  1. Thanks. I went by the other day, and the page were not available or looked very abandoned (I don't remember), but I will defenitely create a few threads, as I also have some suggestions for stud.io.
  2. Welcome to EB! You might wanna have a look at this thread:
  3. Thanks for your replies. I'll make a post on their (bricklink I suppose?) forum regarding the exhaust parts. When using the hinge tool on the u-joint, it just rotates the complete part ?
  4. I don't think TLG designed this set (or any other technic set for that matter) for 2 year olds!
  5. Hi, I just started building in stud.io, and to learn how stuff works, I desided to build a known model, so I'm trying to build the Model Team set "5541 Blue Fury". I've used quite some time figuring out the correct angle for the steering column, and finally got it right. But now I need to figure out how to hinge the u-joint. As you can see in the screenshot, I also have another small problem; I can't get 71076 and 71075 (chrome exhaust) to snap properly - it needs just the last bit. Anyone with some wise words to help me out here? Thanks in advance!
  6. 42049? It has less than 500 parts and 42082 has over 4k...
  7. I think I was 7 or 8 years, when I got my 8862. I needed help 1 time, as I recall ?
  8. I think it'll be like the Porsche. I've already seen 2 second hand Chirons here in Denmark. One was build, cost around 2/3 of retail price and one in sealed box for 3/4.
  9. Wow - nice project. Looking forward to next update!
  10. They have a similar ride in Legoland, Billund: It's quite fun!
  11. Well, it looks like it's the first Technic set to include this piece - that explains it all :)
  12. I thought of that too, when I saw the list. I think it is because it cannot have the same color as the crane itself (red) ??
  13. And 1 gearbox on either side for outriggers and slewing plus 1 to shift between those 2 and the H-box.
  14. V1. But that is also the more typical design I guess. Maybe V2 to make something not so ordinary ?
  15. Or maybe a push/pull configuration which also can be done by pneumatic. In that way it can rotate unlimited. Does it make sense?
  16. Is it a new red or what is going on in the video? It seems very deeply dark red - almost like it has been painted I don't mind the size of the model, even if it isn't necessary.
  17. Yeah, I actually thought of that too. I could have bought one of those models and made a review before you received it from LEGO.
  18. I just saw this in Legoland, Billund https://ibb.co/jPOqpy It was hard to resist, but I know that a local supermarket has 35% on lego in less than a month, so I must be patient ?
  19. I really like this set, but it's a shame that the slewing of the superstructure is not very smooth :(
  20. Sounds great. Can't wait for those reviews :)
  21. There should be nothing wrong with posting Model Team models in this forum (LEGO Technic, Mindstorms & Model Team) :) I like the overall look of the model, but I'm not fan of the way you acheived some of the details. How did you get the green color? It looks like the bricks are painted, and they have a weird surface,
