I just now realized the funny way Bluecoats in the first row aim muskets during the battle. Check panel 8

Tournament of Retribution III Headquarters!
Mazin replied to Captain Blackmoor's topic in Pirate MOCs
I was actually thinking about a simple info under the comic But yeah! That's great! Credits for Spielbrick work perfectly here, cause he has a different look in this one -
Wait... it went through Brickington's head? Rifleman Mazin is a genious! He can shot trough someone skull without hurting him! Even I didn't know that Yeah... testing went very good. And we managed to save our own bullets! Than again... these were Redcoats' bullets right?... nnnaaah... I'm not sure if their cheap cartidges are were effective for this test. Let's put one MROB2013 on a prisoner and then try the test again!

Tournament of Retribution III Headquarters!
Mazin replied to Captain Blackmoor's topic in Pirate MOCs
Have a question... Is it possible to write down which avatars can be seen in which comic somewhere? Or simple "credits" on the very bottom of each entry? There were some doubts about who is who in some comics, and it's always nice to find own avatar in another story I'm gonna make small credits in my entries anyway -
Wow... I got already eaten by a shark and a crocodile! What's gonna be next... a jellyfish? Iceberg mountain!!?? How th hell did they get an inceberg mountain on a tropical island. I guess now In Your next entry someone should be seeking for THE GREAT FRIDGE OF DOOM! Nice that You still continue the legendary tales of a quest for good rope! And above all - very nice comic mate...
-
Laaaa My marshmallow! "Fuzi guzi philospher" ! I like that! Sounds much better than "glutonous blue pig". Still... I did servive this soup somehow, Bluecoats are simply undestroyable Very good comic anyway BTW. Nice photography and great story telling

That was very nice Brig. Brick! Thanx for the tickets btw! Seats in the first row... wow... I apppreciate that... Great story altogether. So much effort and lots of details. Then again there must be a leak in my head, as I have an islander as a tv star ( presenter ) in my upcoming entry too... Now Sebeus' thread then this... We bluecoats really have a lot in common. Wonder if I should post it in this situation, but I don't wanna kill off something I did spend some time on...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAI!! I forgot... Holly Mother of the Carribean Mollusc! White pants should get my attention, I totally forgot about Your sacred "Pan of the Olympus" On the other hand that's sound so correct... what the hell would I need a frying pan for when I could crush an entire division just bare handed
-
Hm... I wonder why is Rifleman Mazin holding that... frying pan. Is it beacause he just finished his take-away-to-the-battlefield lunch, is it beacause he was the one making this delicious meal that helped us win this battle, or is it because that's some kind of a secret weapon we've just received for this mission... I myself, am absolutely sure that he just wants to show everyone that he doesn't need anything more than a pan to crush an entire division... Nice comic brother Sebeus Surprising that there are some threads with similar ideas to mine - wanted to make a story with "toiler of death" but am wondering now if there is a sense.
-
Hm... I have to admit that Rifleman Mazin acted absolutely selfish and disgusting... and d..f... initely brilliant in this story... look! - he waited for the rest of his comrades to shed all of the coconuts so that he could easily claim the whole bounty for himself!! Altogether very nice story! I like the way You did this first panel! You had a great idea with those narration boxes, it's colour and shadow makes the whole thing very climatic and a contiguous story.

Sad, sad, very sad that the little boy had to personally inform those lazy treacherous Lobsters that there ARE some Bluecoats possesions nearby... And of course nobody realized so far that these "slaves" were cruel Urukhai-Pygmys sentenced for their crimes against human civilization... Nevertheless... brilliant idea I have to say, simple and universal story that can easily attract aynone. Good job on that one You slimy mollusc Love these scenes of feast...
-
Wow. As much as this is all of course a fairytale grannies used to tell little Lobsters for goodnight, I'd say it's great... photography, text is a little bit hard to follow... it's a good story, but there's simply too much of it, and text IS too small as mentioned - perhaps making more smaller dialogue bubbles instead of those big ones woudl work better? I think it could easly work with these pictures... And I have to say that panels 3,4,5 are just jabulous. These are the best pics I've seen in this TOR so far. Great ideas and great skill! So good job

ToR Official Entry, Round 1: The Curse of the Red Hat
Mazin replied to Yawgmoth's topic in Pirate MOCs
Oh it's just an appetizer so that's ok... I think that I took some "takeaway" food with me No.... actually "cannon post" is the fastest... there's no better way to send a Redcoat to the other part of the island in a short matter of time - like returning their messengers to "sender" You're very welcome! -
ToR Official Entry, Round 1: The Curse of the Red Hat
Mazin replied to Yawgmoth's topic in Pirate MOCs
Wow. Great work indeed. So many stages! Scenography department did a great job! "Much effort you have put Master Luke"... Seems that Rifleman Mazin is not only a great warrior, and skilled glutton, but he has a fabulous hearing and his speed could make Flash embarassed Hey, is that a Cactus I'm a having for my lunch there? Commander's hat collection, parrot post ( did I flew on that parrot by the way? ) and Commander's hat killing poor indian civilization are great ideas Surprised they didn't scream "THIS IS SP...!!" on the 9th panel -
Yeah,,, guess this story was too good for the Redcoats to let it stay online
-
Ai! Nicely done, great photography, although the first picture seems little bit chaotic to me - the order in which the story is told is not clear... Nevertheless, good job So far Brickington is the biggest star of our Tournament, this guy is everywhere and he did thought... who woudl have... thought and there's Sebeus taking pictures!... he's either very good getting a camouflage, or either those bustards are too blind chasing a witch to spot anything else around
-
No.. this is what Redcoats use to stop their bike... Good job on that one BTW... simple but very impressive at the same time
-
You know he had to spend some time to actually prepare that head before it could be put into the jar, right? Amateur... And who would care about his hair... everyone knows it's a wig!
-
"Booby trapped" diamond ... who would have thought of that? "best brushing skill ever demonstrated"... yeah... I like Your type of humor... we could be friends if we were on the same side... ... ... if we WERE on the same side Prepare for ultimate revenge You lobster scum! Anyway... Good job on that one I mean bad job, but nicely done As Grimmbeard said - that shot of our force in the bushes is my favorite And is Ratshot holding a two-barrel pistol there? BTW... it seems that Brickington really has some kind of fixation with his epaulettes
-
Great job brother Grimmbeard! Very funny. Seems that our Ropemaker can't think of anything else than a properly made rope And thanx for letting me participate in this great cooking event Yeah! Notice that too! Good job on that one! I think red is fine, it's maybe not 100% cropped but makes this border very visible. Gives this feeling of actually going trough different pages, not a one long story

Bluecoats, ye be warned - Finally, a use for Bluecoats?
Mazin replied to Scorpiox's topic in Pirate MOCs
You stupid Redcoats... You didn't even realize You've captured an alien! Look at his left hand!... no!... that "other" left hand! and to say more... don't You guys think it's rather strange to use Bluecoat-oriented figurheads? Either these lobsters are too poor to use anything different, or either they're already loosing their self-appreciation and mindfulness and a... to say even more... I see pirates right over there!... we knew it and were telling this from the very beginning... and You still can't hide this fact! -
Bluecoats, ye be warned - A typical Bluecoat wedding
Mazin replied to Skalldyr's topic in Pirate MOCs
I am not sure who is the supposed victim in this entry... Since Skalldyr is marrying them, It's obvious that this is a brilliant trap that our fellow Bluecoat managed to get rid of this mollusc. Bravo! -
Right... so you guys need to go to a lunapark to shoot a Bluecoat at least once in Your life... Shame... Yeah... we gonna make You a lunapark pretty soon
