if it gets sold out quickly.

That is a great idea but the only problem I see is that the sails will sag if the string is not taunt or a much more stiffer material is used.

The light house looks great and like an exact copy of the original.
